I found the dryer vent connector to be making the noise as the connector has slits on the end causing air to escape and make the noise. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E2-UI disconnected. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until the last wash mode test. At this time, the unit began to agitate, dispense water from the valve and go into a spin all at once. While testing, when the hot water valve came on, I found moisture built up on the control panel fascia just under the UI from the steam leaking through the opening at the back of the lid between it and the panel. When I gained access to the UI and main control, I found more moisture built up inside the panel. I removed and replaced the control panel fascia and calibrated the unit. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. Removed and replaced the compressor, drier, and access valve and checked for leaks by pressurizing the system with nitrogen and found no leaks. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi and pressures held. Installed 50g of R600 refrigerant and allowed system to equalized. Tested the unit and checked again for leaks and found none. Unit is beginning to cool as designed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 48 hours before placing food items inside. No water connections to the unit, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=52 degrees. I found a small amount of frost on the FC evap cover and gained access to the evaporator to find a large amount of frost/ice built up in and around the evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error codes F4E1-defrost element failure and FAEb-RC damper control failure. Cleared both codes and tested the damper in test 41 and found 12V to the damper, but could not get a VDC reading of the same (according to the tech sheet). I tested the control and found the HV control will need to be replaced. I tested the defrost element in test 89 and found 123V to the element, but found the element is giving an open reading. Also found corrosion on the ice maker near the motor housing and at the rear of the ice maker. Due to my findings, I am ordering the ice maker, damper control and diffuser and will return with all prescreened parts and scheduled return service for 03/21/25. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE HV CONTROL, DAMPER, DEFROST ELEMENT AND ICE MAKER. "Arrived on site for washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she went to run a load, the machine overflowed. I ran the innet through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F0 E2 (oversuds) error codes. I ran the unit threw an auto test and found no water leaking from anywhere on the machine. I gained access to the pressure hose and did not find any cracks or pinched hoses. I gained access to the control and found that the pressure hoods had been removed from the control. I added the pressure hose and ran the unit through the beginning of a wash cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer start a load of her own and we found the unit working and operating as designed and complete a quick wash without an issue. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that won't start a cycle and has a display that won't read out. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that anytime you closed the door, the microwave begins to run and of you leave it long enough, there will be a burning smell coming from within the microwave cavity. He also explained that the display does not read out correctly and you cannot understand what it says or press any buttons to try to make anything work. I did confirm both of the customers' complaints and found that the machine would need a control, door switch assemblies, and at least another magnetron. However, when I tried to pull up the parts break down, I found the manufacturer has no parts listed other than the turn table and has this note (THIS MODEL IS A REPLACEMENT WARRANTY MODEL. THE ONLY SERVICE PARTS AVAILABLE ARE THE TURNTABLE PARTS LISTED ABOVE. DO NOT SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL FOR THESE MODELS). Arrived onsite for washer leaking. I found the leak to be coming from the hot waterline connector. The cremp has broken and is allowing water to escape from the hose. Texted customer that whirlpool doesn't supply the hoses and he'd have to get with the installers/shippers to get a new hot line. Call complete. No one onsite for signature.

Arrived onsite for unit not making ice upon further inspection found unit RF 12.1 temp. Arrived onsite for unit filling and draining after a hour of use. Customer stated the dishwasher wouldn't spray but it fills. I found a F4E3 wash motor failure present. I confirmed wash motor is not running and needs replacement. I replaced the pump and motor and tested unit while observing for leaks. Unit is now running as designed and no leaks are present. Call complete. Installed W11025157 MOTOR ASSM.

Arrived on site for unit leaking. Upon arrival spoke with tenant instructed her on not hand washing dishes and putting inside unit and to stop using pods instead use liquid. Ran diagnostics checked for error codes no errors at this time. Ran test cycle 2 could not duplicate leak. Also informed customer not to block spray arm. No leaks present at this time job completed. No parts used

Arrived on site for oven door locked. Upon inspection unit door was locked hit self clean to listen for lock motor. In fact could hear motor canceled unit out door latch unlocked. Tested multiple times someone must of had on clean cycle and turned of during cycle causing door to stay locked. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to no parts used job completed

Arrived on site and found cold valve broken off valve housing . Replaced valve assemblyW11038689 . Ran diagnostics all checked normal. Nomwater leaks detected at time of service . Job complete . Construction not on hand to sign ticket

Arrived onsite and inspected cooktop for chemical burn smell and determined the unit is in good working order with no ongoing burning. Advised the new burner coil installed has an initial break-in that can cause a factory smell that subsides after initial use. Ran all 4 burners on hi heat and did not generate any smell or issues. No parts.

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit will make a buzzing noise intermittently. Video was provided, sounded like built up ice making contact with evap fan blade. Inspected evaporator coil, has a good frost pattern. Ran an ice maker harvest, noticed fill funnel is leaking. Installed fill tube extension (WPW10496649) and sealed with silicone, fill funnel no longer leaks. All components are properly engaging and no noises have been present during service. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite for timer not progressing properly. Replaced timer to repair. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on findings. All checks good. WP8557301

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. It's inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit bade ice perfectly for two weeks and then it quit. They also stated that the unit was getting really hot, so they turned it off. I turned the unit on and found water barely dribbling out of the water dispenser. I removed the filter and found adequate water flow coming through the line. The customer stated that they had recently replaced their filter, not even a month ago. The customer did have another filter on hand which we used and found adequate water flow coming through the new filter. I found that the customer had an excessive amount of calcium deposits inside the unit and asked if they had hard water. The customer advised that they do have really hard water. I did explain that hard water can cause the filters to go out more quickly.Due to the fact that the ice machine continually runs all day. I sat and watched a full ice making cycle and found all other components of the machine working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived onsite for unit not powering on. Spoke to customer and found that he has never used the oven other than a recent attempt to bake a cake. The breaker had tripped. Reset breaker and ran isolated elements then ran bake cycle at 500 degrees and unit did not trip, took pic. Notified customer to allow to burn off for 1 hr. Customer stated he will do but to also know that the unit has tried the breaker even when not in use. Advised customer to complete turnoff then monitor. If symptoms persist recommend notifying builder to inspect wiring and/or replace the breaker. Job complete"

Arrived on-site for washer not starting. Found washer was starting but made loud noise when agitating. Also found unit not draing. Control is sending 120v but harness is getting 9.5 resistance to drain pump. Ordering harness(w11335100) and pump(w11259498) for return visit. Installed actuator(w11481722) and splutch(w10721967) ; ordrng 1 W11259498 (Pump) and 1 W10590949 (Harness)
