Found shutoff valve more than 80% closed on both the hot and cold side. Opened both valves 100%, proper water flow restored. Started a rinse and spin cycle, unit filled then began to agitate with no noise. After draining unit began to spin and that is when the noise began. Sounded like a slipping belt in the beginning of the spin. Gained access to lower components, found belt and cam are worn. Will need to order cam. Customer stated that the unit had heating issues prior to being moved outside to an outlet with voltage issues. Tested all fuses, all reading properly. Heater is reading open. Replaced heating element (279838). Voltage issue at the outlet has not been resolved so when the motor starts up with 240V, the jump breaks the blower wheel free. Advised customer that the unit requires proper voltage. Unit will not work as designed if voltage is not correct before testing. Could not fully test unit due to that issue. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ice maker calling for too much water and ice clumping and the door open s9unds constantly chiming when the doors are opened and per techlines recommendations, I removed and replaced the control kit, side panel UI, both Reed switches, ice maker and ice chute door and tested. The doors still chimes when opening even with the sound turned off. I contacted techline and spoke to Drew and provided the SR number and current issue. Drew advised to disconnect the unit from Wifi and cycle power to the unit to reset controls and the sound should stop. Customer disconnected the Wifi and I cycled power and retested and unit continues to chime when opening the doors even with the sound turned off. Drew advised that he was referring the file to engineering for review and added the new info to current SR#7739300045. I advised the customer of this and that they would be contacted in 3-5 days of a resolution. Since the customer has a surge protector behind the unit, customer disconnected the unit from the protector to see if there would be a change in operations and found there is no change. I found the unit, if pushed back all the way, doors will not be able to be opened. Unit has to be pulled forward approximately six inches from the back wall to be able to clear for the doors to open. Unit is currently operating as designed except for the chiming when the doors are opened. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer had a load of clothing started in the unit and the display was flashing Lo Flo for low flow of water. I stopped the cycle and the customer removed the clothing from the unit and when I placed the unit in diagnostics, it showed error code F8E1-low or no flow. Cleared the code and manually tested the valves and found the hot valve not allowing water to flow into the tub. I gained access to the inlet valves at the wall and found the got valve turned off and the cold valve slightly turned on. I opened both valves on all the way and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated for them how to turn the water on/off at the wall. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not powering on. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit it in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found dry water stains on the control panel and removed the outer door panel to find moisture on the inside of the outer door panel and on the UI again. I also found moisture built up around the vent assembly. I cleaned the moisture and removed and replaced the vent assembly and UI. I found where water had been leaking through the door gasket and getting into the UI through the door latch. I removed and replaced the door gasket and then retested the unit. However I found the drain pipe where the water dumps to be filling and not draining all the water in time causing a overfill from the wall. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Found RC evap was frozen over again. Called tech line due to repeat failure with defrost. Checked thermistor at control and found it reading 1109 ohms, way out of range. Tech line SR7740579012. Unit has an immense amount of ice built on the fan scroll and it needs to be melted down in order to gain access to the thermistor. Customer will defrost unit so we can repair. Return visit set for 1/2. ; schdld next appmnt for 1/2 THU !"

"Arrived onsite and found unit was tripping during preheat. Verified voltage and polarity is correct and performed the burnoff recommended by the manufacturer. And was able to reach and maintain 550f with no tripping. Recommended leaving the unit running at 550f for minimum of one hour. In even if ongoing nuisance tripping, the breaker must be replaced with a compatible non AFCI/GFCI breaker. Advised home owner on findings. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. I found all components working in operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting cycles again. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the interior of the unit and found the thermal fuse open again. I visually inspected the heater, and did not find any sagging on the coils. I checked the heating element, and found continuity between the terminals, but no continuity between any of the terminals and the heater housing. I checked the operating thermostat and found it showing was good. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit. I gained access to the back and took the vent hose off and took temperature checks. I found the unit fluctuating between 127?F and 153?F giving an average temperature of 140?F on a high heat cycle. I did advise the customer that there is nothing on the machine said that would be causing this issue, and that if they have another thermal fuse go out, it would most likely indicate an issue with the venting. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10909685."

"Ive done site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit completely quit in the middle of the cycle and that the lid finally unlocked but that there is still water inside of the washing machine. I did confirm the customers complaint and gained access underneath. I found the issue due to a split wire on the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and went to test the unit. I found the lights on the touch panel, moving from side to side, indicating that the unit was in some sort of demo mode. I could not find any demo mode within the unit and spoke to PR. Advised he believe the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that would not drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer showed me that there were still water in his basket upon arrival. I came to access underneath and found the wire harness split. I replaced the wire harness, and went to test the unit. I found that the unit was consistently draining and would not stop. I attempted to unplug the unit several times and gave it several minutes to try to clear out and start a new cycle but it would not. I went ahead and replaced the main control and tested the unit. Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing everything in rc even when set to 43 degrees. On arrival confirmed issue and found dampener wpw10594329 stuck open and wouldnt close even in diagnostics. Also found thermistor not registering temps properly on display. Replaced dampener as well as w10316760 thermistor and w11642241. Programmed control and tested unit. Found dampener opening as designed and unit reading correct temps in unit. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not starting. On arrival confirmed issue and found wp3392519 thermal fuse broken and 279838 element grounded. Replaced both parts but found wp3398095 pts also broken and replaced it. Found dryer working as designed. Call complete

WFW5605MC1 Arrived on site from previous visit to install parts. Arrieved before second tech for two man job replaced shocks when second tech arrived and he noticed drain hose was twisted. Delivery team installed incorrect I missed the issue uploaded photos before and after . Tested with weights product spins with no vibration no shaking at all we leveled it as well. No water leaks visible from watersupply..

"Arrived on site for ice machine needing w11542867 pump, w10897719 valve, and w11539855. Tested u it and found n9 leaks but new filter installed appeared to cause similar issue as before and I reported findings to techline Sr#7740578736. Was instructed at this time it could be possible customer hasnt gotten to bad filters but they recommended a plumper insure water pressure to ice machine is between 40-80psi before making any further repairs, call complete"

In unit 2112. Arrived onsite for unit door no closing. Found door and switch plate drooping making contact with the bottom trim. Lifting door will compensate and door closes.
