"Arrived on site to inspect washer not powering on. Upon further inspection, I found the unit is in a nursing home laundry room, along with other non-commercial units. I found the unit plugged in and responding as I placed it in diagnostics showing error code F0E1-load in drum during cleaning cycle. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I placed it back into diagnostics and manually tested each component and then tested in a Quick Cycle. The unit continued to operate as designed. I found a detergent pod in the dispenser drawer and advised that the pods needed to be placed inside the drum and not in the dispenser drawer as the pod will not dissolve fully and will clog the dispenser. I recommended that the customer run an cleaning cycle every 30 loads or when the cleaning light turns on on the control panel. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer that is not washing clothes. Upon arrival I ran the unit in quick wash with a heavy blanket in it and the same amount of detergent that the customer uses and found that it would Agitate find and didnt produce too much suds. I then ran a spin cycle and found that the basket seemed off center a bit which could cause the unit to go off balance at time and stop the cycle too early. I adjusted the unit to venter the basket in the chassis and found unit operating as designed after testing.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the FC floor full of ice because the fill tube was not in the icemaker. I removed all the ice and forced harvest on the icemaker. I found no water entering the mold. I found the water turned off and the fill hose only finger tight. I tightened the hose fittings and turned the water on. I ran harvest and the unit filled and operated as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"I placed the temp logger, one lead in the freezer and one lead in the fridge.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not producing ice upon arrival I found that the ice maker would not harvest I then performed temp test and found ice box At 5? I found the refrigerator section at 32Degrees Freezer section at 2?. Upon further inspection I found that ice maker tree was stuck upside down and would not rotate back to home position would need to replace our. Further inspection I found that the right RC door gasket was torn very badly.

I gained access to the float switch and tested the thermistor, I found it reading 1.1 kohms, 175+ degrees. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the fuse and test. I advised the customer of the service pointer to replace the entire module when having error codes on the display. Customer advised to go ahead with replacing the fuse and they would see how long itll operate until they need to purchase a new unit. I advised that once I replace the fuse, they would be responsible for the remaining balance. The fuse was replaced and I programmed the unit. When I pressed power, the unit made a popping noise and I saw a flash of light at the back center area of the cooktop and the unit began to show the error code F47.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they washed a comforter then some pants and the u;it stopped mid-cycle and clothing was still wet with detergent. I gained access to the control and tested the defrost circuit and found at the control it was reading 38 ohms which is in range. I found the control not sending voltage while defrost is being called for. I installed the new control. I recommend the customer leave the unit off for up to 48 hours, and to leave some towels inside the freezer to catch any water dripping down.

"Arrived on site for Ge dryer start knob falling off. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the start knob off, and the start switch fallen into the console. I gained access to the switch, I found the plastic clips that the start switch lock into are brittle and breaking off. The clips are part of the console and the console would need to be replaced. I was able to get the switch sit back in place but it will fall out again as those clips break more."

Arrived onsite and customer had loose bearing screw and one that had fallen out completely. The result was that the drum motion was clunking on rotation. Restored screws and tightened properly. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a washer that leaked after a cleaning cycle. The CX stated they have used the washer since the clean cycle and it has never leaked again. I removed the lower panel and checked for water trails finding none. I found water trails coming out of the vent on the rear panel and explained to the customer where it had leaked from. I went over detergent amounts and what cleaners to use. The customer requested to get the pump cleaned out. I cleaned the pump out and tested the machine. The unit works as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for cooktop left front burner not igniting properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Disassembled console and found issues with valve assembly. The valve stem and switch are loosing contact. When the knob is turned the ignitor is sparking buy as the knob continues to turn and gas is opened, the switch disengage and sparking stops so the ignition doesnt happen

