Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Saw unit pulling out when opening the door and saw left side mounting bracket was missing screw. Test unit and found unit over sudsing. Cleared all suds and advised customer to run unit with out any soap to clear the suds. Went to aligned the left side mounting bracket to cabinet trim and the trim fell right off just by touching it. Tenant was standing there and saw that I soon as I touched it the cabinet trim came off. There was not screws or anything holding the trimmings place. Continued to enter diagnostics to check temp sensors and found ice maker thermistor ice box to be 60 degrees F, ice maker temp tray to be 57 degrees F, fresh food temp to be 37 degrees F, freezer temp to be -18 degrees F and 37 degrees F in the ice box in the last 6 hours (normal operations 20degrees F). Activated ice maker fan and no air coming out of supply vent but hear a humming noise from the motor. Arrived onsite for rc not cooling. On inspection found that the fc was 0 and the 55?. Tested the damper and it was opening and closing correctly. Tested the evap fan and it never turn on. I found that there was only 79vac to the fan. Talked with Gerry and I installed a new UI W11642241. I still was only getting 79 vac to the fan loaded or unloaded. I then talked with WP Techline and we came to the conclusion that the main control board needs to be replaced. Ordering a new control. No water leaks detected during service. Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on/ operating. Tested voltage at control and was only getting 87 VAC from L1 to neutral. Measured voltage at the outlet with plug partially pulled out and had 123 VAC between L1 and neutral and noticed control was blinking. I found that when wiggling the plug at the outlet I would get 123 volts but when I let got I would get 87 VAC. I showed this to the customer and explained to him he had an outlet issue. When the dryer is getting correct voltage it is operating as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. I noticed the top corner of the gasket on both sides dented in causing the water to leak down the door. I replaced the gasket and there no water leaks are occurring now after diagnostics cycle. Job complete. INSTALLED W11483553 GASKET.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher leaking from underneath. The customer also stated that it wasnt draining. I found the drain hose not routed through the rear of the machine and mounted from the side causing the elbow to collapse where its connected at the machine and not allowing water to drain. I corrected the drain hose connection and tested the machine. I found an F9E1 error caused by the pinched hose and deleted it. I ran the diagnostics cycle and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were a bunch of suds at the end of the cycle with no rinse aid or detergent in the machine. I found a bottle of Dawn platinum hand wash detergent under the sink and I suspect that had been put in the machine. I used some cooking oil to break the suds down and ran another cycle. The suds are gone and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. I advised the customer to call the installers back out because they did not install the undercounter cabinet brackets and screws to hold the machine securely in the cabinet. They ran a screw on both sides thru the tub into the cabinet and the door rubs on the screw heads. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Freezer items have had frost on them before, but not consistently. I applied the following fixes to resolve - turned on mullion heaters to all the time, sealed the liner with silicon, and raised the freezer door a few millimeters. Household was around 62% humidity. This should fully resolve as much moisture as I can remove. Customer keeps the house around 77, so humidity is a bit high. Arrived on site for a dryer that is flashing an F3 E2 (moisture sensor;open or shorted) error code. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed the customers error message. I tried to run an auto cycle and found that the dryer would shut off when I opened the door to test the moisture sensor. I checked Continuity from the main control to the moisture sensor harness. Found proper continuity. I checked the moisture sensor and found it showing open and would make and break if I rubbed my finger across the moisture sensor bars. I spoke to SW and was advised that the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

The assistant advised that they typically run all of their cleaning supplies (towels, uniforms, rags, mop heads, etc.) through the washer at the end of the day. I checked with the claims department to see if we could get them covered was advised that whirlpool would not cover them for this repair due to the commercial environment. The customer advised that after the tornado that came through, they lost power for four days, and that meat had spoiled in her freezer. She advised that she found some of that had dripped into the Drip pan in the freezer section and had run down to the backside of the unit. She advised that since then they have had really bad smells coming from the back of the refrigerator. I tested the ice dispenser and found it making a popping sound when it was trying to dispense and no ice was coming through. I inspected the Ice container and auger and did not find any of them stripped completely. I just assembled the unit and found that the spring had been missing from the driveshaft, potentially causing this issue. The customer requested that we clean out the drip pan underneath the refrigerator due to the smell because she could not get access to it. Arrived onsite for washer making noise. Tested washer in diagnostics and it sounded normal. Did manual diagnostics and did high spin and agitate and sounded normal. I noticed the leveling feet were off and adjusted them accordingly. I noticed the agitator cap missing and told the customer that they need to find it and put it on. I told the customer the agitator was functioning as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. NO PARTS INSTALLED. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not starting. Tested the washer and found the hot water not working. It appeared the wall valve had been replaced and never turned on. I turned the wall valve on and ran diagnostics and the machine works as designed. I started a quick wash cycle. The machine worked as designed. At this time all function as designed. Arrived on site for unit not heating and turning on by itself. Found voltage from by-rd was 0. Each side to common is 125v. Found wh and ground were not hooked properly. Reset breaker. Corrected wiring at junction. Now I have proper voltage. Unit is operating as designed. Explained that wrinkle sheild will turn unit on and off until it goes to off. Now working as designed.
