"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is collecting water in the fabric softener dispenser housing. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the fabric softener dispenser completely full of water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and tested the fabric softener valve and found adequate water pressure. However, I found several of the holes in the housing that spray into the fabric softener dispenser were corroded and built up with calcium and mold buildup causing weak pressure through the housing. I got authorization to replace the housing and replaced the housing. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. I did find a small minimal amount of water still inside of the fabric softener dispenser housing after testing it in diagnostics, but found part of the problem was with the leveling of the washer. I found that washer leaning towards the front of the washer, causing a little bit of water to get stuck inside of the Dispenser housing. I attempted to adjust the feet on the washer and found that the feet were completely locked in place. The customer attempted to help me, but we could not get the feet to budge. The customer advised that he will try to adjust those whenever he can but to go ahead and leave it for now. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for ice machine not leaking. On inspection the unit had about 3 gallons of water in it. Removed the water and pulled unit from cabinet. Checked the pump to make sure it was working correctly and it is. When went to flush the first time it did not dump the water and went right into making ice. "Ive done site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. upon entry. I felt no cool in either compartment. I gained access to the back and found no pressure within the system. Little pressure into the system, I found a leak coming from the dryer. I replaced the dryer and vacuumed down the unit using a micron gauge. We found pressures hold and no evidence of any leaks of any kind present within the system. We charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of. R600 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which they said will start after approximately five minutes of operation. I found the noise to be the blower wheel vibrating after it heats up and expands. I disassembled the unit to find the blower wheel broken (photo). RED4516FW0 Arrived to inspect long dry times. I found flow was severely restricted and the air intake would not even hold a piece of paper. Removing the vent caused the test to work as expected. I removed a complete blockage fro the vent entry point in the wall and retested. The issue was still severe and I informed the customer they will need to have the venting cleaned prior to attempting any further use of the machine.

Arrived onsite for fabric softener not being dispense. On inspection found error F5E3 (door open) went to run diagnostics cycle and it took serval tries to get into the diagnostic menu. I ran the diagnostic test and it went through we no issues. I pulled the water lines off and found the hot valve was clogged with sediment. I replaced both valves and ran the diagnostic test. The test doesnt have a fabric softener test. The draw was clean and Imsaw no issues with drawer. Customer is going to run a load and see if it is working. If customer calls back bring UI and control board back. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection flipped the unit up looking for evidence of water leaks I saw none at the time. I started the diagnostics cycle and no water leaks. Ran the unit in quick wash and still no leaks. I popping the lid up to examine the tub ring and right next the fabric dispenser was water marks running down the tub. I installed the new tub ring on the unit and told the customer to run a few loads and monitor it for leaks. If leak is spotted make note of the cycle and the time in the cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for range with error message F1E0. On inspection the unit would not go into bake mode. I installed the new control board in unit. Now the clock is displayed and you can start bake or broil. I let the unit heat to 200?. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with middle rack issues. Customer pointed out a spot on the upper and lower dishwasher rack that a small slit / chip on them. Both racks were replaced on 3/14. Called info in to tech line for review/if replacement is recommended. Tech line reviewed pictures and does not authorize replacement again. Damage is cosmetic only in nature, and does not impact function. Customer advised they can follow up with customer service for assistance if needed. SR7738891250. No repair performed. "Arrived onsite for range display flashing. On inspection found that the display flashing when it heats up. Installed a new control board and the unit is working as designed. Removed the old bulb base from the socket in the oven, installed new bulb from customer."

Arrived onsite for a dryer with no heat. I tested the dryer and found it not heating. I found an issue with the electrical supply and there was only 21VAC from L1 to L2. There was 16 VAC from L2 to ground but if I punched on the outlet I would get 123.6VAC. I explained to the apartment complex there is an issue with the wall outlet. Call complete.