"Arrived to inspect poor spin and noise during spin. I found the chassis incorrectly set during installation and after correction, the sever rocking was resolved. The basket was not centered within the chassis and leaning to the right, nearly contacting the inside of the chassis at rest. I recalibrated the unit within service mode and tested. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying cloths properly need to run a few cycle to get cloths completely dry. Upon arrival I performed and airflow tested and the unit pasted(see pix). I then ran the unit in quick dry and found that it is heating. Then in time dry also the same. I then check the washer to see if it wa not spinning and draining properly upon doing so I found that the unit was slightly off balance I corrected this then I took temps in the dryer and found them in between 192-140*. I the tested the thermistors and found the inlet showing 1.21k ohms and outlet/cutoff showing 00.01 ohms. I consulted with SM team and was advised to replace the thermistors and took temps once more and found the temps at 140-190*.. unit is operating as designed job complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having Ice dispenser issues. Upon arrival I found that the Ice Chute seal not installed properly, and the ice bin was not aligned with the impeller causing the unit not to Dispense properly. I Adjusted all of these and tested unit multiple times on the phone with you when it was dispensing ice properly. Job complete"

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit was still within warranty and received an email from the owner. Upon plugging in the unit, it started cooling and drew .8 ohms and thermography revealed the correct high and low side temperatures. I tested and verified the defrost system, thermistors and damper were all working as designed and within MFG specifications. I discussed the issue with the CX and they had visibly seen and confirmed a large mass of ice within the evaporator area. I suspect that was the cause of the original no cool complaint. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the issue had resolved prior to this visit and I could see evidence of the evaporator having frozen up and blocking the airflow to the RC. I found the RC door gaskets were not fully pressed into the gasket retaining channels in several points and I corrected. The FC door gasket was badly creased and had several areas not pressed into place and I removed the gasket and re-formed with heat. After correcting the gasket shape, I reinstalled and tested. The left hinge was bent down and required straightening. After the hinge correction and verification, I was able to re-form the closer assembly and it then worked as designed. The FC door had a severe tilt out at the top and I corrected. Due to issues found, I am applying our warranty and no parts or further charges assessed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaving clothes wet at the end of cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that intermittently, certain loads will not be fully rang out. They can put the unit into a drain and spin and finish out the spin and drain cycle. They advise the only setting that actually works consistently is the quick wash setting. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the fill functions and drainage functions again. All tests ran as designed. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Travis (no SR#). He advised that based on the fact that all individual components are working, they could not verify that there was an actual problem with the unit. He had me go through the customers cycle selections and we found two selections that had no spin recording on the cycle selections. Advise to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

Documented exposure to elements due to open air laundry shack. Non dedicated power. Ground contact 2x6 decking for the floor and high volume of bedding and towels due to short term rental business. These factors indicate the symptoms stem from exposure due to installation location and power supply and volume and types of loads used for the STR business. No error codes saved at this time. Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes or recycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will seemingly count down early on certain cycles and will turn off within five minutes of starting the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all test spots. Ran the unit through a cycle and found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. Down the unit did not register any kind of moisture due to new clothes being in the dryer and started to shut down after 4-5 minutes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the moisture sensor working as designed. Found the dryer leaning backwards causing clothes to bundle at the back and also noticed the vent hose was really long and had multiple elbows before even making it to the wall and up through the roof. I did explain to the customer that their venting situation could be exacerbating her issue due to the fact that she may not have proper actual airflow. Advise the customer to shorten her vent hose and re-leveled up the unit to where it the front Linda little forward to allow close to touch up against the moisture sensor. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven with issues selecting functions on display. Spoke with customer who explained that if they are cooking highly steamy or moist items, that when they open the door and steam hits the screen, it acts as key presses. I advised them that steam can act as key presses on the touch screen models. Called tech line, SR7734847351. Inquired as to if there was a workaround. Tech Line confirms steam on the panel can cause issues, and to make sure items are covered in the unit when needed, and to use the convect option for less steam generation. There is no part replacement to resolve touch screen functionality. Unit working as designed. Passed findings to customer and advised to cover / use convect options. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher with upper rack falling out of place. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found upper rail adjuster broken. Replaced adjustable kit and found rack now functioning as designed. Call complete
