"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking at the door handle and not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the water at the door handle on the right side (photo). I removed the outer door panel and found where the gasket to the vent has been leaking water (photo) and dry water stains on the inner door panel (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E2-drain pump failure. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed except for the drain pump. The drain pump struggled to turn on, but once it came on it drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the drain pump and vent and found the left hinge friction pad laying on the floor under the unit. I advised the customer that I would have to order the friction pads and recommended they perform a wash cycle and see if it leaks at the door handle again. I did find some old water stains on the door gasket and will return with the gasket. I am ordering the friction pads and main control and CNOTE-LSO and scheduled return service for 03/02/24 (KC). "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC not cooling correctly. The customer stated she turned the icemaker off. I found a bunch of frost build up on the left side of the FC. Frost was on the side of the icemaker, the left side of the liner, and on the evaporator cover. The customer stated it had started cooling again. I found the door not closing correctly and causing a gap in the gasket on the left side. I corrected the door and rails so the gasket would seal. I tested the FC temp and it went down into the single digits and the sealed system components were still running. I turned the icemaker back on. I found the mullion sweating and dripping water on the FC gasket and dripping on the floor. I showed the customer how to turn the moisture control on to prevent this from happening. I explained to the customer the noise they had been hearing was probably frost had gotten in the fan but it had cleared itself. I explained to the customer to watch the door and make sure it closes all the way and explained the frost would get removed by the evaporator. All is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is dispensing water very slowly. Upon arrival I this to be true. I removed the filter and ran a bypass and tested the Dispense and found proper water flow returned. I asked the customer if they had a water filter on the home and they did and I advised them that the can run the unit without the filter and the customer put in their bypass. On arrival verified complaint of unit not functioning with key pad. Found it was not fully responsive during testing. Replaced console. Arrived on site to inspect range for arching behind unit when using multiple burners. Upon closer Inspection found unit arching with far left switch itself. Arrived onsite for washers with hot water issues. Upon arrival I ran the unit with the hot water setting selected and the lid switch bypass so that I could monitor the water temperature as it flowed into the unit and it started hot the entire time. I ran the unit a few more times and found the same. Unit seem to be operating as designed at this time. I advised the appointment office that it might be a plumbing issue.

Arrived on site for washer not draining water out. Upon arrival found f9e1 in diagnostics. Upon further testing I found drain pump still failing and not pumping any water out. Replaced drain and found due to pump not be8ng replaced on second trip it had now cause another failure in control and replaced control also. "Ive done say it for a refrigerator where ice is clumping. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue was in his freezer compartment not his refrigerator compartment. He advised that when the unit fills with water, it fills up the ice bucket into a big slab. I checked the icemaker and found that the fill cup was iced over causing water to trickle outside of the icemaker area. I steamed out the ice clump in the Phil cup and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking from back of unit opposite of the drain hose. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven gas leak and cooktop burners flames turning orange. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have a humidifier in another room. I tested the cooktop burners and found they all have orange flames. I provided a video of what a humidifier does to gas cooktop flames and explained to them what was happening and how to correct it. Using my gas sniffer, I checked the oven and the warming drawer and found no signs of a gas leak. Using my floor protector, I pulled the unit out onto the protector and using the sniffer, I checked the gas line at the regulator and at the wall and found the gas line to the wall gas line was leaking gas. Using my liquid leak detector, I confirmed the leak (photos). I turned the supply off and disconnected the gas line from the line coming out of the wall and found there was no sealer. I placed some sealer on the connectors at the wall and at the regulator and reattached the gas line and tested. Lines are sealed and no longer leaking (photos). Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

I then ran the diagnostic cycle and found the unit operating as designed. I checked the gearcase and found the gearcase good no leaks and the rotor spun with no resistance when spun by hand. I also leveled the unit out as it was too low to the floor I did this to hive the suspension space to actuate if the customer is washing a large load. I then ran the unit in quick wash and found that the unit operated was designed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. When I tapped the system it seamed to be a little low but there was still refrigerant in it. I could find no signs of a leak. I replaced the compressor and drier. I vacuumed the system and my gauges never moved after the pump was turned off. I charged it with 47 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and had good refrigerant flow and pressures. The unit is working as designed. I explained to the customer to give it 24 hours before loading it and asked them to only load it up with 2-3 days of groceries for a couple of weeks and monitor the temps then if the temps are still good they can load like normal. "KRFF507HPS03 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the damper was the likely issue, but during my service, I could not recreate the chugging noise, but attribute it to moisture and ice formation that had restricted movement, resulting in noise. I found the top of the unit was tilted forward over an inch, in relation to the bottom and the feet were not set. I corrected the setup of the unit and then found the ice maker housing was not fully placed. I removed and corrected the ice maker housing and tested. The unit did make some additional sealed system noise and placement of dampening pads and adjustment of the tubing corrected. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a ran that is damaged. Upon arrival I I found that the door was twisted and the panel dented I am ordering both and returning on the 03/04/24; ordrng 1 WP9761344 (LINER-DOOR) and 2 WPW10299225 (HINGE-DOOR)s and 1 W11569689 (TRIM-DOOR)

