On arrival verified complaint of not completing cycle and noise. On visual inspection found a lot of plastic dust under unit. After further inspection found gearcase is not leaking oil but shifter was in wrong position and causing the splutch to grind on itself. Splutch was almost completely worn away. Replaced actuator and splutch and ran diag cycle no noise found and unit spins and agitates correctly. All operational tests are good. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

I found all functions present and the circulation pump would not turn, even though line VAC was present. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and tested. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they have tried messing with the dryness levels and that the clothes are coming out a little bit dryer, but they keep having a check vent signal on their dryer and clothes are always coming out completely dry. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and found everything working and operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7738313549. He advised initially that there had to be something wrong with the venting even though the customer had just gotten the vents cleaned. I explained to him that I had previously been working up until this month. He advised at that point that he would go ahead and replace the inlet and outlet thermistors, as well as the control. "Apt 6105. Arrived on site for dishwasher not washing. Found F4e3, f7e1. Confirmed the wash pump is not turning and this caused heater failure. Replaced motor assembly. Verified operation. No leaks call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balance. I cleared the code and tested and the unit began to make a loud grinding noise during agitation and during spin cycle, the basket failed to spin properly and the agitator spun out. I tilted the unit back and found where gearcase oil had leaked out and also found water on the gearcase spindle at the pulley bolt (photos). I attempted to remove the agitator, but the bolt would not break free as its possibly rusted/seized (photo). I found mold inside the agitator at the agitator bolt (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would submit all the parts needed to complete the repair to their extended warranty and our office would contact them if the warranty approves the repairs. Arrived onsite for a washer leaking from the back at the bottom. I tested the washer multiple times I diagnostics and could not get the washer to leak. I ran a regular cycle and found the water not shutting off and continuing to fill until the gear case was setting on the floor. I found the pressure hose restricted at the tub. I cleared the hose and tested finding it working as designed. I cleared the F3E2 error. I found the customers load and go adding to much detergent and set on max dosage. I went over setting the dispenser with the customer and adjusted it. I found a dried water trail under the hot water connection at the valve. The customer stated when he shut the hot water off the leak stopped. I found no hose washers installed on the fill hoses. The customer had 3 washers that the installers left him. I put two on the cold water line and one on the hot water line at the machine. The customer needs to get another washer for the house side of the hot water line. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that he has several temperature devices in his refrigerator and that at one point, the refrigerator got up to 49?F before the unit started cooling. He advised that he changed the temperatures on the user interface and that that has seemingly been helping but he has been noticing temperature fluctuations within the unit and just wanted to have it checked. I found the unit set to -3?F in the freezer and 35?F for the refrigerator. I checked temperatures and found the freezer at -3?F and the refrigerator at 34?F. Found all fans working an operating as designed. Found no evidence of any defrost issues inside of the unit. I did advise the customer that temperature dials only check air temperature and do not check product temperature. I did advise that I cannot determine exactly why the temperatures reached that height, but did inform the customer that the unit does go through temperature fluctuations as does any other refrigerator. I advised him that what hes looking for is product temperature as the product temperature will never get as cold or as hot as the air temperature can get. I asked the customer if hes had any issues with keeping his food properly refrigerated or frozen. He advised that he has not lost any food, but just wanted to make sure that everything was working properly. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

