"Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED7120HW1 not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on timed dry with the door open and the door switch closed. I found the unit was not heating as I could not see the element illuminating in the back right vent area, and the unit wasn't getting hot. I did find that the unit is making an odd vibrating noise. I gained access to the element, which was recently replaced by this tech, and found the element, cutoff, thermostat, and fuse were all good. I tested voltage at the outlet and found the outlet not producing 240V. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 123V from L1 to N and no voltage from L2 to N. I checked the outlet and found the terminal on the left side was not making good contact with the power cord prong. I removed all rollers and tension roller and cleaned the axles. Reassembled the unit and retested and found the noise still there, and it is coming from the back right roller. I found a screw that holds the heater box assembly to the rear bulkhead loose and tightened it. Retested, and the noise stopped. I advised the customer of my findings with the outlet and recommended they have the outlet replaced. I left the unit unplugged for safety. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Pulled the double-oven unit out of the cabinet to gain proper access to the rear components. Removed both the upper and lower blower assemblies and installed new blowers. Also removed the top and bottom control boards and replaced them with new parts.After reassembly, restored power and tested the unit. Preheated both the upper and lower ovens to 350?F to confirm proper airflow and heating operation. Both ovens reached temperature without any error codes, and all fans turned on as designed. Customer stated the freezer temperature indicator on the display will fluctuate from 0-7-11 degrees, then re stabilize. Said this happens daily and when it does, the popsicles and ice cream get soft. Checked compressor compartment and found no signs of dye. Called techline and spoke to Andrew SR#21620526. Ran pressure test and was in range. There is no definitive resolution at this time.
