"Arrived on site for a washing machine that would not fill properly during a cycle. The customer stated that the unit will put a small amount of water in at the beginning of the cycle when sensing, but when going to wash no water came in. At this point the tub would just slowly spin and nothing else. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill and F7E0 for power failure. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find all running as designed. We then filled the unit with clothes and ran a casual cycle. I was able to replicate the failure as the customer described. While trying to fill I checked voltage to the valve and found it good but no water was coming through. This indicates a faulty valve. I also gained access to the bottom of the unit and found a significant amount of gearcase oil. This also indicates a failing gearcase. I installed the valve and test the unit with the same steps prior. The unit is now working as designed with no leaks present at the end of service. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 4 and could hear the compressor try to kick on, but would just shut down. I replaced the start device with a tester start device from my van stock and the unit continued to fail. Cycled power to the unit and tested amp draw to the compressor and got 8.01amps then the compressor shut down again. "Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced compressor. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged unit per spec and ran unit. Upon startup compressor made loud winning sound and cut off on overload. Compressor pulling 16 amps, then 8, then cuts off. Called tech line for assistance. Tech diagnosed bad new compressor. Locked. Provided SR#7734346157. Recommends ordering compressor again. "Arrived on site for front right burner not igniting. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the burner head misshapen and the burner intermittently sparking. I replaced the burner head, spark module and ignitor. I reassembled the unit and tested. It is now igniting as designed. I am ordering new bezels as the original ones have come loose. The office will reschedule.; ordrng 5 W10853046 (Bezels)s"

Arrived on site for a washing machine still not working properly after the last repair. The customer stated the unit will fill to an exceedingly high water level even when not on high water. They also found the unit will not spin properly and seems to almost get locked up. This occurred on the first cycle after the repair. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E3 for motor drive over current and F0E2 for oversuds. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated the high spin and a diagnostics cycle to find it ran through as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the ordered motor was not installed. I ohmd out the stator and found it read 26.5 which is more than double what it should be indicating a bad motor. Due to this I am ordering the rotor and stator to install. I also ohmd out the water level sensor harness and found it open. Due to this the valve assembly will need to be installed again. I am ordering the parts and the office will need to reschedule. No fee collected due to being under warranty.; ordrng 1 W10754161 (Rotor) and 1 W10754158 (Stator)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and test of the unit. Found the UI glitching and registering other buttons pressed when pressing certain options on the board. Once I was able to get the unit into a diagnostic test, found the slider underneath the unit had broken causing the unit not to be able to spin. Ordering both parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11478526 (UI)"

Arrived on site for dryer not starting. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the voltage to the unit and found good voltage. I out the unit into a timed dry and found the unit coming on. I found the unit opening the water valve during a timed dry when the unit is not set to steam or wrinkle free. I am ordering a new control to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise and no cool, tested unit found PO flashing on UI, customer stated that it comes on every 30 minutes and unit shuts off, found FC and RC evaporators frozen over, do to the issues with this unit will need to replace, evaporator fan with harness for FC and RC, RC drip pan, UI lights are faded out and was not able to run any diagnostics on the unit, UI will need to be replaced, deli UI, LED control, control board and power supply board , will need 2 hours on return visit office to get authorization and reschedule ; ordrng 1 WPW10624574 (Power supply board) and 1 W10804160 (Control LED) and 1 W11457241 (Drip pan) and 1 WPW10248595 (Damper) and 1 W10316760 (FC thermistor) and 1 WPW10677119 (Deli UI) and 1 W11387384 (UI)"

"Arrived onsite for a washer with a loose agitator. I found the agitator fine. I found the tub had jammed itself under the rear panel cutting the tub ring because the unit had been dropped and the back rear bottom frame spot welds were broken. The cabinet, tub ring, feet, and suspension need to be replaced. Ordering W10596395 CABINET ASM-SERVICE, WHI, W11213957 FEET-LVLNG, W11550886 TUB RING, & W11217817 SUSPENSION. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found both compartments above average temperature, but still cooling. Found evaporator compartment completely frozen. Ran diagnostics and could force a defrost. Heater is energizing. Unit is having defrost circuit issues. Ordering and replacing control and defrost sensor. Customer to have unit unplugged 48 hrs before next visit. ; ordrng 1 W11546690 (Control) and 1 W11546681 (Evap harness)"

"Arrived on site and found saved error code for motor fault, ran diagnostic cycle and found agitation and spin is working properly. Set washer into a drain and spin and it will not progress. Will need to replace control, lower harness, capacitor and motor; ordrng 1 W11502823 (Control) and 1 W11222082 (Motor) and 1 W11227944 (Capacitor) and 1 W11376227 (Lower harness)"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon arrival found that unit was not making ice. Dispenser components are functioning. Ran test and found frozen fill tube. Could hear valve energizing but no water. Thawed line and tested. Ice maker now receiving water. Checked harness fill tube heater and found high resistance. Notified customer to monitor ice production. If fill tube heater freezes again the fill tube heater has failed. Heater is not replaceable. Customer would need to replace freezer door.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed the Main control and tested, unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E5 & F3E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water but when the unit was to spin, it would not get up to proper speed. I cancelled testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on all four panels, the rotor and drain pump. When I went to remove the rotor, I found the rotor bolt loose and the rotor had dropped down slightly not making contact with the slider. Once I had the rotor removed, I found a large amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor, clutch and the slider and the slider teeth were stripped (photos). Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for no gas to unit . Unit is sparking . Gas valve under counter is turned on . Pulled unit out and found second cutoff turned off . Turned open second valve unit is now igniting . No gas leaks detected at time of service.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not washing, tested unit found stripped hub, customer accepted, replaced hub but stated to customer that the gear case shaft started to rust, advised customer that repair will make washer operational but he will need to replace gears case in the future, ran diagnostics test its now agitating and spinning, no leaks detected job complete"
