"JMC2430LL00 Arrived to inspect no power on UI. The unit did have internal lighting that reacted to the door position and I removed the UI for inspection. All incoming voltage was steady as expected, due to the internal light operation and I found the by moving the UI connector, the unit powered up. Inspection of the UI connector reveled the power section of the plug had a bent pin. I was able to adjust and fully correct the pin position and adjusted the other two, as well. The unit resumed all normal operation."

"MVW4505MW1 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found no stored error codes and proceeded to test mode. The unit would not engage rotation and inspection revealed the shifter could not move the splutch assembly. I removed and replaced the shifter and splutch/cam assemblies and tested. The unit would lock the lid within service test mode, but not customer mode. I replaced the latch and strike and there was no change. After significant research, I was able to find the factory calibration mode and after performing, the unit regained all normal functions and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that will not power on. I found the inline fuse in L1 at the control open. I called techline and spoke with Steve SR# 7739607936 about any possible pointers on the fuse and to find out the amp rating or if it was a thermal fuse. I found out it was amp rated but he couldnt tell me the actual rating for the fuse. I tested loads and found the drain pump showing 621 mega ohms and the pump motor at 3022 ohms so both are way out of range. The fan was at 244.8K ohms and way out of range. Will need to replace both pumps, the vent fan, and the harness. Ordering W11708398 harness, W11460946 Sump and motor, W11462456 Drain pump, W11414073 Vent, and W11545539 Gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found no ice in the bin, but a piece of a slab was on the grid cutter. The unit was in the process of making a new slab and while doing so, I tested voltage to the cutter and found it within range at 10.71V and 4.9ohms. Tested the thermistor and it is within range as well. Once the slab had completed formation, the gas valve came on and the slab never left the evaporator and the new cycle started and pushed the remaining ice off the evaporator. I found the evaporator is dirty and customer advised that its been a while since they cleaned it last. I removed the cutter to gain access to the evaporator and dry sanded it and cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and reassembled the unit. Retested and the new slab slid further than before but still not onto the cutter. I recommended the customer performs cleaning cycle on the unit and monitor the unit. I advised that if the cleaning cycle did not correct the issue, the evaporator might have to be replaced. All of the components are operating as designed except the evaporator needs cleaning. No water leaks observe during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site for a wash machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit just seems to drain consistently and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. The customer had the unit unplugged and I plugged in the unit. I did find the drain pump kick on immediately as I ran through diagnostics. I cleared away the drain and immediately found the unit start to drain again within 15 seconds. I ran into into diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I checked the pressure hose off the back of the unit and did not find it pinched or damaged in anyway. I blew through the pressure hose and found no obstructions in the pressure dome or pressure hose. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810.

I removed the water filter and retested and the unit operated as designed. When I removed the filter housing cover, I found a small amount of water had leaked from the housing water line connections. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the FC evap motor and removed the towel from the return vent and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Upon my arrival, I found ice/frost building up in the ice dispenser chute and at the top of the FC section and FC door. I placed my flashlight inside the unit and closed the door and found the FC door gasket slightly gapped in the upper right corner at the center mullion. I adjusted the liner/chassis in the upper right corner of the FC section and applied some silicone to seal the gap in the liner. Closed the door and found the gap is sealed now. Cleared the ice/frost and recommended the tenant monitor the unit and if they find frost buildup up again to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP2315549"

Arrived on site for water collecting on freezer door gasket. Since day one it keeps happening. Found frame looks to be damaged. Called tech line. Sent in pics. Sr#7739598477. Will be sent in for review.

"Arrived on site for f8e4. Also found f9e2. Removed bottom panel. Removed drain pan, cleaned and cleared. Cleared codes. Ran diagnostics and confirmed no leaks underneath dishwasher. Opened door and found no evidence of leaking within door. Removed and replaced door gasket as water spots indicate it may not have sealed. Tested and verified no leaks. CAll complete."

"MGD6630HW3 Arrived to install parts. I removed and replaced the burner and installed the conversion kit. The unit had difficulty igniting and after adjusting the burner tube assembly, the issue was resolved. No gas leaks detected during service"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that at this point, the unit will just drain every time that you try to start a cycle and will not start any cycles. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain), F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill), and F1 E1( main control fault) error codes. I went ahead and replaced the main control and checked all my loads. I found all components within range. Around the unit to an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11629601."

