I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again. Calling whirlpool safety no answer will have to call back."

"Arrived on site to test unit for basket issues and clothes not getting washed. Upon arrival tested unit, found when switching to spin, basket does not engage and only the agitator spins. Actuator was not shifting properly, replaced actuator (W10913953) and cam (W10721967) as precautionary, tested unit, unit is now shifting properly and entering a spin but only the agitator is spinning. Hub nut is stripped. Attempted to remove wash plate but it is seized to the gear case shaft, broke out the wash plate and replaced hub nut (W10528947) and wash plate (W10902814). Tested unit, all components are now properly engaging and unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, maintenance personnel advised the unit leaks water and does not drain. Upon further inspection, I pressed the cancel button to engage the drain pump and nothing happened. Using my shop vac, I removed the water from the unit and gained access to the drain pump and removed it and tested it. I found the pump getting voltage, but not operating. Using the pump prescreened for today, I installed the new pump and tested and it operated as designed. I found the new pump housing cracked. Also, found the left track rear roller had fallen off and was able to get it back into position. I found the top left corner of the inner door panel is badly damaged as is the outer door panel which is causing the unit to leak water due to the door not sealing properly. I advised maintenance of my findings and am ordering the outer door panel, inner door panel and drain pump. Office to schedule return service due to no service on my tablet to schedule return service. Advised tenant to not use the unit until we return to complete repairs. Arrived onsite for dryer wobbling. I found one of the feet to be broken. I replaced the one foot and checked leveling. I found the back left floor to be unloved causing unit to wobble when pushed back into its place. I was able to level the unit by adding a sound pad to the right side foot as all of the feet were already on last thread. Unit no longer wobbles and adjustments to the back left floor will need to be made. Call complete. Installed 1xW11025920 and 1x sound pad W11113654 from other unit.

Due to the compressor, rc fan motor, fc fan motor, hv control, ice maker, right door gasket being torn and rc evap drip pan failures, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts including the access valve and uv dye drier. I evacuated the system, removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and tested in test 4. Unitmis cooling and pressures are good. Removed and replaced the remaining mentioned parts and retested unit and it continues to operate as designed. MVW7232HW2 Arrived on site for a washer making loud sounds. On arrival didn't hear anything client said it happened twice in the past 3 or 6 months. Ran diagnostic no error codes i did find washer to be terribly off balance. I balanced the product i titled and inspected found the screw holding stator was lose. Removed and inspected grease case no oil leaks slider looked good. I tightened screw made sure it was balanced and calibrated. Tested in customer mode not and sound out of the ordinary. No parts used product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating properly. Customer stated the inspector is saying the oven is not getting hot enough. I found out the inspector was using a infrared thermometer. Whirlpool does not advise using this thermometer on these units as they bounce off the walls and provide a wrong reading. I tested unit with my thermo coupler and found unit to be heating as designed and cycling as designed. No issues are present with the oven and it is operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing correct amount of water and displayed PO error and making noises. Upon further inspection, I measured the temperatures FC was -7 RC RC was 34. The customer stated that he had not experienced any temperature issues. I checked the water pressure, and water pressure is good. Right now the ice maker is operating fine, and bin is full but sometimes doesn't produce ice. I ran test 36 and detected that the ice fan is not operating. I ran the other fans and compressors and found them to be good. I checked the top ice maker adapter and found it to be seated correctly with no gaps on rear wall or side. I could not replicate the sound that the customer experienced however could be due to a failing ice box fan. I could not identify a reason why the refrigerator had displayed a PO error. I am ordering the ice box fan, and the evaporator and condenser fan and sound dampening juat in case returning tech finds these to be the cause of the noise the customer is experiencing. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part per previous tech. I installed the gearcase and calibrated and tested the washer. The problem still persists and basket will not engage. I verified that the clutch is receiving 120VAC but will not engage. I attempted to gain access to the clutch and slider. however, the bolt stripped as i was removing it. Because of this i will need to reorder the gearcase and return with rge prescreened parts. I am scheduling for 1/24. No water leaks observed during service; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase)"

"WDT751SAPZ1 Arrived on site for bottom spray arm, not turning. Upon arrival, found bottom spray arm to be faulty and will not manually turning. Proceeded to replace W11579565 arm. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No one available to sign. New construction home"

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Replaced bake(WP9755770), broil(W10856603) and control(W11548749). Removed ground from terminal and heated to 500. Reassembled unit and connected ground back to terminal and heated again to 500. Advised customer to allow to run at 500for a couple hours. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not starting. Test unit and found start button not responding. Replaced control board test unit and unit test good job complete. W11306302

Arrived onsite and replaced the shifter and motor and capacitor due to complicit and intermittent sequencing that repeatedly resulted in multiple supply circuits tripping during testing. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised maintenance on repair. No signer available at end of service.

"Arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostic compressor not powering on,removed unit voltage to compressor good,replaced defective overload ran compressor test passed compressor powered on frost forming on evaporator plate. Due to upcoming weather shut off water source to unit,drained water from valve to prevent valve damage unit is outside in a cabana. W11624931; used 1 W11624931 (Overload) from stock"

"Arrived on site to test unit for vibration sound. Upon arrival customer stated unit vibrates when in use. Started a cook cycle, buzzing sound originated from the right side of the unit. When touching the wrapper, buzzing would go away. Noticed both side of the unit have about a half inch gap allowing the wrapper to warp and create that buzzing noise. Removed unit from cavity, installed padding where the frame meets the wrapper. Reinstalled unit and tested, buzzing noise has been eliminated. Advised if the noise returns to contact builder due to cabinets being too wide. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site for vent not raising. Upon arrival test, test unit and confirmed issue. Test polarity and is good. Found both filter switches were out of position. Inspected both switches and are good. Both brackets snapped into position correctly. Test unit and now raises and lowers correctly. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for spraying water out of FC ice maker. Found water pressure to unit is 86psi. Recommend pressure regulator and line kit. Rescheduled for 1/23. No parts replaced at this time. ; ordrng 1 W10786952 (Pressure valve) and 1 8212547RP (Tube kit)

"Arrive on-site for refrigerator not making ice properly. On arrival confirmed failure and found ice extremely thick, indicating the unit was overfilling. Replaced Wpw10349187 valve and retested icemaker 3 times and found each fill accurately. No leaks present call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer drain pump won't turn off. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and the drain pump came on. Once I was able to get the unit into diagnostics, i found error code F9E1-long drain. Cleared the code and manually tested the pump and it sounded like the impellers were damaged. I canceled testing and tilted the unit back and removed the drain pump to find a sock inside. I removed the debris and found the impeller damaged. Replaced the drain pump and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10919003"

"On arrival verified complaint of burned metal on back plate of dryer as well as warped. Back panel visual inspection shows that the panel is normal. The warps are from the formation ugg, the metal at the factory. They are normal and do not pose an issue with functionality of the unit as well as the burned metal is on the heat grate, allowing air into the drum. This is normal as it will discolor with the heat from the direct air from the heating element advice. Customer, the machine is fully functional and that d discolorations are normal. Job complete no parts installed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose drier not heating. I tested the unit and confirmed no heat was present. Checked safety devices and found all passed tests, and element is good. I checked running voltages and found the timer is not sending more than a couple volts, or no volts at all when running. Replaced timer to resolve.
