"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank. I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I tested the components in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and not tripping the breaker. I tested the unit in Bake mode at 350 degrees and while testing, the builder rep arrived and advised that the unit trips the breaker when it is cooling down. Once the unit reached preheat temp, I turned it off and allowed it to cool and the unit did not fail. As a precaution, I removed and replaced the main control and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed. I attempted to contact the builder rep and left a voice message letting him know that I could not duplicate the issue and replaced the control as a precaution. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No one available to sign for receiptW11649350"

It had the E2 error message on test 56,I called for water and it filled the ice tray. On further inspection found the condenser 50% clogged, I cleaned the condenser and the temperature in the icemaker housing dropped to 16? the fc dropped to 1? the rc went to 36?. On further inspection the damper is making a really bad noise in the RC every time you open the door. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer complaint and found at the motor would not turn. Around the unit into diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7739147877. He advised that they have been running into this issue more frequently, and that most of the models just need a lower harness replaced. He advised to just replace the lower harness and to call back if any other issues persist. He did advise not to replace the control as he that does not think that the control is really at fault However, I am ordering the wire harness and stator and also will return with the remaining parts sent with me today. I rescheduled the customer to 6/3.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Lower harness) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance, and making a lot of noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the last few washes they have run, the unit has not finished out the wash cycle and has not gone into rinse. They are having to run another rinse and spin on the unit and still clothes are coming out completely dry. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was still good. I checked the the basket and found the basket wobbling on the driveshaft, indicating a failed hub assembly. I replaced the hub assembly and ran the unit into diagnostics. I found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code only on the machine. Around the unit to an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Call complete. W10528947"