On arrival verified complaint of unit not connecting to wifi and throwing power loss error. Replaced console per previous diag and connected to WiFi. Assisted customer to connect to app. Customer was unable to connect to app. Advised to contact connectivity team at WPL. Job complete installed w11600321.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for starting cool down cycle prematurely. Upon closer inspection found sensors reading correctly no signs of stored error codes. Customer stated unit would turn off early in the cycle but would still run over 15 minutes. Informed customer of how moisture sensors work within new unit and how sensors are only on one portion instead of both sides as previously designed. Advised customer timed dry bypasses moisture sensor and will run entire cycle without fail. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is still making a buzzing noise during the cool down portion of the dryer cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that when they run the unit on normal, and the cooling down portion of the cycle, they hear this buzz and showed me a video. They advised they use the static removal setting on their dryer. I called Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Butch SR# 7739589255. He advised that the static control is meant to activate the inlet valve to allow the unit to add steam to the clothes to eliminate the static. He asked if the customer had a water hose hooked up to the back of the dryer and I found that they hadnt. He advised that the unit will make a buzzing noise when its trying to pull in water from the valve and that the unit is working and operating as designed. He advised to tell the customer that they can use their options to stop the unit from doing this. They just would need to not have any of the added static settings. He advised to make no repair at this time and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I went to replace the door and found the box only contained the freezer door. I checked the parts breakdown and found that the refrigerator door and freezer door were the same part number. I spoke to SR and was advised that the part was supposed to be a kit with both doors and that if they did not send the refrigerator door as well, we would have to get the door re-ordered. Re-ordering the door, and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11023679 (RC white door)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont drain and is not making any sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer showed me that she has a dishwasher full of water and that the unit will not start any cycles. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error codes. I use the shop vac to remove all the water from within the dishwasher. I cant access to the drain pump and found the drain pump. Impeller was broken causing the issue with the drain. I replaced the drain pump and ran the unit through an auto test. I found that the dishwasher would not recirculate the water, but would only fill and then drain. Ordering the wash motor and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Pump and motor)"

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is making weird noises and is shutting off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when the unit seems to drain, sometimes the unit completely shuts off and stops making ice. Customer had a video of when it was doing this nugget confirm the customer complaint. I went ahead and replaced the external drain pump and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking from underneath unit. Upon arrival customer stated unit has only leaked twice and hasnt leaked in a week. Customer stated on,t difference was customer used hottest water setting. Inspected hoses on top and bottom found no signs of not being attached correctly. Found drain hose to far down exit chute, adjusted drain hose to proper length. Ran diagnostic cycle on unit found no signs of leaks. Filled unit to touch glass door and drained unit trying to force previous leak issue to arise. Filled water to door before draining. Drained unit, inspected unit afterwards found no signs of moisture under unit or on hoses within unit. Job complete. NO PARTS USED."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not working. On internet bot the fc & rc were room temperature and I could hear the compressor trying to come on . Gain access to the compressor and the temperature wad 115? the start cap was 12uf but when the compressor tried to start it was only for 10 seconds. Installed a new start device and it now stays on. The running amps are 1.01amps start up is 16 amps. The refrigerator is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service. WPW10197428

"Arrived on site for not powering on, upon arrival, test unit and confirmed issue. Test polarity and is correct. Removed panel to test control and console. Control is correct and sending correct voltage to UI. Found certain buttons are making a chiming noise when pressed,but display will not light up. Need to replace the console. Replaced the console W11583883. Test unit and is operating as designed. Ran overall test. Found customer has removed birds nest per last visit but still getting a poor ventilation test. Advised customer to have entire vent cleaned. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site for dryer not working. On inspection the customer said that the Normal setting would not work and when selected the lens would flash. She said she could get the other setting to work. The is heating g to 200? and I could not duplicate the issue that the customer described to me. Informed the customer the UI and the control board are not available to replace. I Informed them that there are companies that will repair the boards. No parts installed during service.

Arrived on site for previous diagnosis parts. Installed the rotor and the suspension on to the unit . Ran diagnostic cycle to calibrate the unit. The washer is operating as designed and no.water leaks detected during service. W10915701 W11400156

Arrived on site for oven no power. On inspection found that the unit hap no power. Flipped the breaker on it tripped right away. Went gain access to the oven and found the wires in the outlet had melted down. Customer calling the builder to fix the issue. Customer will call us if the unit doesn't work after the electricity is fixed. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for lent blowing out of roof vent. Upon arrival, inspected and test unit. Ran vent test and is good. Found unit is operating correctly and explained to customer that there are times when they will observe lint blowing from outside vent especially if there is no grill or mesh covering. Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Pulled unit out of cabinet to gain access under top panel. Replaced interior lamp W10886919. Test unit and is operating as designed. Reinstalled unit into cabinet and secured with screws provided by customer. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for console not working properly. Found certain button not responding on console. Verified console receiving proper voltage. Replaced console and harness(W11623500). Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not latching and not washing. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not agitate, just fills with water and then drains. Also doesnt latch. Ran a diagnostic cycle found all components properly engaging. Found no visible damage on any components. Ran a quick wash, unit filled with water and started agitating as designed. No issues found with this unit. Customer then stated that clothes come out wet at the end of the cycle, explained to customer that overloading the unit will cause that or the floor system in the shed would cause the unit to shake and throw it off balance Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
