Don site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the icemaker does not fill up with water. She has tested the water dispenser in. Found the water dispenser working. I didnt check the water dispenser and did find the water dispenser operating properly. I found temperature in the freezer at 6?F indicating the icemaker should have been harvesting. I jumped the icemaker and found the motor turning. I did find that the icemaker once it got to the valve section was filling up with water indicating the issue was with the icemaker thermistor. I replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. I confirmed the compressor was failing mechanically and causing the amperage to rise and trip the overload after it would start running. I tapped the system and found it fully charged. I replaced the compressor and drier. I added an access valve to the new compressor. I used a W11504434 Lokring to mount the drier to the aluminum capillary tube. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 47 grams of R600A refrigerant. I tested the refrigerator and found I had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. All is working as designed. On arrival verified complaint of front left burner is missing. After verifiying model and serial I found the part number needed was the w11517959 per sub number. Attempted to install and found some of the spade connectors are arc melted and will need to be replaced as well as the 7959 burner is a dual burner and it needs a triple burner. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up at the opening of the ice chute (phot) and at the top of the FC door the right corner (photo). I adjusted the mullion and cabinet in that upper right corner and filled the gaps in between the liner and cabinet with silicone and tested operations. "Arrived on site for a range that is not heating properly in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that every time she cooks, the cooking is wildly inconsistent. She states that sometimes items are raw in the middle and other times they are completely burned on the top. She advised that more often than not, it tends to burn. I ran the unit up to 350?F and found temperatures fluctuating between 329?F and 383?F averaging a temperature of 356?F. I watched the unit due to full cycles and found similar heating and cooling patterns. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7739275637. He advised that the temperature fluctuations were within range and designed to work this way. He did say that during the bake cycles, the bake and broil elements do come on so it is important that items are not too close to the broil element during the bake because it can burn items. He stated this is how the unit is designed to work and that there are no adjustments that can be made to adjust this unit more to the liking of the customer. He stated this is the programming of the unit and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not venting correctly. Builder said they failed inspection due to unit not getting correct ventilation. Replaced vent blower and they will test again job complete. W11441128

Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing ice. On inspection the ice bin was 75% full. Called the customer and said that it had started to make ice after the last tech was there. When I removed the icemaker it had just filled the tray with water and was 25% frozen. I reinstalled the icemaker and called for water and it filled up the tray. Called the customer and asked how long the trim on the fc door was lose because the door didnt close all the way with the door trim lose. I reinstalled the door trim on the fc door and the door close correctly now. He is going to dump the ice this weekend in see how well it works. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to test unit for incorrect wiring on dryer. Upon inspection found multiple wires have exposed wires due to wires rubbing on metal components and rubbing thru the insulation. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that will not dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing has happened where the impeller is completely stripped. I gained access to the impeller and did find the impeller completely stripped on the motor shaft. I went to replace parts and found that I was missing a spacer washer. Arrived on site for a dryer that has a broken terminal block. Inspected unit and work area. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed the User interface (UI) and HV control and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not dry clothes correctly on any auto cycle and it makes noise. I tested the dryer and it sounds normal at this time. I had the customer listen and he agreed it sounded normal. I did move it and remove stuff from behind it that was possibly causing the noise. I could not get the dryer in diagnostics to allow me to open the door and test the moisture sensors. I tried a back door thru the control and it would fail as soon as encoder appeared on the display. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR 7739273881. Austin had me check continuity and resistance on the sensor circuit and it showed open with nothing across it and open during the continuity test with a wet rag across them and giving a mega ohm reading with resistance. Arrived on site to test unit for fill valve not working. Test unit and found brown wire broken at harness in between the inner door and outer door. Spliced the wires to test to make sure unit will work and unit working correctly. Will need to order new harness office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10889940 (Main harness)

Arrived on site to replace right side dryer panel due to damage. Replaced panel and ran unit. Verified noise was gone and unit working as designed. Parts used - W11233548.

"COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ISSUE FROM PREVIOUS REPAIR. Arrived on site for no cool. Found evaporator cover incased in ice fan running no air flow. Ran diagnostic bimetal reading closed,heater powered on and started defrosting,diagnosed communication issue and unit not entering self defrost. Replaced the ui and main control,customer will defrost unit 24hrs. Used w11567938,w11670354"

"Arrived on site for a rattling sound. Upon arrival, ran vent test and test is poor for electric dryers.test then passes with hose disconnected . Advised customer to have maintenance department clean vent. test unit and makes a slight metal to metal rattling from rear of unit. Pulled unit from wall and sound goes away. Removed blower housing and blower is good with no debris. Recommend replacing hard stiff vent hose with a more flexible hose. Unit is operas designed. Job complete . No parts needed"

"Arrived on site for not draining correctly. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Entire bottom of tub is dry. Inspected valve and is not weeping. Inspected drain hose and is good with correct pour into disposal. Removed pump for inspection and to be sure there is no debris. Cannot duplicate a drainage issue at this time. No leaks present. "Arrived on site for dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival found rollers 349241T, belt 341241, and idler wp691366 failing and stuck. Replaced parts and tested unit. Found no failures and unit working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaving clothes wet, usually requiring a drain and spin to be run. Checked for errors and found F0E5 error for off balance. I disassembled the unit and checked the drain trap. Found no items in the drain trap, unit draining properly. Found shocks felt a little soft, but basket isn't excessively vibrating when a no load is in it. Unit passed diagnostic test. Blew out pressure line and felt a little pressure that released when I blew through. I advised the customer of my findings and that there are no verifiable broken parts or other errors. Customer is military and says they do wash some heavy loads, so I recommended reducing the load size to prevent the unit from going off balance / banging around. No parts needed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not powering on. Checked voltage and polarity and found that there was no power at the dryer. I found the breaker had tripped, and that it IS a GFCI breaker. I reset the breaker and ran the unit. Found good voltages and polarity at the terminal block. Found amp draw nowhere near high enough to trip, and no verifiable shorts. Advised customer of findings and to consult the builder to replace breaker with either updated GFCI or non GFCI if breaker keeps tripping. Repair completed, no parts needed."
