Arrived onsite for an ice machine making thin ice again. I found decent pressure out of the fill valve and the reservoir was 3/4 from being full when the valve shut off. I replaced the reservoir drain pump again and tested the machine. The reservoir overflowed when it ran the flush cycle and filled completely full when the harvest cycle started. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived one for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the gasket and ice bin. The unit was off when I arrived informed the customer not to add anything hot in to the unit for 6 hrs and it wont make ice for 24 hours.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice and not cooling correctly in either compartment. I found no air movement but the evaporator fan was running. I found the FC evaporator cover with frost build up on it. I found the icemaker mold full of cold water but not frozen because of the temp. I explained to the customer that this was why there was no ice. I tested the thermistors and found them good. I ran a forced defrost and found it working as designed. The top shelf in the freezer was packed with frozen product in bags and they fell off the shelf and wedged against the vents. I removed the frost from the cover, removed the cover, and found the evaporator packed in frost and some ice. I found the evaporator thermistor not mounted properly and loose. I suspect between this and the bags choking off the vents caused the defrost issue. I removed all the frost from the evaporator and tested the refrigerator. All is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for oven tripping the breaker. On inspection I pulled unit our and metered the amp usage. The oven never draw more then 18 amps. I set the oven on bake to 425? and the breaker did not trip. If you do the convection bake it will trip the breaker and if you use broil it will trip the breaker. Called talked with Eric at WP and did a few volt checks and we came up with the breaker being weak. Customer is going to change the breaker today and will call if issues continue. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not over freeze in the refrigerator section, but that it is not cooling in the refrigerator section. I gained access to the refrigerator and found the air return hose had been iced over, causing an airflow issue within the unit. I went ahead and attempted to steam out the air return holes and found the left hand. Return hole had insulation that had broken through the air channel and was causing no airflow on the left-hand side. I gained access to the freezer and Fran frost buildup everywhere within the freezer, indicating an air leak. I checked the door gaskets and found the door gaskets for sealing properly. I checked the liner and found two spots where the liner was pulled away from the cabinet, causing an airflow issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7738813151. He had me send him several photos of the gaps in the liner and advise that the holes were too wide to silicone. He advised that he would send this to review, and that whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not going past the wash portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were getting a buzzing noise and the units stopped washing and started to drain. They have tried to wash several other loads since and have had issues with the unit filling of water. Around the unit through diagnostics and confirmed an F8 E1 (no/low water detected during the fill) error code. Went take the agitator off and found the bolt lose that holds the agitator down. Removed the pants and made sure the tub nut was tightened, it was good. Reinstalled the agitator and tightened the bolt up. I hammered the bolt tight, the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks were detected. This job covered under Appliance Express warranty. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is taking several times to start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E4 (lid not opened between cycles) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I Estes the unit trying to start multiple cycles and found the unit starting and operating as designed. I had the customer try and start it for me and I found the customer was having a hard time starting it due to not pressing the start button directly in the middle of the start button square. I did explain to the customer that they will need to press directly in the center because even though that there is a square looking button, there is a little micro switch behind the control panel that is needed to be pressed for the unit to work. I did explain to the customer that this is how they seen it was designed and had the customer try to start it several times using the method that I showed her. The unit started working an operating as designed with the customer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7738737551. He advised to make note for the repairs at this time and that the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Upon entry, I found a sheet of ice that was made over the evaporator plate, and when it went to harvest and turned on the gas valve, I found the ice was not sliding down the evaporator plate. I spoke to CS and G C, and found the evaporator plate had ridges on the Top of the evaporator plate where the welds of the plate were welded. I was advised that we would need to use fine grade sandpaper to sand those welds down to make a smooth surface for the sheet of ice to drop. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a screeching noise constantly throughout the cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found the belt has been slipping based off the rubber markings on the pulley (photo). I removed the belt and pulley and found gearcase oil on the underside of the pulley and on the splutch assembly (photo). I provided photos to the customer and advised of my findings. I attempted to remove and replace the gearcase, splutch and belt; however, when I went to remove the washplate, I found that it is seized to the gearcase spindle. I advised the customer of the situation and that I would have to order another washplate as this one might break if I force it off. I am ordering the washplate and washplate removing tool and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 04/11/24. The unit is operating properly and no water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for off balance and found bad suspension and replaced the suspension. Unit is now set up and operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for fc door not opening all the way.. on inspection found that the plastic stop had got lose and wedged in the rail keeping the rail to opening halfway. I had to cut the plastic stop out to free the rail. Customer doesnt have he funds to fix the rail this week. Informed the customer that we would charge for part only if she fixes it in the next few weeks. Customer said the issue happen a couple days after the last tech was there.

"Arrived on site for unit not operating. Upon arrival,unit is unplugged. Restored power and ui automatically lights up. Control is not responding to diagnostics. Need to replace control. Replaced control and test unit. Unit began to operate but does not drain. Raised unit to inspect drain pump. Pump has correct resistance. Test voltage from control to pump and get 120. Found break in harness. Need to replace harness. Ordering harness. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for broken or missing pieces. Found power cord cut in half and insulation torn to shreds, ordering insulation and power cord and will return. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10831279 (Power cord) and 1 W11086533 (Insulation)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the microwave turntable not turning. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the MW turntable not turning. I went into the tools section and found the turntable turned off. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated how to check if it happens again. I recommended the customer download the Whirlpool app on their phone and connect the unit to WiFi through the app in order for the unit to continue to operate as designed. Attempted to connect the unit to the WiFi through the app and the first try failed. I provided the customer with the Whirlpool WiFi Connect Team number to contact them for assistance in connecting the unit. Unit is currently operating as designed, job completed."

On arrival. Edified complaint of crinkling sound. Found crinkle sound coming from behind unit. It is the warning label on the power cord flapping in the wind from the fans removed label. Also found both RC L and R gaskets torn. Ordering both gaskets W10830162 2x. Reschedule for 4/11; ordrng 2 W10830162 (Gaskets RC)s

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not producing ice. Upon closer inspection found valve weeping but ice maker working properly. Replaced valve and thawed out fill line. Found pressure was off causing water to not feed properly ordering a pressure regulator and will return. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10269191 (Pressure regulator)

Arrived onsite for not progressing and ending without washing. Found broken slider. Replaced slider and tested. All checks good.

Arrived on site to test unit for condensation built up around dispenser area. Found condensation built up on and behind dispenser compartment. Found damper opening and closing properly. Recommend FC door replacement. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11551458 (FC door)