The fill tube had frozen and I suspected due to the valve that had been replaced prior, slightly weeping. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that is turning off intermittently when the unit is baking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it does not always happen when she is cooking, but that the unit will have a hard time registering the customers commands, and sometimes will power cycle . She visor its only happened three or four times since she bought it but she is having to restart her baking cycles when this happens. I did confirm that the customer was hooked up to Wi-Fi. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no store error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738311587. He advised that this issue is most common with the user interface not going through the necessary updates. He asked if the customer has excepted all the updates that have been sent to her phone. The customer advised that she has not been getting any notifications that she needs updates on her wall oven. he advised that if the customer is not getting those notifications, she will need to allow notifications from the app to allow those updates to occur. He advised to go ahead and replace the user interface due to the non-touch issue, but advise the customer to call the Wi-Fi care team, if problems persist after that so they can help her get everything set up properly. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had checked on. The inside of the dishwasher couldnt figure out why the dishwasher wouldnt close and that her daughter came over last night and messed around with it. She said that since then, the dishwasher door has been able to open and close without an issue and she just wanted to have it checked out. I did confirm that the dishwasher door was opening and closing as designed. I asked the customer what exactly had been happening prior to, and she advised that the dishwasher door was hitting the side of the cabinet and then you had to push it up and in. I did explain to the customer that that sounded Like their dishwasher may have been unlevel and that was probably causing the door to hit the side and potentially have problems closing. I did show the customer how to adjust the feet in order to square out the dishwasher door with the frame. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for freezer not freezing. On inspection the fc got to 13? when set to 0?. Gain access to the evap and found the thermistor reading 8.5.k = 37? when it was covered in ice. On further inspection there was bumps by the capillary tube (see pic)The unit might need a SS. Customer is going to give it 24 hrs to re freeze the ice cream and if not frozen she will call back. Had the meter in the fc for 15 minutes once the thermistor was replaced an only got to 29?.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not working. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that things started breaking down when they moved in but it has been getting worse and worse. She advised that the unit was having a hard time closing, and that several parts were broken inside. She advised that she had continued to try to use the machine, but that the machine was giving off a burning odor. I found the doorhandle missing from the door, and the customer advised that she had it, but that it wasnt staying on. Found the left hand hinge completely bent. Found the upper rack had lost several pieces to hold it in place and multiple items stuck underneath the heater, causing the burning smell. I also found part of the door gasket and spray arms broken. I found that the strike was missing and damage done to the tub. I spoke with claims, and was advised that multiple of these issues could only have been caused due to customer damage. I was advised that their extended warranty would not cover the repair due to extensive damage done to the machine. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to agitate the unit shut down. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and manually drained the unit and then manually tested the spin cycle at which time the unit shut down again. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and all appeared to be good. I tested the actuator/shifter and found it out of range. Tested the control and found it not sending voltage to the actuator. I removed and replaced the actuator and main control and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evap cover engulfed in ice/frost. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and removed the frost from the top section of the evaporator and found the thermistor not in the correct position (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found the defrost thermistor showing to be shorted. I tested the defrost element and its getting 125V and heating properly. I removed the remaining ice/frost and removed and replaced the thermistor and secured it to the cap tube line with foil tape and a ziptie (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the outer door panel is dented at the bottom left corner and the top right corner at the control panel that appears happened when installing the unit. Also found the control panel is damaged at the far right edge (photos) due to the door panel being damaged. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E2-motor failure. I found where the mounting screws are screwed into the cabinets on both sides there is damage to the cabinets (photos). Also found damage to the cabinets on the left side near the bottom of the unit (photo). I carefully pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the sump assembly and carefully re-installed the unit and pushed it back far enough into the cabinets to where the cabinet drawer to the left of the unit could open/close without hitting the unit handle. I tested the unit and found it operating as designed with no water leaks. With the unit being within the 30 cosmetic warranty, I am ordering the outer door panel and will return with all prescreened parts (console) and office to schedule return service. Returning tech will need to replace the outer door panel and control panel to complete repairs on the unit. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue made repairs. Pulled vac and recharged system 56g of found no leaks and fc temps dropping around 55 afte a few minutes of run time. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making noise during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I tested the unit and manual agitation, and could not get the unit to make the noise. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738303620. The customer had started a cycle with bulky loads, and I was able to show Rich the sound coming from the machine. It sounded like a very loud popping sound. He had me do various testing, and advised that due to it only happening on agitation and there not being any residue in the cam that it would eliminate the actuator not shifting properly and the issue would have to be up top on the agitator since the noise is most present during heavier loads. He advised to replace the agitator and call back if any other issues persist. Ordering the agitator and rescheduled the customer to 1/30.; ordrng 1 285565 (Agitator)"

"Arrived on site to inspect range control panel damaged. Upon further , I found the panel display damaged (photo). I disassembled the control panel and found the switch membrane is damaged, which is separate from the panel itself. Also found a small scratch on the display assembly. I am ordering the switch membrane and display assembly and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Upon return service, returning tech to replace the display assembly, switch membrane and control panel. No gas leaks erected during service. Arrived on site to test unit for noise when unit running. Test unit and found vent error code and noise coming from sump and motor ordering new vent and will replace sump and motor and vent. ; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system and pressures held good at -30\0. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit. The unit is cooling good but the compressor is making a loud noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for a few days and contact our office if the noise doesnt get quieter. No water connections to,the unit, no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a laundry center the is leaking. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found no leaks at the unit itself. But I found that the standpipe will backup and water will leak onto the floor, I checked the drain tube and found that it was installed properly. The pipe is clogged, maintenance to remove clog in unit will operate as designed"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the system completely flat. I inspected the RC evaporator and found it misshaped from ice build up caused by the drain being stopped up. I cleared the drain and replaced the evaporator. I replaced the compressor and drier. I added an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 6 ozs of R134A refrigerant. I tested the refrigerator and had good pressures. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for 3rd spray arm broken. Found broken manifold. Replaced manifold test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site with new parts. Removed control panel. Replaced timer and knob. Verified it turns. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found noise was damper motor opening and closing. Motor was operating as designed. Notified customer that Damper is motorized and will make some noise. Nothing alarming at his time. Customer will monitor. Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the inlet valve and tested the water dispenser and ice maker and both continued to fail. I double checked the incoming water source and it is good. Retested the unit and it continued to fail. Questioned the customer regarding water filter replacement and they have not replaced the filter since purchasing the unit (approximately 9 months). I removed the filter and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer replace the filter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Ive done site for a dishwasher that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had been able to wash two loads but then she just completely lost power. Gained access to the plug and tested the voltage with a receptacle tester. Found the plug was intermittently losing voltage at the wall. Plugged the dishwasher back in and found powerhead restored. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran into the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran and operated as designed. I tested the receptacle with a receptacle tester several times and advise the customer that it seem like there was a loose connection inside of their plug at the wall. The customer advised that this is a new build and that they will have the builder come out to swap out the plug. Call complete."

Upon closer inspection found lid locking intermittently, and tub wasnt punctured through the tub correctly will need to order tub and return. MED6230HW3 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the faulty motor and tested. Operational test good.

Found no leaks detected for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found no drops and pressure. I charge the unit up with 56 g of R600 and tested he unit. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not tumbling. Upon inspection I found that the bet had broken. I repaired the unit with the repair kit. And tested the unit and found unit operating as designed
