Arrived on site to inspect microwave model WMMS3130RZ02 with door not closing properly. Upon further inspection I found that the microwave had severe structural damage which cause the gram to bend and the door to go out of alignment. I called techline to document my findings. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW4855HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Ice machine WUI95X15HZ00 had a float sensor installed. Powered up the unit, and it filled the reservoir, drained, and refilled as part of the normal process. The ice machine recirculated water over the evaporator plate and is working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service. Advised customer to allow about 24 hours for the bin to fill."

"the customer presented several videos that noise could be heard and there were large amounts of frost within the machine. I found the potential of door blockage and advised the customer and they will monitor to see if the frosting issue is resolved. The noise was a fast metalllic sound and coincided with the evaproator fan. The slides for the two lower drawers were contacting the evaporator plate and there is not a MFG recommneded remedy at this time. I was able to apply specifically sized dampening pads to the contact areas for the slides and the issue was resolved through testing. The customer advised they were hearing a droning noise. I confirmed the audible noise and that it was during periods of high speed compressor operaion. The noise level was what is expected from a variable speed compressor that is running at high speed and within MFG normal operational standards. Through the use of a spectral acoutic analyzer, I was able to see a 76Hz spike that was approximately 17dB elevated from ambient and within expected standards. I advised the customer of my findings and they will contact the MFG if further issues persit. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop model JGCP436HL00 with imperfection with the left side trim. Upon further inspection, I found that when the cooktop was installed, some foam was added underneath the trim pieces to prevent it from making direct contact with the counter. The customer pointed out that the left side foam had some imperfections (photos). This problem will need to be fixed by the installers since it is an installation issue and there is no problem with the appliance itself. No gas leaks observed during service."

Spoke with PR and I moved the evaporator lines to be even with each other. Checked the rear and moved some of the lines back as it could cause noise. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW8127LW3 lid not closing fully, and the lid is not able to lock without pushing it down. I found the lid staying approximately a half inch open and not able to lock unless I pushed it down to close it fully. I tested the unit in diagnostics, and while holding the lid down, it would properly lock. If I didn't hold the lid down, the lock would not function properly. It appears that either the hinges have been hyperextended or the lid is warped. I am ordering the hinges and lid and office to schedule a return service due to the availability of the parts. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave KOEC530PPS03 unit microwave door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave door and found that when closing it and pressing start, I get the open door error. When I pressed on the left side of the door and pressed start, the microwave would start a cycle. Following service pointer W11805702, I removed some of the silicone gasket at the bottom of the door and retested, and the unit continued to fail. I removed and replaced the inner door panel and had to remove some of its silicone gasket as well and retested. The unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11684570"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWX655DW1 getting off balanced. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. Once the unit got to the spin test, the unit began to get off balanced, and then as it gained RPM's, the unit balanced itself. It completed testing and did not show any error codes. I raised the top panel and removed the tub ring and grabbed the basket and tub, and could move the basket around inside the tub, telling me that the basket hub was loose or the gearcase spindle is warped. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it seized to the gearcase spindle. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase and washplate and will return with all prescreened parts. Due to the gearcase being OOS, the office will need to schedule the return service. No water leaks were observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)"

Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners and found that in the simmer setting, the flames going from low to high simmer were not adjusting. I attempted to call the owner, and their phone went straight to voice mail; therefore, I sent a text to advise of my repairs. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range WFES3330RS0 tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker to be a Square D GFCI 40amp breaker, and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit, and the customer advised that the breaker would trip when using the oven. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the terminal block and main harness. I removed the ground wire and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees. While testing, I tested voltage to the unit at the terminal block (245V), amp draw to the bake (10amps), and broil (14amps). The unit completed the first burnout, and I allowed the unit to cool and reconnected the ground and performed another burnout at 500 degrees on Bake. The unit completed the burnout, and I placed a timer on for 30 minutes. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Christina and advised of my findings, testings, and results. Christina provided Case #21578602. I provided the case number to my customer and recommended they contact the manufacturer if they needed future service. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KOSC504PPS error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in an under construction home and the display blank, and the builder advised that the unit is not plugged in and the breaker is turned off. While the builder cycled the power at the breaker, I pulled the unit out and tested voltage at the outlet and found 248V. I unplugged the unit and removed the control cover and rear panel. Plugged the unit in and tested voltage at the terminal block and found 248V for L1 to L2. I found 124V from L1 and L2 to Neutral. I checked the display, and it was showing error code F9E0-mis-wired. Using the wiring diagram in the tech sheet, I checked all of the wiring and found the unit properly wired. Using the control prescreened for today's service, I removed and replaced the main control and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the builder have the customer download the Kitchenaid app onto their phone and connect the unit to Wi-Fi in order to get periodic software updates. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. W11683043"

"Arrived on site for gas leak from the unit. Upon arrival, customer stated this carbon monoxide detector went off when the oven was in use. Customer called gas company and found no issues to the house and red tagged the unit. Inspected air shutter and found its in the correct adjustment. Ran oven and cooktop at the same time and found all flames to be blue. Ran gas detector on all leak points and found no detection. While both cooktop and oven running, placed detector 1 ft away from the unit and did not go off. Carbon monoxide detector to the house did not go off as well. All pictures attached. Called techline and spoke with Chris SR#21600966 and documented call and agreed there are no faults with the unit. All photos sent to techline. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed"

Arrived onsite for washer WTW4816F23 banging each load. Inspected and found unit not leveled. Leveled unit and took pic. Noticed left side needing more leveling the right side and found floor is actually not leveled. Leveled unit as best as possible but floor may still affect unit. "Model: WHD862CHC2 Job ReportArrived on site to diagnose the unit for intermittently shutting off before completing a cycle. Per customer, the issue occurs erraticallysometimes two to three times per weekwhere the unit will power off mid-cycle and then restart on its own. Performed a full diagnostic check and found no stored error codes. All components activated properly during testing, including the motor, blower, and sensors. Verified the unit is receiving proper voltage and maintaining stable electrical supply throughout operation.Ran multiple test cycles and was unable to duplicate the shutdown issue during the visit. Inspected internal components and did not observe any immediate mechanical failures. Due to the intermittent nature of the symptom, and as a precautionary measure, I recommend replacing the thermistor and the main control board, as either failing intermittently could cause an uncommanded shutdown and restart. Also recommend inspecting the evaporator assembly on the next visit to ensure the coils are not restricted or clogged, which may contribute to overheating or abnormal behavior.Parts have been ordered, and the return visit has been scheduled per the customers request for December 4th. Arrived on site for customer waking up to water on the floor. Says there was water on top of the ice. Also unit has water collecting under the drawer. Found water from evaporator missing the drain pan and spilling over. Unit will need new evaporator cover. Also found door gasket torn. Test icemaker and it failed to complet cycle. Ice is stuck in tray and when it refilled it spilled water. Replaced icemaker. Icemaker and water working. Advised customer to unplug 24 hours before repair. And to set towels down. Arrived on site for oven having no power. Nothing turns on. I removed oven from wall. Found voltage to unit was good. Bake and broil elements check ok. Found thermal fuse was open. Replaced thermal fuse. Verified operarion. Call complete.

Removed back panel and checked harness to control board; no visible cuts or crimps to or into control board. Removed and reseated all connections. Ran auto test: washer filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Could not duplicate issue; unit working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.