"Arrived on site for not tumbling. Test unit and is heating, but not tumbling. Disassembled unit and found belt is busted. Need to replace belt. Replaced belt using kit 4392065. Test unit and is operating correctly. Found vent hose is crushed. Customer has new hose and said he will replace. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher making a loud noise. On inspection the drain pump is louder then normal. Installed the drain pump,from truck stock. W11412291. The unit is operating as designed now & no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is leaving frost on the food in the RC. Upon arrival I did not find frost any where in the RC. Including at the Evap. I tested the damper and found that it opened and closed like normal. The defrost cycle worked and I ran the test in diagnostic mode. I replaced the control and leveled the chassis because it was not done properly and this could cause warm air to leak into the unit causing frost. I advised the customer of this. Other wise the unit is operating as designed

"Arrived on site for unit, not powering on. Upon arrival inspected unit, verified supply voltage. Disassembled and found fuse OL, jumpered fuse, and unit did power on. Ran a test and found leakage in high-voltage system. The filter board was arcing and the unit was making a humming sound shortly there after the filter board completely went out. Ordering Filter board, mag, cap and diode. Set to return March 6th; ordrng 1 WPW10531156 (Filter board) and 1 W10754299 (Magnetron) and 1 W11678970 (Capacitor) and 1 W11256462 (Diode) and 1 W10832024 (Mag tstat)"

Arrived on site to replace tub. Replaced tub test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven gas leak. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven has a possible gas leak as they tried to use the oven and they could smell what they thought was gas and there was smoke coming from the oven. I tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and monitored the unit. I tested the gas lines at the back of the unit and all were good. During preheat, I opened the oven door and found smoke coming from the unit which is normal burn off (new unit) and could not smell any abnormal gas odors other than the normal burn off from the burner. I advised the customer of my findings and explained the burn off odors. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Cody and advised of my findings. Cody advised information will be documented on SR#7738471236. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer making a lot of noise when in spin cycle . Found inner basket is wobbling in tub . Also removed basket and found some oil is leaking out and ribs on hub wearing down some . Ordering gearcase ,cam ,hub . Also recommend replacing suspension rods . Call to set return . "Ive done site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly again. Inspected unit and work area. Found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section and took temperatures. Found the freezer temperature at 55?F and the refrigerator temperature at 62?F. I gained access to the control and checked all thermistors. I found the defrost thermistor reading 27.2 k ohms (-5?F), the FC thermistor reading 4.53 k ohms (57?F), and the RC thermistor reading 3.92 k ohms (63?F ). I checked the heater from he control and found it reading 91.6 ohms. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7738013150. He advised that because of all those checks, everything was good on the machine side, and it would have to indicate an air leakage issue. We checked the gasket and found no air leaks coming from the gasket. He had me check the drip pan and air return from the refrigerator side. I found no evidence of any leaks coming from either of those sections. Advise. At this point he would add silicone to the edge of the cabinet and liner to see if that would resolve and make no other repairs. He advised have the customer contact Whirlpool if further issues persist. I added the silicone to the edge of the cabinet in liner and tested the unit. The unit is cooling as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not washing dishes upon arrival I put the unit into diagnostic and found F4E3 wash motor not running code stored and the motor not running. I replaced the sump&motor and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed. No leaks

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for stopping mid cycle and restarting. Upon closer inspection found vent tube to be linked and timer not responding properly. Adjusted tubing to have less restrictions and replaced timer. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing cycle. Tested unit found unit stuck in a logic loop continuously spinning. Advised to customer that they need to download the Maytag app to connect unit to WiFi so the new update can be pushed through per service pointer. Downloaded app for customer to attempt to update but could not connect successfully. Advised customer to contact Whirlpool WiFi team so they could connect them. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer not starting. Showing error code for not draining, inspected and found harness was pull out again. Received cam and confirmed head case is leaking oil. Recommend new pump, gearcase, cam, actuator. Not internet.
