Arrived onsite for unit not cooling top of unit. I found the evaporator frosted on the top. Fan was running but I found the thermistor to be sitting loosely causing defrost not to complete. I defrosted the evaporator and fit the thermistor back into place. No errors were found indicating no failures are occurring. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. MED6630HW0 Arrived on site for a dryer with drying issues. On arrival verified issue tested ventilation to home it was in bad condition causing dryer to over heat and turning off after a few minutes. Timed dry worked good but isn't good for the dryer when ventilation to home is in bad condition. Instructed client to clean vent to home ASAP no parts used thank you.

MHW6630HW0 Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival found small amount of water in the pedestal. Took apart washer found a little bit of water on left bottom side I cleaned out filter it hasn't been cleaned out for awhile. I replaced drawer because it has signs water leaking tested product working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not entering a spin during a cycle and latching issues. Upon arrival customer stated during a regular cycle, unit will not go into a drain and spin. Will need to be put into a drain and spin manually to wring the clothes out. Also it will cancel the cycle before agitation starts. Tested unit, mid spin a screeching noise appeared failed gear case. Replaced gear case (W11454372) and ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle and heard a rubbing noise coming from the splutch. Replaced splutch (W10721967) and actuator (W10913953) and tested unit, all noises have been eliminated. Noticed bottom of the agitator has scraping marks as does the basket (images attached). Ran a regular wash cycle, unit filled and before agitation, the cycle canceled and drained out with all the lights off. Replaced control (W11307244) and valve (W11210459), also replaced capacitor (W11395618) and lid lock (W11307244) as precautionary. Started a quick wash cycle and monitored incoming voltage, voltage stayed a steady 120V. Unit filled with water, right before progressing to the wash portion, all lights shut off and unit drained all the water out. After draining the water out the wash LED illuminated but there was no progression in the cycle. Will order additional parts. Returning tech to call techline. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 02/07.; ordrng 1 W10919191 (Wash plate) and 1 W10832724 (Motor)"

Arrived on site to test unit for left front and right front burners not working. Test unit and found both burners getting voltage but not coming on. Replaced large and small burner test unit and unit test good job complete. W11396790. W11396792

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frost build up in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer and a frozen water drip coming from the evap drip pan. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the drain tube and found the evap cap tube plug wedged in the drain. I was able to get the plug removed and water from the evaporator drip pan began to flow out of the tube. I cleared the ice from the freezer section. Unit is cooling properly. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for upper spray arm falling on to heating element. Found upper spray arm stuck on heating element replaced heating element and upper spray arm test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry clothing. Upon further inspection, I checked the previous cycle settings and found the settings on Regular Normal with a small amount small load of towels. With the door open and the door switch closed, I tested the unit on timed dry and found the unit operating as designed as is could see the element illuminating in the back right vent area. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and found the unit passed/showing good airflow and the vent tube at the back of the unit is installed correctly and not restricted. I made recommendations for use and care and explained how the other settings use the sensors versus the timed dry usage. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water level issues. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had noticed part of the paint coming off of the use your interface and wanted to know if there was a way to resolve that issue from happening. I did explain to the customer that the reason why this happens is because of steam from the hot water. I showed the customer that the lid is leaning towards the back near the user interface, which causes the steam to rise up that way. I did explain that this is normal operation and that the only way to resolve the paint issue is to use a touch up spray paint to fix the cosmetic issue. The customer advised that the unit works otherwise and that no further service is needed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stop making ice for several days and then all of a sudden started making ice again. They advise that they have not had any other issues since it came back on, but still wanted to have it checked. I found the ice container full of ice but found some cubes stuck between the ice maker bail arm and the ice maker. I removed the ice cluster and found the ice maker began to harvest a new batch. I showed the customer what was likely the issue and the customer advised that they were unaware that how to open the ice container. I showed the customer how to remove the ice container. And how to resolve this issue, if the the problem persists. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and when it began to operate, it started making a loud squealing noise. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley roller seized to the axles and the back right roller almost seized. I removed the tension pulley roller and rear rollers and cleaned the unit including the axles. Installed new rollers and tension pulley roller and removed and replaced the three rollers on the bulkhead, one with part number WPW10314173 from my van stock. "Arrived on site to test unit for freezing food in RC. Upon arrival inspected unit, found fill funnel is leaking causing ice buildup on the FC fan shroud. Also caused the damper to be frozen shut causing freezing air to constantly be sent into the RC. Replaced diffuser (W11645127) and attached fill tube extension (WPW10496649) from truck stock to the fill funnel. Sealed around the back liner and tested, fill funnel is no longer leaking and damper is opening and closing properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were in the middle of a wash.Cycle and the unit would not drain or unlock. They must they were able to remove the water and get it unlocked but they didn't try again. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked resistance from the control down to the drain pump. I found it open and checked again at the drain pump. I found proper resistance at the drain pump indicating a failed wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Upon arrival customer stated unit takes multiple cycles to dry clothes, up to 6. Also mentioned that there is no lint on the screen after cycles. A restriction is causing all the moist hot air to stay inside the drum and causing long dry times. Advised to hire a professional company to get the vents cleaned out. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking and not filling with cold water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in a closet in the garage. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E4-spin limited by water temp. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Customer advised the unit won't spin and they're not getting cold water. Also advised of previous company's repairs to include the gearcase, valve, suspension rods. The unit completed diagnostics and i gained access to the valve and found the hot and cold hoses switched on the valve which would explain why they're not getting cold water. I corrected the hoses and retested and unit is operating as designed. I did find rust on the top panel and at the top of the front panel, along with a dent in the top right corner of the top panel. Also found moisture on the underside of the lid. Customer advised previous company did the damage to the unit and i recommended they contact their extended warranty to make a claim. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining and popping up F8E4. I found a drain electrical problem error. I replaced the drain pump. Units issue still persists. I fixed the drain line as it was kinked and not ran behind the dishwasher but it did not solve the issue. I found the float switch showing open on both positions whi h is leading to the drain pump constantly running and popping the error up. Will need to order a float switch and control just in case. Ordering W11545764 Float Switch and W11462459 Control. Office to RS as I was not able to ask customer. MER8700DS1 Arrived on site for a range not heating correctly. On arrival tested all i could to determine the issue and found bake element has failed . Replaced bake element tested product works as it's designed. Uploaded photos of readings

