Arrived on site to diagnose oven/microwave combination unit for the oven intermittently not heating. Tested the unit and found an F6E4 error code, indicating a communication issue between the user interface and the main control board. Arrived on site to complete repairs on washer WTW4816FW3. Removed and replaced the motor W10890624 due to open winding, belt W11239857, and splutch W10721967. I calibrated the unit and verified spin and agitate are working as designed. I advised the customer that they need to reduce their load sizes as I verified the lower cover has been on the ground and had the motor pulley rubbing on it. Call completed.

Arrived on-site to test unit for noise during operation. Tested unit and found that when the motor stops and reverses direction, the cam/splutch assembly slips, creating a loud screeching noise. Due to the condition of the drive components, replaced the cam/splutch assembly (W10721967), shift actuator (W11481722), and drive belt (W11239857). Reassembled and tested unit through operation. Unit is now operating properly with no abnormal noises and is running as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRMF3636SW00 that is intermittently making a screeching sound when the icemaker fills. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the issue comes and goes but the noise is loud enough to wake her up at night. I tested the icemler and heard a sound coming from the valve but did not find anything abnormal about the sound. The customer advised this was not the sound she hears from time to time. I tested the valve again and could not replicate the problem. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR # 24641693. He advised that the screeching noise curing fill is dependent on water pressure, which is why i cant replicate the issueand that replacing the valve would make no difference. He advised the sound will occur during times of higher water pressure and does not affect the longevity or functionality of the valve. He advised me to make no further repair at this time as the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM12 not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and found it dispensing water properly. I had previously spoke to maintenance regarding the small amount of food/drink items in the RC section and the temp settings too low causing the reservoir to freeze. Maintenance advised that they had the tenant turn the temps up and to contact them if the dispenser started working and the tenant had not contacted them, but the temps had been turned up in the RC section. I found the unit making good ice as well. I advised maintenance that once the tenant puts more food items inside both sections, they could turn the temps back to the recommended setting if needed, until then they needed to leave it where it is currently set. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRMF536RPS01 not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the incoming water filter and found it to be operating properly. I checked the water supply and found it to be good. I checked the main valve and found that it would not pass water due to internal failure. I replaced the valve and tested and found water was still not being dispensed. I checked the dual valve and found the dual valve would not pass water as well due to a failed solenoid. Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for a loud noise occurring while the unit was running. Tested the dryer and confirmed an abnormal noise coming from the drum support wheel and idler pulley area. Removed the top cover and front panels to gain access to the drum and internal components. Inspected the belt, idler pulley, and drum support wheels and found the components worn and contributing to the excessive noise. Replaced the complete dryer repair kit, including the drive belt, idler pulley, and drum support wheels. Reassembled the dryer and verified that all components were properly installed and secured. Arrived on site for an ice machine model KUID508HWH00 that is over-producing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing happened as last year where the icemaker will dump ice on the floor when opened because it makes too much ice. I checked the bin thermistor and found it out of range. J checked the electrical connector and did not find any corrosion. I replaced the bin thermistor WPW10511923 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, I evacuated the system to find it was empty. Using my nitrogen, I pressurized the system and found that the evaporator has a tiny leak in the aluminum coil. I removed and replaced ths compressor, access valve, UV drier, evaporator and evap thermistor and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. Installed 4.75oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Once equalized, I tested the unit and watched pressures and found pressures at approximately 4/175 psi. I inspected the evaporator and it has a good frost pattern on all coils. I recommended that the customer allow it to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker malfunction. Upon further inspection, I found that the tray had detached. I followed service pointer W11832817 and completed the repair by replacing the valve and fixing the harness position. I installed the foam gasket to prevent freezing air from touching the valve. I replaced the ice maker and applied insulation tape to the end of the fill tube. I tested the icemaker and it cycled. One FC door mounting screw had a defect and will need to replace the FC door. I checked the gaskets and found them to be sealing properly. I tested the RC thermistor and found it to be measuring out of tolerance resulting in slightly lower temperatures in the RC. I replaced the evaporator cover assembly and resembled. The customer informed me that the Fc door is rusting due to a defect. I am ordering the FC door due to the rust. Tested IM and it cycked and filled. Ice maker is working as intended.

Test polarity and get 121v from L1-N and L2-N. I get 209 from L1-L2 together. Apartments are on a 208v commercial service. I test resistance from both broil and bake elements. I test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preheated but never cycled and temperatures dropped and never rose. I replaced control W11696067 and sensor W10833885. Test unit again by preheating to 350. Unit preheated correctly, then cycling began. After 3 cycles, unit is averaging 355. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on-site to test unit for not cooling properly. Customer stated the refrigerator was working normally before a large gathering, then began experiencing intermittent cooling issues. Customer advised that after approximately one week the refrigerator resumed cooling normally, but the ice maker was still not operating. Arrived on-site to test unit for a loose/broken agitator. Inspected unit and found the agitator was not damaged; the agitator bolt had loosened, allowing the agitator to separate and pop out of position. Customer stated she had been washing a king-size comforter when the issue occurred. Properly reinstalled the agitator and securely tightened the agitator bolt. Advised customer that king-size comforters are too large for this unit and recommended keeping loads at approximately 4050% of basket capacity, per Whirlpool loading recommendations, to prevent excessive stress on the agitator and drive components. Tested unit and confirmed it is now operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRF535SMBM00 that is making noise and is freezing and unfreezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the sound the machine makes. He advised the sound will last seconds or up to an hour. He said it sounded like it was the compressor but couldnt tell. I heard the video and found what sounded like cabinet vibration. I asked the customer if they had done anything to see where it was coming from. He said that he found that when he hit the side of the machine, it woukd go away but might come back later. I checked temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 0F, and the refrigerator at 37F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the freezer section and found all fans running. I asked the customer where exactly in the refrigerator he was having the issues. He advised that the items were freezing on the top shelf and in the deli drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator. I explained that the freezer air comes up through the damper door at the top of the refrigerator and explained that items in front of the damper can freeze due to freezer air blowing on them until the rest of the refrigerator gets to temperature. I also explained airflow movements regarding this refrigerator everything appears to be an airflow and product placement issue. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WDT531HAPM0 for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated unit would leave the tub full after cycle was complete. When door was opened a large amount of water would escape and activating drain pump would not remove water despite hearing the drain pump run. Unit is now properly draining. Tested unit and verified drain pump energizing and removing water, but at a slower pace than normal. Tested overflow switch and found it would not properly engage pump or flash error code. Arrived on site (Unit 4814) to test unit WTW4955HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power; drain pump immediately engaged, indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Cleared error code and reset control; upon cycling power, drain pump continued to immediately engage. Inspected pressure hose and found no kinks, punctures, or restrictions, with valve confirmed not leaking, isolating fault to a failed pressure switch on the control. Replaced control (W11608056); upon reapplying power, drain pump no longer immediately engaged. Ran calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

