"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine that looks like it was rusting. On arrival examined unit and rust spots. Scraped some surface rust off the chill plate. There is discoloration on the evaporator and some has run into the reservoir. I called tech line for a recommended repair. Sent photos to tech line of discoloration and what looks like surface rust, SR7739473043. Based on the photos tech line wants to use some light grit sand paper and sand off the surface rust,then run a cleaner through it since the unit was likely either sitting idle / hasn't been cleaned. Once rust has been removed unit needs to have a cleaning cycle or 2 run. I called and advised the customer of the recommended actions, and that tech line wants us to perform that repair before trying any kind of sealed system or evaporator replacement. Office to schedule and make sure returning tech has sandpaper for repair. Proceeded to replace W11610999 cover evap assy which consists of the RC thermistor and fan motor. In addition, RC drain was clogged causing water to back flow underneath crisper drawer. "WDP730HAMZ0 Arrived on site for unit not washing and heating. Upon arrival, entered diagnostics and found wash motor is washing and running. Spoke with customer while still running diagnostics and mentioned its not drying properly and leaves a bad smell after every wash. Followed WP guideline by waiting until diagnostics is complete and verified the heater engaged at the end of the diagnostics. Due to previous repair done on April of 2024, diagnostics was not ran, causing heater never to be energized. Proceeded to inspect filter and sump. Filter is clean and sump is clear. Inspected to check exit drain hose and found residue causing the smell (picture attached) Cleaned residue and ran drain cycle a couple of times to clear residual residue. Advised customer to self clean dishwasher and use disposal cleaner to rid of any smell. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced."

Arrived onsite for a washer that will start but it will not complete a cycle. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E9 & and F0E7. I tested the washer in a diagnostics test and all passed. The machine completed the cycle and worked as designed. I tested it on a quick wash cycle and it completed that cycle. I ran the cycle again and the unit failed without the lid being opened. I changed the door latch and tested again and the unit completed the cycle. I had the customer start a load to test the machine and she will text me if it doesnt complete the cycle. Call complete. Water nozzle was pulled out by getting pulled by blanket. Disassembled unit and found fill hose Just hanging and leaking directly down into unit and eventually floor. Reassembled water nozzle to seal and reattached hose. Test unit by running a normal wash cycle and is operating correctly without leaking. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. On arrival I temped both compartments. The RC was at 57 degrees and the FC was at -11 degrees. I found the lights still working correctly at this time. The unit has a grey interior and the light I received was white but the switch is no longer sticking. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found ice built up on both sides and this was causing the poor air flow to the ice box. The icemaker went into a harvest and filled when I was getting temps.I put a jumper in the molex for the FC thermistor and measure the resistance at the control for the FC thermistor getting .4 to .5 ohms. I removed all of the frost and ice from the sides of the evaporator. I removed a little frost that was on the face of the evaporator. I replace the FC fan assembly with the thermistors. I tested the refrigerator and had 1.53 VDC to the RC thermistor when the unit started cooling which was close because the compartment had climbed to 62 degrees. I waited for the RC drop to down and switch over to the FC. I found the DC voltage stopped and it was only showing millivolts while still cooling in the RC. I changed the control again and the UI and had the same results. I called techline and spoke with Andrew. Andrew stated he doesnt believe the DC voltage readings are relevant to what is happening and requested I expose both evaporators and run test 4 to see what the evaporators are doing. Andrew believes there could be an issue with the 3 way valve restricting flow or bleeding by to the FC evaporator when cooling the RC. I exposed the evaporators and ran test 4 finding both evaporators frosting properly in their steps and no signs of refrigerant bleeding by. I reassembled the compartments and I watched the RC temp drop to 36 degrees and switch over to the FC and start cooling it. I showed the temps to the customer. I explained to the customer to monitor it and call if problems persist. I explained that if there is still an issue techline thinks there could be a floating restriction in the 3 way valve or its not opening correctly and we would need to replace it. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that keeps beeping and displaying a PO. The customer stated it was happening so much they unplugged the refrigerator. I powered the unit up and gained access to the main control. The control had a strong electrical burning smell. I checked voltage out of the control to the UI and the DC voltage was all over the place. I changed the control and retested finding the voltage going back and forth between 10-14VDC. I found the evaporator motor surging and I isolated it from the control and had a steady 14VDC to the UI. I replaced the evaporator motor and retested. The voltage stayed at 14VDC and all is working as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W11556912 CONTROL & W11661931 EVAP MOTOR.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a buzzing noise and then will switch over the cycle complete. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit bars, but not spin on the sensing portion of the cycle. Gained access underneath and head and replace the capacitor. I still found the same issue occur after replacing the capacitor, indicating a bad lower harness or drive motor. Ordering both parts and rescheduled the customer to 7/11.; ordrng 1 W11590868 (Lower harness) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage off the back of the unit and found 122 V from line 1 to neutral but only 1.6 V from line 2 to neutral. I checked the plug and found the plug was not completely inserted into the outlet. I found that the outlet is not holding the plug in place thoroughly and is allowing the plug to wobble inside of the outlet. I tested the dryer and found the dryer tumbling and heating. I took the vent hose off the dryer and found water buildup and a huge lint ball clog in the venting system. I did advise the customer that this would be causing the issue and that it would seem like there may be a clog further up there vent then just at the bottom. I did advise the customer to have their vents cleaned prior to any further use of the dryer. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

