"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not properly cooling. I examined the freezer compartment and found ice buildup engulfing the evaporator. Disassembled the FC and checked heater circuit wiring and heater. I found the wiring and heater all working, with resistance at normal. Customer mister has replaced the thermistor, heater already. I found that the FC fan was also surging while running and didn't seem to want to stay consistent on speed or activation. Talked with SW about repair recommendations, which should include a replacement of the main control and fan to resolve DC voltage issues. Freezer fan also out.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that has a screen that will not respond to touch. Upon arrival I found this to be true I then power cycled the unit and found that it gained screen functionality back. I put the unit in diagnostics mode and found error code stored F6e0, I checked that all connections were good in between the UI and the main control and they were. I also double checked that the unit was connected to Wi-Fi and it was the Wi-Fi signal would fluctuate, but it should still be good enough for the unit to get its firmware updates overnight. Then I went ahead and performed a few temperature tests and found that the unit is operating as designed in bake at 350? for both upper and lower ovens

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is not igniting correctly. I found the burner valve switches defective causing the issue. I replaced the switches and the missing orifice holder gaskets. I tested the cooktop and found it working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees. I found the ice maker tray empty and the bin empty. I found the fill tube frozen. I tested the ice maker and found it not calling for water. Jumped the ice maker from V-L and found it not dispensing. I checked the main control and found the diagnostics LED not flashing while in diagnostics nor while in normal mode. I Removed and replaced the main control and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit with cooling issues resulting from torn freezer liner see pic causing fc evap to freeze through. Ice production stopped. The unit power cycles itself every 5 minutes. Freezer at 36f and fridge at 46f at time of service. Tapped over freezer liner gap to potentially slow the air leak. Customer will defrost unit to get by while they seek a non repair solution.

Arrived onsite for a washer that vibrates during a cycle. The customer stated the washer is walking all over the place when it spins. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E5 off balance load error. I found I heavy cotton shirt loaded in the machine when I arrived. I found the feet screwed all the way in the chassis. I lowered the feet and leveled the machine. I ran auto diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I ran a manual high speed spin and the unit works as designed. The underneath side of the unit is clean. I found the suspension good. I went over loading the machine with the customer and explained to not wash just one item at a time. "Arrived onsite for a range that chows code F2E1 control panel and nothing works on the unit. Upon inspection I found that the issue was the the oven was leaking hit air into the console and the cx would use a wet towel to clean the key pad. Which is not and ideal combination this would cause the controls to basically be steamed and cause shorted keys amongst other issues. I found that the door was not being closed firmly and the gasket was flattened. I advised the customer to every so often pinch the gasket to help with it sealing properly and when they use the oven to push the door closed firmly to insure that the heat stays where it supposed to be, in the oven. ordrng 1 WPW10116117 (Key pad)"

"Arrived on site to inspect disposal with a screw inside. Upon further inspection, I tested the disposal and the motor hummed, but there was not movement in the blades. I found a small screw inside that was wedged between the blades and wall of the disposal. Removed the screw and tested. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for burners not igniting properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found right front burner not igniting. Customer has to manually light. Found igniter has fallen inside cavity. Inspected burners and found screws rusted throughout. All burners would have to be drilled out. This would cause all burners and orifice holders to be replaced and not risk breaking glass cooktop. Customer not able to make investment in 16 yr old range. Other burners are functioning. Customer will continue to use as is.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making aloud slapping sound when in use upon arrival the customer demonstrated the issues to me but we only hear the noise on start up and the it went away. I took the unit apart and found some sunflower seeds and a popsicle stick in the blower wheel housing and lint I cleaned that up and checked the felt on the drum and the pulleys and motor and found them all good. I then tested the unit for approximately 15mins and the unit operated as designed.

