"KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to inspect no production. The customer advised production has always been questionable and recently, had completely stopped. Testing revealed the circulation pump inoperative and during subsequent tests, the reservoir drain pump stopped operation. I found the pump secondary from the transformer as an open circuit and suspect the issue occurred as the transformer heated up. I purposefully left the transformer unplugged from line VAC and loads. The lift pump and control were still operative to prevent any water issues. I am ordering the transformer, which should be installed first and then adding the control and re-flowing other parts, in case of need. "Arrived on site for a dryer that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started making a noise and it has been producing some sort of burning odor. I tested the unit and confirmed the sound coming from the drum. I spun the basket by hand and found the sound still being made. I disassembled the unit and did not find any evidence of any wires burning. I gained access to the blower wheel and found a hand towel and a sock Stuck in the blower wheel housing, causing the noise and smell. I removed the obstructions and checked all rollers and belts. Found everything else intact and a little bit of burnt lint on top of the heater housing. I removed the lint and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a range displaying an F1E0. I found good voltage to the control. After cancelling out the error after a few minutes it would return. I replaced the control. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for clothes still being wet at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival found drain hose over 6 inches down exit, as well as drain hose itself appears to be over 5 foot in length and doubles over along the ground behind the unit. Found water just sitting in excess tubing. Customer stated typically first load is fine but if 5 washes are done in a day the end result is way worse. Arrived on site to diagnose washer making noise after start of cycle. Customer showed me video which sounded like cam grinding. Arrived on site to follow up on range not reigniting at random. Sometimes during bake cycles the unit will click and not reheat. I tested the unit and could not duplicate any instances of failing to light. I added some tape and moved the igniter wire away from the drawer to ensure no sparks would arc to the pans or drawer. Unit ignites on the first click every time. Advised customer that if the issue returns we can replace the igniter and wire since gas supply is showing no signs of weak pressure or flow. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a humming sound intermittently through the cycle. The customer showed me a video of the sound, and it sounded like the wash motor diverter changing positions While it was still spraying. I ran the unit three diagnostics and did not find any store to error codes. Around the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joe SR# 7738810041. He advised that dishwashers in and of themselves making noise, and that the noise will vary between dishwashers. He did verify that the unit is completing each and every cycle and his cleaning dishes. He advised not to make any repairs as he was not really sure that replacing any parts would make any difference with the sound with the dishwasher. They also advised that food particles and sides also get pushed through the spray arms that can cause abnormal sounds. Advised all this is normal operation and advised to have the customer call back if the sounds get worse or they lose any functional abilities on the machine. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

On arrival verified complaint of major ice build up at ice maker and water hammer as well as water on floor. Water on floor was found to be a drain tube not connected. Reattached drain tube. Water hammer was caused by water valve. Replaced the water valve and noise went away. Major ice build up was water valve leaking. Cleared all the ice out and tested ice maker p. WRF555SDFZ16 arrive to complete repair. I was able to fit the custom washer to lift the left door to allow full contact with the ice bin to FC door gasket and prevent excessive airflow from getting into the ice bin area. The previous gasket gapping was corrected and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a range that is not holding temperature. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just bought this unit and they have not been able to get this unit to work properly since they bought it. She advised that she cooks a lot of desserts, and that her cakes and cream puffs have fallen in this oven and have not cooked thoroughly. I gained access to the back and checked both elements. Found both elements within range. I checked the oven thermostat and found it within range. I went ahead and replaced the control and the oven thermostat just in case and tested the unit on a 350?F bake cycle. I found the unit fluctuating between 382?F and 322?F averaging a temperature of 353?. I did advise the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. The customer did say that the temperature fluctuations are too wide and that, as a baker, you cannot have those kind of temperature swings in order to have accurate cooking for delicate items. I did explain to the customer that this is how the unit works for this model. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not washing clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit stopped halfway through the wash cycle and has not been able to start a new one cents. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I ran the unit through a manual high speed spin and found the unit buzz but not spin. Went ahead and replaced the capacitor and had the same result. I then noticed a block of cement that was not flat under the cover that was pushing through to the drive pulley and caused the cover to melt onto the drive pulley. I removed the cover. I was able to reposition the cover and secure it. I tested the unit again and the unit began to work and operate as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7738807967. He advised that was an installation issue, and that the customer is going to need to make sure that nothing gets stuck underneath the washer for this very issue. He advised to make note for the repairs. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer thats off track and unable to spin. I found the back left suspension rod holder broken. I found the tub ring banged up. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that has shattered in inner glass. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were using a self clean cycle and that towards the end, the glass completely shattered on the inside. I asked the customer if they had left the racks inside of the oven during the self claim which she said she did. I did explain to the customer that that will cause shattering Occasionally because of the difference in temperature between the glass and the racks. I replaced the inner glass and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival found unit in a defrost mode and temps in both compartments at 20/44 with controlsetting set to the warmest setting, I adjusted temp to middle recommended setting and waited for unit to exit defrost. After 5 minutes of run time I found temps drop down to 39/12 and continued to get lower during diagnoses and found evap coil evenly and fully frosted. Found no fan or compressor failures. No dye was present on evap coil or compressor area. Refrigerator is working as designed. Call complete"

JGCP436HL00 Arrived to inspect slow ignition. I found several of the burners were very slow to ignite and made popping noises when finally ignited. Adjustment of the burner cups corrected all issues. No gas leaks detected during service.

Reset for tues am. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)

Arrived onsite and replaced the main harness. Now the unit is operating correctly. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was leaking strange noise when running. Tested unit and confirmed a rapid clicking coming from the I terlocks and control area. Reseated interlocks and closed door firmly and clicking stopped and unit heated properly. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed basket weep perforations. Ordering new basket to repair. All else checks good.

Arrived onsite for lighting issue and found LED lighting short. Replaced modules. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking water. Found its actually the freezer tagged as leaking water. One of the columns has a damaged water line that is leaking. When I tried to get the units ready to pull out, I found the freezer side had a damaged adjuster assembly from installers stripping out the roller adjustment bolt heads. Ordering a 2 man job to repair the adjustors and also to repair the damaged line (or replace). Ordering water line. ; ordrng 1 W11233365 (Left Roller Assy) and 1 W10761653 (Right Roller) and 1 W11233369 (Water Line)"

"Arrived onsite to replace failed digitron. Replaced and tested. Unit did not respond accordingly. The display would not energize and only the turntable motor would energize with the door opened or closed. Part is defective. Reordered digitron, Tech to retrieve defective part on reinstall. Office to reschedule.; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for flames being red. Test unit all flames are nice and blue at this time. Customer said she does have an air purifier in the house and sometimes she leave the back door open. Advised customer that could cause the flames to turn red. Could not duplicate the problem at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for broken holder . Replaced holder . No other issues found with microwave. Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnose to park. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the user interface assembly and test of the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.
