Arrived on site for washer not turning on as well as 3/4 of a tub full of water. On arrival confirmed issue and verified correct polarity as well as power from outlet. JM: Arrived onsite to inspect washer making squealing noise during spin cycle. I found that the basket was sitting against the back left side of the chassis. I tested the suspension and the basket stopped bouncing within around 2-3 bounces. I leveled the unit and the basket is still against the back left side of the chassis. I put the unit into a diagnostic cycle and could not reproduce the noise. I manually tested the spin cycle and after 5 minutes I still could not reproduce the noise. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Customer advised the unit was leaking from the back on the right side as they had towels under the unit on the right side. Due to the way the unit is installed, I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly as far as I could and was unable to get access to the back panel due to the hot water hose being too short (photo). I removed the top panel and tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed with no leaks. I removed the front panel and inspected the inner cabinet and found dry water spots at the back right corner. I found a vent tube at the back right corner of the tub that was open ended. After further research, I found a service pointer (W11616794 Rev A) which indicated that there should be a vent on that particular hose (W11599075). I am ordering the vent and requested that the customer have the unit accessible upon return service. Unit placed back in its spot and no water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the freezer sitting at 14?F. Found the refrigerator sitting at 34?F. Found the temperature selections were set at 0?F for the freezer and 33?F for the refrigerator. Found no evidence of any defrost issue in the refrigerator or freezer sections. Took an amp draw off of the compressor and found compressor within range. Checked the condenser coils and found them caked with lint buildup. I did explain to the customer that that could be causing their issue. I found the bin cracked at the base. Customer advised that when they opened the ice bin door, the door gasket came off as it stuck to the liner. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the entry diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I ran into through diagnostics and did confirm that the unit would not recirculate water. Replaced the wash pump and motor and tested the unit. Found the unit was attempting to recirculate water but would not recirculate. Verified 120 V going from the main control to the washer pump motor. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734740683. He advised that based on my checks, the issue would have to just be with a bad motor assembly from the factory. He advised re-order and to call back if other issues persist. Arrived on site to test unit for oven glass getting hot when oven is on. Test unit and found glass getting warm from using the oven normal operation. Called Techline Sr#7734735806 also called safety #7734704002; ordrng 1 W11025151 (Insulation kit)

Arrived on site to test unit for not draining and washing and upper rack falling. Test unit and found broken adjusters and bad sump and motor. Installed new adjuster kit and will order new sump and motor and stopper. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11087376 (Sump and motor) and 1 WPW10508950 (Stopper)

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is unresponsive. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm lights on on the user interface but all buttons except delayed wash were unresponsive. Ordering the consul, user interface, and control for repair. The Office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11460908 (Console) and 1 W11460962 (UI) and 1 W11462458 (Control)"

Arrived on site for washer not working correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found f5E3 in diagnostics. Found control sending correct voltage but lid lock was internally broken and not activating correctly. Was able to reschedule customer for 10/12/22 to complete repairs with new lid lock. ; ordrng 1 W11513248 (Lidlock) and 1 Cnote (Customer requesting sooner rescheduling if available)

"Arrived onsite for THE WASHER IS NOT DRAINING OUT SAME AS BEFORE AND THERE IS A PROBLEM ON THE SENSOR. Upon arrival inspected unit and found agitator Is not secured. Removed agitator and inspected. Agitator is worn and not secured to Gearcase. Tightened the agitator the best I could to be able to run diagnostics. Ran diagnostics and there are no error codes. Ran manual test and Gearcase makes scraping sound each time tried. Ran a drain and spin cycle and Gearcase continues to make noise. Need to order and replace belt, cam, agitator, and Gearcase. Unit is in unit 537. Arrived on site for no cool powered u it on compressor attempting to power on diagnosed a defective compressor. Will need to replace compressor R600a unit ; ordrng 1 W11635510 (Compressor) and 1 R600a/ssrepair (R600a/ss repair) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator short cycling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit has failing compressor. Customer had hard start installed to try and eliminate food loss. Repair was unsuccessful due to compressor. Called tech line for inquiry on warranty standing. Tech researched and found warranty still intact. Recommended ordering Compressor and power cord . Arrived onsite for washer not powering on. Upon arrival inspected unit.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher flashing error code . Ran diagnostics and got failed wash motor code. Motor didnt come on during tests . . Replaced sump and motor . Ran diagnostics all checked normal . No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad wash motor.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the valve is not functioning as the unit is not getting any water. I checked the water line and found it to be straight with no kinks. I removed the filter and the unit began to fill with water. Customer advised the filter is fairly new. I installed the new filter and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for wall oven, inspected unit and work area. CX wanted to clean interior glass on door.. Disassembled glass door to remove grease and clean 4 panes. Reassembled glass door. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for not reaching temp and found failed bake element. Tested calibrated for optimal performance post repair. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that dryer wont turn on. Inspected unit and verified unit was receiving correct 240VAC. Opened dryer to test components and found wire terminals on heating element and thermal cutoff brittle from excessive heat and not making contact. Replaced wire terminals and reinstalled. Dryer would now heat, but not start. Found start button not wired properly. Rewired start button and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Tested air flow and found unit has poor air flow. Advised CX to get vents cleaned before using the dryer to prevent any additional damage. Job completed.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced wiring harness and voltage to valve is corrected. Unit has low pressure from home and plumbing issue will need to be addressed to fully restore water functionality in refrigerator.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling properly and the evaporator not having a good frost pattern, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressure held good. I installed 4.9oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Once pressures equalized, I plugged the unit in and monitored pressures and the evaporator frost pattern. Both were good.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator constantly running. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another appliance company had recently replaced the thermostat. I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 7 for defrost time and it was set at 01 (96 hour). I changed the setting to 2 (8 hour). Pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and got .51amps. Tested the thermistors at the control and they were within range. Tested VDC at the control at the P2 pins and it showed 121V. Inspected the FC evaporator and found ice along the top of the evaporator (photo). When disassembling the FC section, I found the wire rack was sticking as I pulled it out which could cause the FC door to not close properly. I placed some grease along the rails to help it glide better. Removed he ice with my steamer and advised the customer that they have a defrost issue possibly due to the freezer door not closing/sealing properly

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rinse aid not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found the rinse aid dispenser approximately 3/4 full and customer advised that its been at that level for a while. Also found a rusty looking substance in the tub under the float. I inspected the racks and found the bottom rack had a few rust spots on the dividers. I researched the warranty in the entitlement and found the racks are not covered under extended warranty. I changed the rinse aid setting on the dispenser and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss the racks rusting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected microwave and found no power showing. Removed and disassembled it and found incoming power is good and fuses check good. Replaced control and microwave is now running properly.

"Arrived on site and found saved error code F0E5 for unbalanced load. Ran diagnostic cycle and Everything checks good washer squeaks a little while running. Send video to KB/service managementDisassembled it and inspected components and did not see any issues. After reassembling ran diagnostic cycle again and squeaking has stopped

"Arrived to inspect noise. The unit would cycle the evaporator fan off and on repeatedly and a slight chirp could be heard every time it powered back up. The control was in failure and required replacement with the MFG approved and updated kit. I removed and replaced the control and tested. I squared the unit within the cabinetry and reset door height to match. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher flashing er. I gained access to the control and isolated the, heating element, float switch, and drain pump. I checked resistance and found them shorted to chassis. I found the control not responding as designed, it wont register certain Buttons and wont start or cancel a cycle.