I disassembled the FC section and removed he evap cover to find some ice in the upper right corner at the cap tube and no frost pattern. I advised the customer of my findings. Also found a spot on the FC evaporator that was bubbled or spot welded (photo). Notified our Claims Dept. and verified the extended warranty on the sealed system and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer to get the sealed system repair completed since its still covered under warranty. "DLE4870W Arrived to inspect check filter indicator and drying issues. The customer advised me that the check filter indicator illuminates prior to starting a cycle and the unit is not correctly drying some loads. Per the MFG documentation, this model should illuminate the check filter indicator and I found its operation correct. The drying issues were likely due to a significant rearward lean, as the front was several inches higher than the rear, due to installation. I advised the customer the sensor bars are at the front of the drum and if a load is small enough (medium and below in this case,) the issue will occur due to the damp garments not making enough contact with the bars. Multiple vent tests with the MFG included internal testing program passed. I did also find the flex-vent was considerably crushed at the wall outlet. I advised the customer of my findings and that then may have to utilize a periscope (short version) type of vent, to get past the dryer chassis and then connect the flex tubing to that. I recommended discarding the alumina iced Mylar and replacing with semi-rigid aluminum. Discussion of cycle utilization for timed operations prior to vent correction, wee discussed. Customer will contact us if there are further issues.

"KRMF706EBS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the drain tube was gapped at the mounting point and I was able to clear the debris from within it, ensuring correct operation. During reinstallation, I sealed the gaping of the tube to prevent airflow and later re-plugging of the debris that can dry out. The crisper UI issue was due to wiring and I found when pulling the sheath back in the customer is presence, all five wires had failed. I soldered and heat shrunk all the connections, ensuring water tightness and tested. The UI was fully operational and not required. Heating of the door gasket corrected the shipping rippling and after installing, I found no issue with the sealing of the door. I discovered a large mass of painters paper and taping that was blocking 80-90% of condenser airflow and removed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found glass stuck in the drain motor. Removed glass test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with F1E0 error present. Examined unit and control. Removed rear panel . No repair performed . Call completed.

"Arrived on site for water leaking. Found frozen drain in freezer section,removed ice,cleared obstruction in drain line checked water flow good.

"Arrived on site. Icemaker not running through a forced cycle,found damaged right side fresh food gasket. Replaced icemaker icemaker ran through a cycle and filled with water,replaced door gasket checked door seal good.

"Arrived on site for no,cool in fresh food section. Freezer fan working no air entering fresh food section,removed tower assembly found damper closed,forced door open reinstalled tower good air flow entering fresh food section. Unit will need tower assembly

Arrived on site for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the door cam and it straightened the door out and the gaskets was sealing correct now. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for SAFETY call for oven burnt. Upon arrival inspected unit and power cord arced due to loose connections at block. Found unit has F1-E0 error code

Arrived on site to replace display. Replaced display test unit and unit test good. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found saved error code F6 E3. Inspected control board and control panel and found control panel is burnt out near communication harness, took one picture. Also inspected gear case assembly and found its beginning to leak oil took one picture. Repair is not cost effective, job complete

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and did not find any damage to bellow, Removed lower kickplate to see interior, began a normal cycle and washer filled with water but there is no observable leaking during cycle. Canceled cycle and ran a complete diagnostic and there was no leaking during this either. Washer has a lot of suds in it from detergent residue and recommended using a machine cleaner to clear it out. Sent multiple videos to KB/service management. No for the recommendation there is no observable leaking, job complete"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Found unit with no power. Inspected power supply and the main switch under the sink was powered off, I flipped the switch and ran a diagnostics cycle and passed. Unit was not mounted correctly so I fixed the mounting problem and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for making clicking noise. Upon arrival inspected unit and found RC drip pan is partially bowed. Customer states that the issues is intermittent. When ever she has these issues she power cycles the unit and it takes care of the issues until the next time it happens. Contacted SW for assistance. Sw recommended replacement of all 5 controls due to not being able to pin point the issues. The unit is currently operating as designed.

"796.41573210 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the door boot, noting that the ruptured area of the previous boot was due to MFG error. I slightly shortened the drain tube at the bottom of the boot, to prevent the boot from contacting and rubbing through and high-purity silicone grease to the affected area(s.) I tested the unit through multiple service test mode cycles and found no other sources of leaks. I inspected the internal components of the machine and found no additional issues. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
