However first breached the cap tube at the drier and no refrigerant escaped indicating a blockage in the cap tube joint to the drier. Verified blockage caused cooling failure. Replaced the drier and added access valve. Pulled 30 minute vacuum and recharged to spec. Unit is now operating as designed. W11506635, WPW10143759 no signer available."

Arrived on-site for unit not drying properly. Customer stated that the bottom rack wasn't getting clean but the top was fine. Also that water puddles up on the bottom of the cups. I found that one of the clips for the element had been bent up and wouldn't let the bottom spray arm spin. I bent the clip back down and advised customer to use liquid detergent instead of pods. Unit is heating and washing as designed. No parts used.

Arrived onsite for burner flames too low. Upon arrival customer stated the issue with the cooktop was that the center burner was a bit louder than the rest. I found the flame to be correct and have no issues. I explained to the customer that the center burner pushes out more gas due to the dual orifice for simmer and high settings. Due to the smaller orifice it will make more of a whistle noise because of the smaller opening. Unit operates as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the upper ice maker stopped completely and the lower ice maker maybe makes two to three trays a day. I took temperature of the freezer and found the freezer at 8?F with the compressor not running on arrival. I found the refrigerator section at 39?F. I gained access to the compressor and did not find the compressor overly hot. I ran the internet through diagnostics and found all tests passing including ice level sensor, ice box thermistor, evaporator fan, ice box fan, and icemkaer harvest tests. I checked the ice maker error codes and found an E5 indicating an icemkaer thermistor issue. After pulling the unit out of diagnostics, I found the compressor kick on and begin to cool. I asked the customer if they had noticed any temperature concerns and they advised that everything has been cooling properly. I went ahead and replaced both ice makers and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11658802 and W11578780."

I checked behind the unit and found a water trail going across the back wall. I found a splitter that had a cap on it that was leaking from the cap. See photos. The customer requested that we remove the Y splitter. I went ahead and removed that from the wall. I refitted the inlet hose on the wall valve and ran the unit through a quick wash cycle. I found no leaks present during operation through agitation or draining. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that sounds like an airplane. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just started making the noise within the last week and has been really loud when spinning. I tested the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I went to remove the gear case and found the spanner nut completely seized on the drive shaft. I spent thirty minutes trying to remove the spannernet and found the spanner nut was just stripping. I tried to use alternative methods to remove the spanner nut but the spanner would not move. I am ordering a full rebuild on this washer, including the tub, basket, gearcase, spanner nut, stator, rotor, clutch, and slider. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items. No parts were installed.; ordrng 6 W11027980 (Stator screws)s and 1 W11178227 (Basket) and 1 W11551646 (Spanner nut) and 1 W11219115 (Tub) and 1 W11568797 (Drain filter) and 1 WP8533928 (Filter screw) and 1 W11568984 (Lower harness)"

Also found lonf fill may be due to drain line installed at 29 inches from floor rather than the minimum 39 inches. This can cause a siphon effect, making the unit drain as it fills the error code. Recommended customer adjust standpipe to proper installation. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

I checked the gearcase and no oil present however I did find the cam chewed on the top causing resistance when switching to spin and agitation. I replaced the cam and belt and ran a calibration. Unit completed calibration with no issue and i ran a test cycle. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. Installed W10721967 SPLUTCH ASSM W AND WPW10006384 BELT.

Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components engaged properly with no irregular noises. Gained access to bottom end components and found cam and belt have wear, suspect cam is not being seated properly causing a high pitched noise. Replaced splutch (W10721967), belt (WPW10006384) and actuator (W11481722). Ran another diagnostic cycle successfully and manually selected a high spin speed, no noise present during service. Advised customer to monitor, if issue returns recommend a gear case replacement. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for FC not cooling. Upon arrival, customer stated top portion of FC is warmer compared too the bottom section. Upon closer inspection, unit does produce ice but very slushy. Water and ice dispense as normal. Proceeded to inspect evaporator cover and found water that froze on the top supply vent in the middle of compartment. Removed and cleared all ice buildup and moisture and proceeded to expose evaporator coil and found no defrost issues and good frost pattern. Upon closer inspection, found evaporator coil fins smushed on top section. Straightened all fins and began to run diagnostics. Found all components working as designed. Customer also had the setting to the warmest which is 5F. Brought temp down to 0F. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."

"Arrive downside for a washing machine that is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she's had a couple error codes pop up for her as well including an F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) and an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error codes. I did confirm both of the error codes in diagnostics but tested the incoming water temperature. I found both hot and cold water lines going to the proper valve. I tested the lidlock assembly multiple times in could not get the unit to fault. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot, potentially causing the issue with the lynn fault error message. I went ahead and replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11396716."

She also stated that she also has an odor coming from within the basket. I confirmed the customer's complaint and found the suspension rods completely worn. In regards to the smell, i did advise her to run a clean washer cycle with moisture cleaner tablets, but that there would not be anything I could do beyond that. I did advise the customer that some of that smell may be coming in from their water supply as well if they have older pipes. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit.
