Arrived onsite for a microwave that the hood light stays on. I found the hood lamp relay stuck closed on the main control. I replaced the control and tested the microwave. All is working as designed. The CX mentioned the unit is loose and shakes. I explained and showed the CX that the wall bracket was never mounted on the right side and it is causing the unit to move and loosen the top bolts. The CX stated he would call Home Depot to get them to come back out and correct the install. Call complete.

Could see a tiny bit of movement in the front left corner when spray arm would come around. Room is incredibly unlevel, and unit is not able to be leveled properly. Unit just needs a slight raise in the front to remove water pooling towards the front. Couldn't see anything coming over the corner at time of testing. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect WOS31ES0JS01 temperature issue as reported by inspection. I placed a K-type thermocouple within the chassis and set it a the industry standard testing temperature of 350F. This particular model has the Rapid Preheat and I set it to Standard Preheat for multi-rack and conventional use, due to the rapid calibrating only for the uppermost part of the chamber as an energy conservation feature. The unit claimed preheat with an actual internal temperature of 418 (common) and to account for initial door opening and addition of baked goods and then declined to 322. Cycling temperatures were 388, 331, 389. Averaging 369, I induced a -15 offset and retested and the unit was within 2 degrees of the selected temperature. I tested the sensor within service test mode and it was within 3 degrees of the thermocouple. No further repairs required."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is periodically tripping the breaker. The CX confirmed the breaker would trip in the middle of a cycle at times. I found the circuit breaker is a new style GFCI style breaker. I checked the wiring at the terminal block and found it all correct. I did find the neutral connection slightly loose. I tightened the connection and tested the dryer. The dryer was working as designed. I temped the double pole breaker and the top half went from room temp to 97 degrees and the bottom half went from room temp to 111 degrees. I showed all this to the CX. I advised to watch the garage temp at the panel and see when it is actually tripping. I suspect a defective breaker and advised the customer to get it changed if this continues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that had died during preheat. Checked wiring at terminal block and harness. Found wiring was all good, with no burns or exposed /wiring. Tested unit and found after a couple minutes breaker would trip. Reset breaker and retested. Breaker tripped again a couple minutes later. Reset again and unit finished preheating and cycling fine. Could not get breaker to trip again. Found breaker was actually a GFCI breaker for the 240v range. Called into tech line SR7734899449. Advised tech line of my findings and the fact it's a GFCI for a 240v appliance. Tech Line advised that if I couldn't find any part failures and it finished the preheat its likely the breaker tripping due to being sensitive/elements cycling with voltage draws. Unit is working as designed. Advised customer the unit is not designed to run on GFCI circuits, and an electrician may need to resolve. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I tested the door function and when I opened the door to 90 degrees and let go, the door attempted to close on its own. I pulled the unit out and found the door hinge friction pads were missing. I installed both friction pads to each hinge and tested door operation and the door stays open at 90 degrees now. Arrived onsite for washer that is leaking upon inspection I found that there was pet hire in the bellow that can cause leaks I removed the Pet hair and ran diagnostics and found F9e1 long drain code stored. I proceeded to run the diagnostic cycle and found that the drain pumps sounded. I double checked drain hose installation and found that it was not installed properly it was pushed too far down the Standpipe. I corrected this and ran another diagnostic cycle and found that the pump was still; ordrng 1 W11458345 (Drain pump)

Due to the filter head/reservoir failure and ice chute gasket being bad, I removed and replaced both parts and tested and unit is operating as designed. Mr. advised that the ice maker had been damaged and was concerned that it wont make ice properly. I found the far right two teeth of the ice stripper were missing. I checked to see if the interior light would come on when opening the door and it failed. I removed the control panel and tested voltage at the control and got zero volts. I removed the terminal block cover and found the L1 had shorted out with the neutral on the main harness (photo). I was going to repair the harness, but found the terminal block was melted and could not be reused. I tested the fuse, cutoff, thermostat and element and all are good. I disassembled the unit and then tested voltage at the wall and got 248V. Once disassembled, I found the bottom right element connection shorted. I tested the cutoffs, thermostats and element and found the thermostat was bad. I removed and replaced the thermostat and re-wired the element harness and reassembled the unit. Tested the airflow to the unit and both tests failed (photos). I tested the heat function in a timed dry setting and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have their vents checked/cleaned. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were using the top oven and some butter splashed onto the broiler and started a fire and they were unable to get the broiler to work.
