"Arrived on site to inspect washer banging during spin cycle. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit constantly bangs around during spin cycle and will walk out of place. I tested the suspension rods by pushing down on the tub assembly and letting go. The assembly popped straight back up as designed telling me the suspension rods are good. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. Customer provided some sheets that have been causing the most problems and while watching the customer place the sheets into the tub assembly, I noticed how the sheets will get bunched up during a wash cycle causing the unit to get off balance during spin. Also found the customer is using the Auto Sensing and not a deep water wash. I explained to the customer how the unit operates and then made recommendations on use and care. Recommended the customer perform a wash load using my suggestions and if the unit continued to fail to contact our office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they were putting the vent back in place and had unplugged the unit to do so. When they plugged the unit back in, it would not turn on. Customer provided a video of them boiling water and the venthood came on due to the sensor, but would not stay on when trying to turn it on. I gained access to the controls and disconnected the harness from the UI control to the splitter harness and inspected the connections and found no issues. I disconnected the splitter harness from the main control and found no issues. I reconnected all harnesses and plugged the unit back in and the unit is operating as designed. Based off my findings, one of the connections was not fully connected. I explained the customer of my testings/inspections. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed. Arrived onsite for FC with frost buildup. On inspection the installer had pulled on the left side of the fc door and the door was not synced up so when closed the left side was open by 1/2 in. "Arrived on site to diagnose double oven with no power. Customer said it has blinked out and never came on. I checked the breaker box and found the oven breaker was tripped. I was able to reset the breaker. Unit powered on. Checked for errors and found several F6E0 errors for lost communication. Followed tech sheet and found no issues with either oven or control. I ran bake cycles on both upper and lower ovens. Found both had heated to 350 with no issues and breaker did not trip again. Advised failure may have been a power surge and I could not force the breaker to trip again. Unit working as designed at time of service. Customer has a concession to cover repair, W1BPGC0APL1. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and found no power to the unit. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. When I attempted to cycle the breaker on, it immediately tripped again. I advised the customer that they might want to have their builder check the breaker and they advised that it has been replaced twice. I was able to get it to cycle and I tested voltage at the outlet and got 250V from L1 to L2; 125V from L1 to N, and 125V from L2 to N. I verified the terminal block was wired correctly and plugged the unit in to test. I verified voltages at the block and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E1-main control fault. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Allowed the unit to operate on More Dry (customer setting) for approximately 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I disassembled the unit and verified there were no breaks in the harness. Ohmed the motor, element, thermostats, cutoff and all are within ohms range. Due to the error code and following the tech sheet for the error code (pg.14 of Service Manual), I removed and replaced the main ACU and retested. After approximately 10 mins of retest, the unit continued to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11728016"

I inspected the air return and found it clear. I gained access to the evaporator and found it had a partial frost pattern (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and will need a sealed system repair. I pulled the unit out and checked the cap tube to find its copper. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise, tested unit found fan scroll loose in housing causing a slight low tone rattling, added sound pads around fan scroll and between condenser and frame, noise is better but customer has multiple recordings of the noise and its coming from compressor when it is running is high RPM, explained to customer that compressor has multiple speeds and on high RPM the compressor does make a louder hum then usual, sent video to service management and was confirmed that that is normal operation, advised customer to call customer service and see what they can do for him at this time, unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete installed 4XW11113654"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed ice production. Slow production. Replaced the icemaker. Unit is now operating as designed. Unit is less than 1 year old but is not registered with an entitlement page. Advised AEX claims and was advised to proceed to repair. W11700250

Arrived onsite and did not find the drain operating properly. Determined cause to be the stopper not removed from the disposal which was also new. Removed the stopper. Now the unit is operating as designed. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. No parts used.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F5E2, F5E3, F5E4-all door lock errors and F0E2-oversuds. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and when the door was supposed to lock, it continued to make the locking sound several times and failed to lock. I stopped testing and went to unplug the unit and found the unit drain pan cracked at the drain (photo). Unplugged the unit and removed he bellow clamp and removed the door lock to find the brown wire on the harness broken at the molex connector (photo). I was able to get the brown wire and red wire connectors out of the molex and spliced the brown wire and reconnected the harness to the door lock and reassembled the unit to test. Unit is operating as designed with temporary repair. I am ordering the lower main harness and control and scheduled return service for 07/18/24. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 W11509207 (Lower main harness) and 1 W11549931 (Main control)"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed thermal fuse. Found poor airflow to be the cause. Advised customer to have duct maintained to prevent further overheating. Advised customer that if repeat overheating occurs and the cause is poor airflow the repair will not be covered under warranty. W10909685

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and the ice tray full of ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and the ice maker arm slowly came down and went back up without extending completely and the control showed the ice maker bin full when the bin was not in place. I retested and the the bailing arm extended fully and the ice tray dropped the ice. I tested the fill tube and it filled the tray with water. Due to the bailing arm failing the first time, I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10873791"

"On arrival verified complaint of not completing cycle, noise, replaced inner and outer basket and completed repair per previous diag. On arrival verified complaint of no heat. Confirmed voltage and polarity are correct. Inspected heating element and found 240 at element but no heat. Found element is open. Replaced heater and unit is now working correctly. Job complete installed wp3387747

Arrived on site for microwave sparking/burning. On arrival found capacitor and diode had burnt up from grease. Replaced wpw105747736 and w11256462 diode. Tested unit and found microwave working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for a defective handle. Found left side door handle defective replaced defective handle. Usedw1089l551

Don site for a wall oven that has a scratched piece in the middle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had to wall ovens with a spacer in between the two that were scratched. I did confirm the customers complaint and replaced the spacer with one that was sent to her directly from whirlpool. The unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the bat cover off the terminal block and advise that the power cord had melted and two wires were grounded. I did confirm the customers complaint and advise they will need a new power cord. Ordering the terminal block and rescheduled the customer to 7/16. ; ordrng 1 279320 (Terminal block)
