Arrived on site for fridge leaking from dispenser . Found builder has replaced fridge and unit is now in garage. Unit is not hooked up to any water supply . Arrived on site for washer. Upon arrival found no errors codes. Customer tried to start unit herself on arrival to show me on it was acting up but upon startup unit ran a normal cycle with no start up failures. Verified outlet still had a polarized 120vac. Found no mechanical failures in latch. Called techline and reported findings Sr# 7738737551. Techline agreed that customer needs to provide a video or some sort of proof of failure. I did go over Technical Service Pointer #: W11679421 Rev A again with customer. Unit works as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. I removed the rotor in the slider and did not find any evidence of oil leaks underneath the unit. I replace both are slider and the rotor and tested the unit. The unit would not agitate or spin. I ran into into diagnostics and found an F6 E3 ( ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I replaced the clutch and found the same issues in diagnostics. I called Techline and spoke to Jake SR# 7739290909. He had me check the windings to the stator from the control and we found that the red to black and red to brown were showing open but the brown to black showing proper resistance. I checked at the stater and confirmed both issues, but found the brown to black showing proper resistance again. He stated that obviously we would need to replace the stator but that because of the F6 E3 error code, we would also need to replace the control. He advised that after that, there would be no further advisement made on this, as we will have replaced everything within the circuit in the lower harness showing that theres no issues with an open line. Ordering the stator and will return with the control. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the dishwasher will fill and drain but it will not re-circulate the water. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (single speed wash motor failure) error code. Around the neck through an auto test and did confirm that water was not recirculating. I replaced the washer motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no water leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11416363

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making screeching sound during operation. Inspected the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint immediately upon starting up the dryer. It sounded like the rollers were squeaking. I gained access to the inner drum and found two rollers that were hard to spin and causing the abnormal noises. I replaced the rollers and the idler pulley and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that makes loud noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it makes a really loud sound when it goes through the entire spin cycle. I ran the unit into a manual spin, and heard what it sounded like the bearings running dry in the gear case. I attempted to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on the driveshaft. I also attempted to remove the rotor and found the road are completely stuck as well indicating we would need to replace the tub, basket, agitator, hub, assembly, filter, gear case, suspension, stator, rotor, clutch, slider, and screws for repair. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .311 A indicating a leak or an efficient compressor. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo that customer noticed hot air coming from. Customer pointed out the vent on the bottom is pushing air around 130 degrees. I advised customer this is normal, and the blower is going to circulate some hot air off of the cavity and out the bottom. This is working as designed, and there are no failures with the fan. No parts needed, unit working as designed. On this single oven the customer also showed me that the install instructions list the power for this oven to be run through a 20a breaker. Unit is currently connected to a 40a breaker, which is excessive for the smaller draw of the unit. Advised to step the breaker down to a 20 to be in line with install instructions, or customer would prefer a 30 which is less likely to cause damage to the unit but is outside of recommended specs. Advised using too high of a breaker may cause damage to the unit since it can't accurately trigger for normal failure conditions. No repairs needed, recommended using a smaller breaker. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator tripping the breaker. Maintenance clarified it was tripping the breaker as soon as it was plugged in. I tested the unit on 2 different outlets. I could not get it to trip at all. I ran through manual diagnostics and ran every component and defrost heater, and could not find any failures. The compressor sounded a little weak, but was forming a frost pattern. Advised maintenance to follow up if it trips again or does not cool. No parts used since I could not duplicate a failure."

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator making noise. Added some additional sound pads to the condenser line area to further muffle the noise. Once I had the rear label on I also heard a rattle where it was contacting the inlet valve. Folded back the rear cover to remove noise. Unit is as quiet as I can get it at. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the fill valve, spin cycle and drain pump. I found while the unit was spinning, I could hear a rattling noise. I stopped testing and inspected the washplate area and found some debris under the plate. I removed the washplate and found a penny under it. Removed the penny and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect range burner not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop middle burner does not ignite but they can hear the ignitor arcing. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and found the ignitor had dropped down into the cooktop. I reseated the ignitor and set the clip and retested. Also found the middle burner head/cap assembly had a large amount of cooking oils/grease in between the cap and head. Disassembled the assembly and cleaned the debris and reassembled and tested all burners. Unit is operating as designed. I did find that the front left burner valve knob is loose and missing the sleeve from the stem and the stem is cracked. I recommended the customer contact the manufacturer and see if they would send them some new knobs. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Unit 553. Arrived on site for unit building condensation in the drum. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer had just finished running a load. Load did complete properly. Customer stated that in the unit is not in use. It starts to build condensation. Customer stated condensation will start to build on the glass door and then lead into the drum. Unit is a base model dryer with no steam function or water supply. Condensation is due to high humidity weather moving through the vent and into the unit colliding with 70? internal temperature causing condensation. There is no way for the unit to create water. Notified customer to leave the door open for proper ventilation and reduce condensation buildup. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for low ice production from Ice Machine. On inspection found the ice plate frosted but no water going across the plate. Confirmed water was turned on, pulled filter and got water to start flowing. I powered the unit off in back on and the flash cycle never started. Installed new recirculating pump and the water bin drain pump. Powered unit back on, the flush cycle ran and it stared to make ice slab. When I left there slap was half done. The Ice Machine is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service. W11542868 W11542867"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not starting. When starting the unit you would hear motor just humming loudly and not engaging. I found I could force it to run by spinning the drum, indicating a bad start winding. I found the blower wheel was stuck on the shaft and had to be cut off. Replaced both the motor and wheel and retested. Verified proper operation. Parts used - WP694089, 279827."

Arrived onsite for a dryer thats not heating up properly. I found the voltage supply to the dryer 208VAC. I found the dryer getting up to 168 degrees at the exhaust with the duct disconnected and cycling properly. The dryer is slower to heat up due to the voltage supply and I explained to the director that this was normal. With the duct connected the dryer is getting poor airflow due to the vent being partially restricted. On arrival the dryer had clothes in it and they were dripping wet. I showed this to the director and explained that the washer was not spinning the clothes out properly and this was some of the issue. I also found the vent partially crushed due to the install. I advised having the vents cleaned and adding an elbow at the wall and one at the dryer to allow the hose to loop up and back down then the dryer could be pushed back further. I also advised having the washer looked at due to it not spinning clothes out correctly all the time. At this time this dryer is working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.
