He sprayed an electronic spray into the lid lock assembly and that seemed to help it but it still does not lock intermittently. Entered diagnostics and found F5E1 lid switch fault and F5E2 lid lock will not lock error codes stored. Tested unit, lid would lock a couple times, then will actuate multiple times and will not lock. Replaced lid lock assembly (W10810403) and tested unit, lid locks everytime. All other components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"On arrival verified complaint of dispenser, dripping and water filter stuck in filter housing on inspection of the unit valves are functional. Ice maker is making full size ice and the ice is dry. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer shutting off on it own and found that the the airflow is bad due to a lot of excess vent line. With the customer's permission, I trimmed the vent line and reattached it. After trimming the hose, the dryer passed the airflow test. I tested the dryer on timed dry, and it is still stopping the cycle. Motor is not resuming on its own indicating that is not the motor overheating. I examined the door switches and found the lever to be very loose with a lot of play. I was able to recreate the issue while holding the door switche and wiggling it a while running a cycle. "MDB4949SKZ1 Arrived on site for unit leaving stains on glass. Upon arrival, customer mentioned black specs will be left on the dishes after finishing (pictures attached). Proceeded to clean filter and found same black specs on the sump but cannot pin point actually what it is. Called techline and spoke with Nathan SR#7740788637 and stated he was not sure, but possibly could be deteriorated specs from the black hoses and recommended to replace the entire sump assembly. I advise the customer to run a Power Blast cycle to clean the machine. I added one cup of vinegar add one cup of baking soda. Advice customer to try the clean cycle first and if it doesn't work out, we will replace the sump assembly. Customer agreed. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave humming noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the microwave is making a humming sound while not in use and the interior is warm. Customer advised that the interior light is not on and the display shows current time. Customer also advised that they cycled power at the breaker and the humming noise came back on, but they have not been able to duplicate the noise. Upon my arrival, the unit was plugged in and not in use and not making any noises. I tested the unit and once I stopped testing, the unit did not make any abnormal noises. I pulled the unit down and gained access to the heating components by removing the cover. I didn't find anything unusual. I inspected the heating components, main control, fuse, and switches. I tested the venthood light and fan and could not duplicate the noise. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kurt advised that it could possibly be a relay on the control, but if I could not duplicate the noise, then he could not recommend any parts to replace and provided SR#7740796690. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and that since they did not recommend replacing any parts, then they would need to contact customer service to discuss further services. I provided the SR number to the customer and sent a message to the office to add the call onto my route the next business day to contact the safety department to have my findings documented. No repairs made at this time and customer was going to cycle power at the breaker for safety. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit started making a buzzing noise every time unit is in use. Also takes longer to warm up food compared to her previous unit. Tested unit, unit is heating and no noise is being produced. Warmed up two cups of water, starting temp was at 70?, after a minute it warmed up to 140?. Second cup started at 60? and warmed up to 130? within proper heating range. Ran multiple cycle to try to recreate the noise, could not mimic the issue. Loosened up screws securing the unit to the cabinet and adjusted unit to the right to prevent the wrapper from hitting the internal frame as precautionary. Advised to customer, if noise returns to capture issue on video and contact the office. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from FC section. Upon further inspection, I found a large slab of ice under the bottom drawer in the FC section. Once imremoved the drawer and ice, I found the FC evaporator drip pan full of ice and the drain clogged. I pulled the unit out and removed the drain tube and found debris in the tube and cleared it. Re-installed the drain tube and cleared the ice from the evaporator drain pan and cleared the drain tube. Tested flow in the tube and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not starting. Customer says if it's plugged in it just makes noise. Plugged in unit and found drain pump is always running, but not moving any water. I removed the drain pump and found nothing in the drain pump to stop the impeller, so drain pump may be burned up. Ordering new drain pump to be replaced with control. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the leaking valve and tested unit. Unit now looks ger leaks from valve and is washing as designed. I took photos of the hoses and ensured no leaks are occurring. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated when opening the RC door, after a few minutes the noise will start to happen. Suspects the issue is the evaporator fan motor. Entered diagnostics, engaged fan no noise. Activated damper control, customer confirmed that is the noise hes been hearing. Replaced damper (WPW10594329) and tested, noise has been eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin to have ice. I checked the temperatures and measured 0 in the FC and 37 in the RC.the ice maker was in the off position upon arrival, so I switched it to the position and monitored the cycle. All components of the ice maker are operating as designed. No parts installed. No water leaks were observed during service. Vacant unit, no one present to sign."

