Advised customer if noise reoccurs to pull unit out from enclosure to clear cabinets and raise unit to prevent hinge covers from interfering with cabinet."

"GI15PDXZS0 Arrived to inspect no cool and instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the unit would not cool as designed and there was very little heat developed at the inlet to the condenser. Static system pressures were 72/72 and when the compressor was engaged and ran for five minutes, low was 57 and high 76. Engaging the harvest solenoid and valve caused the pressures to nearly equalize at 71 and 75. During testing of the sealed system, the current ranged between 2.5 and 2.8 amps and steadily rose with heat. The high side discharge only became somewhat elevated in temperature. I ceased testing, recovered and charged the system to 120 psi N and bubble tested exposed joints and components. Initially, it appeared there was a leak, as it took over five minutes to charge to pressure, but after the system finally settled, it ultimately held and I found no leaks within the entire systems joints or plate electrostatic welds. Due to readings and other indicators, I suspect the system was excessively charged and the compressor failed internally, when the cleaning cycle and short circuiting of the refrigeration loop occurred. I removed and replaced the compressor and tested. 410 H/M mic. and charged. The unit operated as designed and was producing a slab. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked on both sides of the unit, more so on the right side today. I found water on the floor under the unit and on the left side. I removed the top cover and rear cover and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Once the tub had filled, I paused testing and inspected the unit. I did not find any leaks, but I found water under and around the drain pump. I advanced testing to the drain pump and monitored the pump and found water slowly dripping from the drain hose near the pump. I allowed the water to fully drain and stopped testing. Service mode showed all functions present and the sealed system was cooling well. I allowed the unit to attempt to produce a slab and the first one was very thin and consequently irregular, most had melted prior to reaching the cutter grid. The second slab was malformed. Thermal views of the high side of the system looked good at the condenser entry point, but the second through bottom rows had all declined into the 90s and denotes lost compressor efficiency and ability to move refrigerant as required. "MEDC465HW0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I verified that anytime the timer was set to anything but off, the GFI 240VAC breaker would immediately trip. Resistance could be read through N-L1 at 2.671 Kohm in wrinkle control and timed settings, with Mohms read in the sensor dry section. Intra-circuit, the motor showed both coils with a cumulative 1.9 ohms. I verified no wiring or connector issues, nor any other shorting issues. I contacted the MFG tech assist file# 7736054858 and advised tech Derek of my findings, and to verify the readings found through the various timer settings. "Arrived on site for an ice machine that is still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped making ice again and has been flashing to max ice and on and off lights. Tested the unit on a maxi setting and found the unit fill, recirculate, harvest, and start a new cycle without indicating a harvest failure. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Rich SR# 7735835310. He advised that because of whats already been replaced on this unit, the only thing he can advise to replace at this time would be the main wire harness that connects onto the pump harness and control. Spoke to JC and was advised to replace the pump harness and wear a harness together. Sat through another icemaking cycle and found the unit harvest and then start making a new batch as well. "Arrived onsite for freeze that trips the gfci/breaker every couple of hours or so. Upon arrival I found that the compressor was not running but when it did I performed a amp test and found the unit pulling .55 amps (r600)I contacted techline and spoke with Derick by the time I got back to the unit the compressor had turned off too soon, through speaking with Derek I found that the pilot lights where not lit and because I was looking at the lights I found that the unit was set to refrigerator I set the unit to freezer and found that the compressor saturated running and the red light came on and I double checked and found it .58 amps but the entire time I was there the gfci or breaker didnt trip. I was determined that the inverter may be the issue with the gfci tripping. I ordered the inverter and as I was leaving the customer had me switch the settings back to refrigerator because that where he wanted it set at Sr#7736051716. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival the customer stated the bin was almost full yesterday and its been making ice since. I checked the bucket and found it half full but the customer stated they had been using ice today. I found where the icemaker had just gone thru a harvest and filled with a this layer of ice across the cubes in the mold. I found the RC at 37 degrees set point temperature. I found the FC only at 14 degrees and not getting any lower. I found the front of the coils covered with lint. I removed the lint and when I turned the cooling on I could hear a knocking noise from the condenser fan.

Arrived onsite for a dryer tat is making a squeak when in use. Upon inspection I found that one roller head come loose off of is dealing and the idler pulley did the same. I installed the new parts and tested unit several times and found unit operating as designed and no noise.

Arrived on site for refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit plugged in and the lights on but the compressor not running.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit sparking. Test unit and found shorted magnetron diode and capacitor. Called safet File#7736005153

"Arrived on site for oven flashing lower fan error code . Tested and found blower motor resistance high . Replaced motor . Ran both oven and preheated oven. All checked good no error codes .

"Arrived on site for F2-E1 error code. Upon arrival found UI not responding. Shut off power to the oven. Restored power to cycle power from control and console after 10 minuets. Issue still present for F2-E1 stuck. / shorted key. Need to replace console. Replaced console and test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and installed previously ordered hose. Unit is now operas designed. Advised customer on findings. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for repair of microwave oven combo. Replaced appliance manager and in line fuse. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for microwave light and fan not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found fan functioning but light not functioning. Customer had replacement bulb. Replaced light and light would power on but not turn off. Found control sending constant 120 to bulb assembly. Replaced control and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete .

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not dispensing ice. On arrival customer showed me the left door switch removed, and it had some corrosion on the center terminal. There were 2 wires broken off and trimmed from the connector, another company had worked on it prior as well and was unsuccessful. Advised the door switch not being properly wired will not get voltage to the auger motor to run it. I used coated spade terminals and reinstalled the door switch. Tested and found door switch good, and ice dispenses properly. Repair complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making a screaming noise when in use. Ran unit and confirmed a screaming coming from the inlet valve cold side. Provided estimate for new inlet valve. Replaced valve and tested. Verified all working as designed and no leaks present.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that leaks at the front left and right corners of the door at the bottom. I found the float switch nut loose causing the leak. I tightened the nut and tested the machine. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. I advised the customer to have a dishwasher pan installed under the machine and to bring the floor up level with the kitchen floor before installing the pan. The wood floor stops at the front of the dishwasher and the machine is setting on the house slab. I explained that if there was ever a leak it could damage the floors and the island wood if this was not done.

Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise. I found the cam pulley nut had backed off allowing the pulley to rub the belt cover. I remounted the pulley and nut with Loctite. I tested the washer and it is working as designed. I explained to the customer to give it a try and that it would not be long before they would need the suspension replaced.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with both icemakers not working. On arrival the customer stated everything in the freezer had melted and they were cleaning the FC out. I found the FC in the 50s and the RC at 44 degrees. I found the coils clear and not frosting. I found a bad rust spot on the rear of the refrigerator and explained to the customer that this was in the insulation I found the compressor running. The unit needs the sealed system repaired
