"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not running. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found water at the bottom of the dishwasher. I attempted to drain the unit out and found that the dishwasher drain motor would not run. The customer advised theyve been having issues with it also leaking all over the floor. Around the throne, auto test to see if the unit would run and found no water draining out but water dripping from the motor assembly. Spoke to see ass and was advised that because of the unit model, we would need all the clamps and hoses with the pump and motor assembly. "Arrived on site for freezer LED issues as well as icemaker bell alarm issues. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found freezer light switch was sticking due to small amount of frost buildup. Notified customer that it is necessary to open and close freezer door from center. Pulling from one corner or the other will cause uneven distribution between the rails and at times the door may not close properly all around. This will allow warm air to migrate and create frost and freeze the door switch closed. Unit is functioning properly. "WRT138FFDB01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the issue was the unit would trip the breaker, shortly after plugging in, when the compressor would attempt to start. I replaced the start device and tested. The unit ran as expected and did not re-trip the breaker during the rest of the service call. After several minutes of run time, the compressor was drawing .62 amps and the unit began cooling. No leaks observed during service."

Gain access to the bottom of the unit and found an off white dust. Pulled the pulley cover and the clutch and found that the plastic gear were rounded off. Installed a new clutch and now the unit is working as designed. The noise is gone, no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant provided a video of the noise which sounded like the cam grinding. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-basket speed fault. Cleared the code and manually tested the spin mode and found the motor comes on but the basket doesnt spin. I tilted the unit back and found the belt not on the pulleys and the pulley shield damaged. Removed the shield and found the cam pulley nut loose. I removed the cam pulley and found the cam teeth badly stripped due to the pulley nut being loose and the pulley not making good contact with the cam. I removed and replaced the cam assembly and belt and reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use to the tenant. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. Through testing procedures, I found the entry point for the dye drier was partially restricted by braze filler material. I removed and replaced the drier and service port and vacuumed the system. Holding 340 microns for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG calculated charge of 6oz and tested. The unit produced a frost pattern and started cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently having problems starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any store in error codes. Around the unit through an auto test twice and could not get the unit to fault. Checked Internet, the washer and found all connections were good and no evidence of any oil, leaks or anything. I started numerous cycles with being able to start the washer each and every time. I had the customer attempt to start a cycle and found that the customer was not pushing in the start button completely. I did advise the customer of the service pointer (W11679421) referencing the intermittent issue with the start button. I did explain to the customer that this is normal operation, but that the customer will need to push in on the middle of the push to start button firmly and hold it for five seconds prior to releasing it. I also advised her that she will need to release her finger as quickly as possible as, releasing the button slowly can also have an effect on being able to start the unit. I advised the customer that this is normal operation and how the unit is designed. I had the customer start several cycles prior to leaving and to confirm if the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a Washer that is agitates violently. Upon arrival I the customer was using the water and I also found. The unit out of plastic (see photos) and the customer available me that there complete it that the unit maker noise when in use. Upon testing the unit I found some noise coming for the back panel I adjusted it as the was a gap at the bottom which helped. I checked under the unit and found a detergent cap under the unit too which could have been contributing to the noises. Also found the burner had the incorrect burner cap. The front right burner is the same as the front left and I took the burner cap from the right and placed it on the left and retested and found the ignitor not arcing now. Adjusted the ignitor and retested and it continued to fail. I raised the cooktop and found the ignitor harness badly crimped and found the wires broken inside. I straightened the harness and retested and it continued to fail. I am ordering the burner cap kit and front left ignitor/harness and scheduled return service for 02/12/24. Upon further inspection, customer had the unit operating with a load and found when it got to approximately 19-20 mins left on a Timed Dry cycle and the unit would shut off. I found if turning the unit off and allowing it to cool, then turning the unit back on, it would operate. I found the drive motor is getting too hot and shutting down. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for gas leak. On inspection gain access to the regulator and saw that the pipe dope was not put on correctly. I pulled the gas line off and removed the adapter to. I put tape on the adapter and reinstalled. When I turn the gas back on it the leak was twice bad. I removed everything thats when I saw the fracture in the gas regulator. Installed new regulator and reconnected all the lines. No more gas leak any more.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I removed the oven bottom panel and inspected the ignitor and found it blackened and worn. Placed the panel back in its place and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. At the initial start-up, the ignitor took approximately 17 seconds before the burner ignited. I monitored the unit and when the burner was to ignite again, the ignitor took just over 20 seconds to re-ignite the burner. I am ordering the ignitor and scheduled return service for 02/12/24. "MED4500MW0 Arrived to inspect knocking noise. I found the unit would knock continuously, after only slight warming. The issue occurred at the exact same drum position each time. I found the rear bulkhead required adjustment to allow a slight amount of lateral play in the movement of the roller wheel, in relation to the drum track. After correcting, the issue was resolved. If further issues persist, unit will require a replacement drum. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site for unit not functioning after previous repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found error code F6E4 float switch stuck and F7E1 no heat. Inspected float switch and found seized. Disassembled, cleared out, adjusted float shaft and reassembled. Switch now freely moves up and down. Ran multiple tests and unit is functioning. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC door not closing correctly and there is a gap on one side. It also doesnt make ice. I found a 1/4 gap on the right side of the FC door due to the door not being clipped in on the lower right bracket. I corrected the door and removed the ice from the bin. The door closes properly now. The customer stated it started making ice again. I explained to the customer that the door not closing probably caused premature frost and ice on the evaporator causing the temps not to reach harvest temp or warmer and cause the bin to melt. At this time ice is being made properly and nothing is melting. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the springs and dispenser fill hose. I visually inspected the rest of the machine and saw no other issues. I ran the service cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for error f2e1. Unable to do anything without error prompting. Replaced faulty console and verified unit heating properly. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a MW with a vent that is not turning on. Upon arrival I the customer advised me that the actual issue is that the unit makes a vibrating/rattling noise when in use. I couldnt duplicate the issue but I adjusted the unit rapper and I asked the customer to monitor the unit and make a reordering if they can.

Arrived onsite and replaced the console per previous diagnosis. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. Advised to call back in event of repeat symptoms.
