Upon further inspection, I found that the tips of the flames burned orange and found that it was due to a high moisture level in the home's environment. Arrived onsite for dryer making intermittent noise. I tested the unit multiple times and could not make any out of the ordinary noise occur. Unit sounds and operates as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect oven tripping breaker while in standby mode. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I gained access to the back of the unit and tested incoming voltage. Incoming voltage on L1 measured 123.6 VAC. L2 measured 123.5 L1 to L2, measured 247.4. N TO Ground was .063 VAC. I then checked all voltage checks under load and there were no issue with the voltage. I called techline to document my findings and sent a service pointer regarding nuisance tripping and also file number 7740675537. The call was then marked as a safety call. Arrived onsite for burners not working. I found the burners to be working as designed. Customer stated the burners will smoke. I found the Rear Left burner and Right front burner to have residue on the elements causing them to smoke. I advised the customer to clean off and then burn off the elements so the smoking no longer occurs. Customer stated the oven light does not work anymore and I confirmed the light does not turn on. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. When running diagnostic cycles i ran three cycles. I could not replicate a leak from which the customer stated the dishwasher was leaking from. I found the spray arm separating. This could cause the leak later in the cycle which customer stated was when it would occur. "Arrived on site to insect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I verified proper voltage at the terminal block. I gained access to the rear of the unit and found that hi limit thermostat was open. I replaced the thermostat and tested the unit. I found that the other thermostats and heating element are operating as designed however, the dryer is getting to hot due to poor airflow. I ran an airflow test and found that the vent is restricted (photo). I measured the airflow test again with the vent removed, and the airflow is good. The customer will need to have their vent and cap inspected or clearned so that the dryer can operate without overheating and blowing fuses. I advised the customer of my findings. 279816"

Tested unit, found valve is clogged with debris and the nozzle is calcified, redirecting the stream of water into the door, leaking down into the cabinet and eventually onto the floor. "Arrived on site to test unit for burning smell. Upon arrival customer stated unit began smelling like something electrical is burning. Would happen after about 4 cycles. Unit is receiving proper voltage. Inspected harness, found no loose connections or any evidence of a short or arcing, no broken wires. Heater has no damage and no melting plastic inside the tub. "Arrived on site to test unit for beeping and flashing light, console not working. Upon arrival customer stated unit would intermittently make beeping noises, also the sanitize and high temp buttons do not react to input. Verified buttons do not react to input, unit will need a new console. Entered diagnostics, found no error codes stored. Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. Customer js using pods and has a soft water system, advised to switch to liquid soap. Units hooked up to soft water systems require a lot less soap. Also advised to consistently run cleaning cycles to remove any buildup from excessive sudsing. Replaced console (W11579550) and tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not running and just shuts off. I tested the unit and found it will power on, but if it tries to start it power off. Customer said maybe after 2 hours it'll power on again but won't start. I checked the voltage supply and found it fluctuating, but never exceeded 140v. I checked L1 to N and found 24v, and 124 L2 to N. I found if I twisted the power cord in the socket the voltage would go up, and outlet is clicking. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not making ice or dispensing water, and had a little ice in the freezer. I tested the unit and found water was not making it to the filter at all. Checked isolation valve and found water wasn't coming out. On closer inspection found that a directional flood safe hose was used, and it was installed backwards and blocking flow. I reversed the hose and verified NO LEAKS present. Retested the unit with the hose in the correct direction and verified everything was dispensing properly. I found the freezer door was not screwed into the right side hinge and only attached at bottom, creating air gaps. I corrected the door install and verified a proper seal. Advised customer to make sure unit can circulate air properly, or it will overcool since thermistor can't read a satisfactory temperature. At this time unit working as designed. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice inside the ice bin. Customer advised that since the last repair, they have to constantly cycle power to the unit to reset the controls for the unit to make ice. I placed the unit it in diagnostics and checked for error codes to the ice maker and found E5-thermistor is bad. I tested the ice maker motor in test 59 and it harvested as designed. I tested the ice level sensors in test 15 and they're good. I tested thendoor switches in tests 16 and 17 and they passed. I tested the ice box fan in test 36 and it is good and tested voltage at the hv control P8-4 to P8-5 and got 12.62VDC. I tested the fill tube heater at P3-1 to P1-1 and found no voltage. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint, history and my testing/findings today. Chris recommended replacing the hv control, fill tube heater and ice maker and provided SR#7740665096. I removed and replaced the recommended parts and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I provided the customer with the SR number."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the UI kit and attempted to program and test and found unit continues to fail. I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the previous attempted repairs and the parts replaced today. Joe had me test the DC voltage at the hv control for the evap fan motor and I found none. Tested voltage coming into the hv control and found 125V. Joe advised the hv control board is bad and recommended replacing the hv control and evap fan motor and provided SR#7740666001. I advised the customer of the conversation with tech support and am ordering the hv control, the evap fan motor, and UI control kit. I was unable to schedule a return service date due to my calendar not downloading; therefore, the office will need to schedule return service. ; ordrng 1 W10850438 (Evap fan motor) and 1 WPW10310240 (Hv control) and 1 W10740217 (Control kit)"