Arrived on site for handle issues on fridge . Found right side fresh food handle set screw missing . Replaced handle W10899551. No other issues found . No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cool. Upon arrival customer stated they noticed the temp alarm beeping, then the whole unit lost cooling. Began testing on the unit, cycled power, compressor engaged. On startup unit pulled 1.1 amps, then settled at .57 amps. Allowed unit to run for 20 minutes, high side is not heating up to the proper temp and evaporator is not building any frost. Inspected for leaks with UV light, found no leaks in the unit compartment, found a possible leak in the evaporator cover. Unit will need a full sealed system rebuild. Unit is a r126a. Requesting 3 hours for return visit. Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Found when opening and closing door console would flicker. Pulled unit out and found ribbon to console cut. Unable to test unit because ribbon is too damaged to repair. Needing new console to test unit. Contractor showed up as I was driving away. Rescheduled for 01/29. Arrived on site to test unit for flames not changing from high to low. Adjusted flames and unit is now working as designed. Cooktop is in a new construction home. Contractor not present for signature. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=1 degree and RC=51 degrees. I found a small amount of frost on the evap cover at this time. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and fans and found the RC evap fan not coming on. Gained access to the RC evaporator fan scroll and found the fan not plugged in and the evap thermistor not installed and seated correctly. I removed and replaced the thermistor and properly seated it on the cap tube line (photo) and installed a new fan scroll due to the scroll being broken and sealed the gap at the top of the scroll where it meets the manifold with permagum. Retested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11098695, W10316760, 212543"

Arrived on site to test unit for burning food on simmer. Adjusted simmer flames to recommended. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inpsect microwave door that fell off. Upon further inpection, I found that the door was off and damaged in multiple areas as well as bent. I could not locate the door hinge pin/retainer and assumed that it was missing and must have been the reason for the door coming loose. I replaced the door and secured with the pin/retainer. The unit is operating as designed. W11173813. Vacant unit. No one present to sign"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is making a clicking /sound fairly often. On arrival noise was not present. I ran through diagnostic mode and found a clicking present from the rear with the condenser fan on. Noise is the tape / tags from the power cord tapping the back of the unit. Once I pulled the unit out and removed the tape, noise went away. Unit working as designed. No parts needed."

Arrived on site to test unit for left front burner taking long to ignite. Test unit and found clogged burner head. Cleared burner head test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit stopping mid cycle. Customer stated during heavy duty wash the unit will stop about an hour from finishing. I found the control to not be displaying the cycles correctly. I replaced the control and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed and no error codes are stored. No water leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11613566 CONTROL.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dispensing issues / noise. I disassembled and replaced the dispenser switch, spring, and UI to resolve the dispensing hang time. I tested the unit and found the switch is engaging / disengaging the way that it's supposed to, but it seems to lag a bit. Nothing else I can replace to try and adjust that per tech line. I added some sound pads in the rear of the unit to combat the noise customer was hearing. I insulated the condenser to chassis contact points, and suction line. Reassembled and leveled unit. Found no further abnormal noises. Tech line case number 7740795729 for dispensing lag. Tech line did advise with it being software based it is normal the unit may not react instantly in line with the mechanical switch. Call completed. Parts used - W11109505, W11087492, W11577100."

Arrived on site for keyboard controls functioning . Upon inspection found boost was selections not working at. Customer also showed video of unit not functioning properly. Ordering console office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11632693 (UI)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed cap mag and diode. Removed unit from wall and replaced HV system parts. Reinstalled and tested unit. Verified everything working as designed, and a cup of water heated properly. Parts used - W11256462, WPW10574736, W11495561."

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing properly. Found no stored error codes. Found motor struggling a bit to engage. Replaced run cap(W11395618). Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer shaking and walking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was walking and bouncing around a lot and the timer on the display would show 1 minute for at least 20 minutes telling me that the unit was off balance and trying to balance the load. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. During the spin cycle of testing, I found the right tub spring had lost tension and the tub assembly sagging on the right side. I removed and replaced the tension springs and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11314394"