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed parts per previous technician. I installed the latch and strike and found that the door is still pushing itself open. I pulled the unit out and found that the leveling was off and 6 weight was not evenly distributed, causing the door to go out of alignment. I also found that the unit was sitting too high and too close to the counter. I made sure that the unit was sitting square and made some minor adjustments to the hindges so that they were operating correctly. The customer also expressed a separate concern that she wanted the door to open only about 6 inches and no further. I explained and showed her how the door is designed with the hinges and that it has a slow open feature. The door was opening like it is designed. After making the adjustments and leveling, the dishwasher is now latching properly. However, the unit will need to be mounted to the cabinet by the builder since the unit had to be lowered during the adustemt and leveling. I checked the valves and found them to be completely clogged with sand, rocks, and debris. I attempted to clear them out and retested, but the valve are ruined and will not let any water into the tub. I am ordering the valve assembly. W11614515. Arrived onsite and found unit with ongoing fluctuating temps into the hi 40's top right data collection. every night. Morning use of the fridge results in the temps dropping back down closer to the set temp. Evap thermistor and rc thermistor are reading within range from the control. Spoke with GC at length about install concerns. It is counter depth Bella. But the cabinet is an extra 10 inches deep and the upper air divider is missing on the back cabinet. Assembly splutch assembly is in good condition, as well as the belt. Suspensions are good and strike is undamaged. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer not starting cycles / not spinning. Based on previous repairs performed I replaced the wiring harness to resolve. Unit seemed to be dropping voltage to clutch, and was likely due to broken wiring. Once I replaced the harness I ran the unit in spin. Found it would high speed spin. I did notice once I cancelled that cycle that the unit would not unlock at all even in diagnostics. I broke off the latch and replaced it. I tested the unit again. Found that with the latch and bezel on the unit would recognize the lid is closed and properly start a cycle. Unit was in another room so I did not have access to water, but I was able to run it on an extension cord. Allowed cycle to run until I could hear valves humming and unit said filling. This shows everything should be working as designed. Unit is being moved to the garage, and customer will follow up with me if there are any other issues with the repair. Arrived on site for unit making noises. Upon arrival customer informed us of the noise and also dishwasher is leaving etching on her dishes. Instructed customer on switching to liquid detergent and using less. Noise sound is accusing when to motor is switching from upper to lower spray arm noise is normal. Adjusted rinse aid to minimum usage. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. No parts used job completed.

Gained access to internal components and found belt has started to shred and slap the cabinet every rotation.
