In the process of removing the harness from the old burner, I found the purple wire and orange wire of the harness broken. I repaired the wires and tested the unit, and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JF42NXFXDE02 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and could hear the fans and compressor on. I turned the unit off and attached my gauges to the sealed system, and once the unit equalized, I turned it back on and placed it in diagnostics and tested the sealed system in test 10. Once the unit compressor came on and the refrigerant began to flow, I could hear what sounded like water rushing through the system lines. My pressures were way off and did not change from subtest 4 to 5. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the UV dye drier due to a possible restriction in the drier. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. Installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Once it had equalized, I turned the power on to the unit and placed it in diagnostics, and tested in test 10. Once the unit was in subtest 5, my pressures were reading 1/110 psi. I allowed the unit to run for approximately 15 mins before removing my gauges, and it continued to stay pressurized properly. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours and contact our office if the unit fails to get to set temps. Unit is currently operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10143759"

Arrived on site to inspect microwave model WMH53521HZ06 clock changing to 24hr clock and uneven heating. Upon further inspection I verified proper voltage and polarity at the outlet. I ran an output test with 2cups of water at 70 degrees. I ran it for 1 minute and found the temperature rose to 120 degrees indicating that the microwave is heating properly. I called techline to address the issue with the clock changing time. Techline recommended replacing the control and verified that output test was good. I replaced the control and reassembled and tested the unit and it is operating as designed.

Arrived on site to inspect oven tripping the circuit breaker. Upon further inspection I was able to reset the breaker. I verified proper wiring and incoming voltage. I measured approximately 17 amps of current while oven was in use. I replaced the control and removed the ground connection and placed the unit into bake at 500 for 20 min. I reconnected the ground and set the bake for 2 hrs. The unit is no longer tripping the breaker. W11649350

But after using a burrow scope, I found a clog in the wall of the home, an instructed customer, they would need a drier bank cleaning in order to help prevent any further issues before using dryer. "I arrived on site for washing machine that was not completing cycles or spinning clothes out all the way. Upon further inspection, i've found no error codes and diagnostics, but I ran three back to back spin and drain test and on test number two I found the lidlock is intermittently failing to register when it's locked or unlocked and not allowing the control board to finish out a cycle. Because the lidlock is wired into the water valve harness before it gets to the control, it is also the reason the unit is filling up at the end of cycles at random. I also found the mounting brackets to the fabrics.Oftener dispenser, broken and replaced it with w11160642. "Arrived on site for wellness checkup. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F5E3 lid lock will not unlock, F2E1 stuck key, F7E9 locked rotor. Cleared codes. Proceeded to run diagnostics and found no issues. Water pressure is good flowing to the machine. Proceeded to check suspension and found the dampening is loose a bit of tolerance. Also found gearcase oil on the rotor. Advised also to customer the UI known to go bad couple years of owning the machine when the F2E1 code is stored in the codes. Customer did mention one time the start button would not work and had to unplug and plug back machine. Arrived on site for a cooktop KCGS356ESS05 not staying lit. This is the center burner with 2 orifices. Found both were clogged so i cleaned them and advised the customer how to maintain the cooktop. Unit is staying lit at the lowest setting. Customer was concerned that when he blew on it multiple times it eventually went out. I explained that this burner has the lowest setting and it's operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site. Called safety to report. Sr#21545345