The customer explained that sometimes when she comes to her washer, she is unable to change the spin, setting, cycle selection, temperature, or any other selections, and that she can power reset it and have no change whatsoever. She advised at certain times when she comes to the unit, the unit will just work. She advised that it is completely erratic as to when it happens and for how long it happens. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in either section. I found the FC at 32 degrees and the RC at 38 degrees. I found all fans and SS components running. I found the compressor very hot. I found a small trace of dye on the factory Lokring between the condenser and yoder loop. It was very small but I suspect a leak there and it will need to be checked with nitrogen. I found no dye in the drain pan. I inspected the evaporator finding no dye and only frosting up the first two loops and stopping. Ordering sealed system components for what might be needed on the return visit. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and works area. The customer advised the unit was working just fine but that after they got home from a trip, the user interface is continuing to glitch when they try to run any kind of cycles. I did confirm the customers complaint, and found that when the unit was trying to drain, lights would go out on the user interface and the drain pump would kick on for half of the second before turning off. I thought it was continuing to try to repeat itself multiple times. I went ahead and replace the pump and motor assembly and tested the unit. I still have the same problem. I was finding that the control was making clicking sounds on the control and the drain pump was trying to be activated. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I still have the same issue. I remove the vent connector and found the unit starting to work and operate as designed. I went ahead and replace the vent fan assembly and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for report of unit not heating on hi heat setting. Reset and tested and found all operating as designed with restricted airflow symtpoms. Advised customer on restricted airflow being the cause of failure. All else checks good. No parts used.

Called techline and spoke with Andrew 7739218383 was advised to reinstall weather stripping gaskets properly because the current application is not correct to the service pointer. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed drain harness. Was able to clear the water. Ordering lower harness to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness)

Arrived onsite for symptom of slow leak. Freezer temp has risen to 20f average and there is moisture popping during cooling cycle. Ordering sealed system repair multiple components including condenser. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11548259 (Consdenser) and 1 W11592010 (Compressor) and 1 Oilessguages and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 W10843121 (No uv drier)

Arrived on site for dryer showing error code. Found f3e3. Removed j15 off board. Reading open for inlet thermistor. Removed front panel. Found harness on thermistor was loose. Reconnected. Now getting 56.3 k. Will need new sensor as the lock is broken and it may fall out again. Rest for wed. ; ordrng 1 WP8557403 (High limit w/ sensor.)

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with no power. Tested unit and found it was dead. I checked and found the breaker for the unit tripped. Breaker is a GFCI type. I reset the breaker and tested the unit. Found amp draw within limits and no issues with function. Advised customer on breaker nuisance tripping and to have the breaker replaced if issue persists. Repair completed, no parts used."

"Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed actuator and unable find position. Replaced the actuator. F7e5 before the repair, after the repair unit began to operate as designed in a normal cycle. All checks good."

"WMH31017HS10 Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, checked the outlet for voltage and no voltage was present. Proceeded to check breaker box and the microwave circuit was in the tripped position. Reset breaker and unit powered on. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced."

"I think they arrived on site for a range that is not heating in the oven smelling like gas. Inspected medicine and work area. Customer advised that after the previous service, the unit seem to be running fine for the past month and a half but within the last two weeks, they have not been able to use their oven at all, and it does not generate any dates. I test the unit on a big cycle and found the igniter with low, but would not activate the gas valve. I used a leak detector to detect any leaks, and could not find any gas leaks from behind the unit. I went ahead and replaced the igniter and tested the unit. I found the unit ignite the gas in the oven and work as designed with no gas leaks detected. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. WP9782065 (1)."

"WRT318FZDM10 Arrived to inspect leaking refrigerator gasket. Upon inspection, I found the tenant had a vase above the unit and the vase had a small crack. The tenant had bamboo in the vase and when they would fill it with water, it would slowly leak, seeping through the FC gasket and forming the ice mass. I advised apartment maintenance on my finding. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the cold inlet plugged and I moved and replaced the valve assembly the unit resumed normal operation and no leaks were observed during service.

WED9400ST0 Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the unit would not engage the motor and I found the thermal fuse open. Further inspection reveled the element was shorted to the chassis. The customer elected to replace the machine and no further repairs were performed.

WMH31017HS10 Arrived on site to replace ordered part. Replaced W11173813 door assy. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived on site to replace door handle. Opens new part and handle is damaged. Will order new handle office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11449263 (Handle)

"Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found unit filling with water but water not circulating. Found bad wash motor, replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete no leaks present at this time. W11025157"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not igniting. Test unit and found and bake igniter and bake burner. Will order both parts rescheduled for 7/12 per customers request. ; ordrng 1 W10764654 (Bake burner) and 1 WPW10324262 (Bake igniter)

Arrived on site to install right front burner head. Installed new burner head test unit and burner signing right away job complete. Wpw10515455

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed handle assembly(W11730234). Unit now working as designed. Job complete.