WTW4307SW0 Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival, I verified the issue of a failed hose that is connected to the drain pump. I replaced the part then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

WRF555SDFZ08 Arrived on site for a refrigerator slowing down ice production. On arrival, I verified the issue of a failed water filter. I tested the water despenser with the water filter and it was very weak water flow. I removed the water filter and used my bypass. The water despenser worked great . Great water flow I recommended to the client he needs to replace the water filter. No parts used product works as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRQA59CNKZ error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the UI on the left RC door had several digits that were lit up as if it were in test mode. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics to check for error codes and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and carefully removed and replaced the UI. Once replaced, I was able to check for error codes and found none stored. The unit is currently operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11664671

Arrived on site for a washer WTW8127LW3 not locking. I verified the issue and found the latch broken. Installed the new w11670519 latch and tested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed now with no leaks detected.

Arrived on site for washer WET4024HW0 with issue of door does not stay open. Upon arrival, inspected unit and door only opens 3/4 of the way. Lid has to be forced all the way open. Can see left and right corners of top warping each time lid is forced all the way open. It appears either shafts or lid has failed but cant determine until lid is removed. Unit is installed in tight closet and will need assistance of 2nd man to maneuver and down stack dryer. Ordering washer top, left and right rotary shafts and 2nd man. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for an error code being displayed. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an error related to a drain issue and excessive suds inside the dishwasher. Inspected the unit and tested the drain operation. Ran the dishwasher through approximately four fill/drain cycles to help clear the excessive suds and verify proper drainage. During testing, the drain pump operated correctly and the unit successfully drained the water each time. After multiple test cycles, no additional error codes or drainage problems were present. Dishwasher is currently operating as designed. Advised customer to use the recommended amount and type of dishwasher detergent to prevent excessive sudsing. Unit tests good at this time. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRSF5536RZ00 that is not dispensing ice properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the previous technician did not want to be there and wouldnt install any parts ordered for the call. I checked the unit and found that when i held the door switch down manually, the ice would dispense. I found a connection issue between the ice maker cover and the door switch. I replaced the door switchW11396033, ice maker cover W11760134, and plastic square WP2177331 and tested the unit several times over a 15 minute period. All tests worked and operated as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for venthood KXW8748YSS0 to replace switch disassembled and found motor on off switch slider was broken. Also switch housing cover is breaking apart. Ordering slider. Need confirm part number with service management. Arrived on site for a microwave KOEC530PPS02 door not closing properly. I verified the issue. Have to open and close the door multiple times to operate. Door isnt closing flush. Arrived onsite for washer NTW4516FW4 drain pump running continuously. Inspected and found control pressure sensor failure. Per service pointer and scode s153eb control needed replacement. Replaced control W11603811 sn#W11130853G60571VFPWFG. Old control sn# W115785571G40482FAWMFG. Calibrated and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRMF3636RV00. Customer stated that its very loud when the icemaker fills. I removed the valve cover and forced the icemaker to fill. The noise went away. Assuming the valve was vibrating against the cover I used noise pads w11113654 from truck stock to stop the vibration. Filled again and the noise is normal. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site (Unit 458) to test unit WET4027HW2 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a squeak noise during spin. Entered service mode and initiated test cycle; heard belt slipping during spin. Inspected drivetrain and found worn cam and belt. Replaced cam (W10721967) and belt (W11239857). Ran calibration cycle successfully, followed by test cycle with all components engaging properly; noise confirmed eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site with new damper motor. Replaced damper and it was not working. Ran test 80 and it is showing error FF. (Ferdback failure). Replaced main control. Damper is still not working. Test 80 still shows FF. Inse0cted wiring and found red feedback wire was bent inside the harness for damper at the cabinet. Used pick and reset the red wire pin in harness. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS331SDHM08 not dispensing water or ice in apartment 4310. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit is making ice and dispensing water as designed and no water leaks observed from the unit. Job completed.

Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher KDTS424SPS0 with door stuck open. Examined unit and checked for errors. Found no errors present. Opener arm is stuck out and will not retract. Tried power cycling / diagnostic mode. Arm is not getting a retract signal/voltage. Installed new W11785653 control. Once powered on, the arm retracted properly. Ran diagnostic cycle to confirm arm both extends and retracts. Repair completed.

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival, I verified that when preheating oven, it trips the breaker. I set the broiler to 500 degrees, and the temperature reached without tripping the breaker . I preheated oven to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product works as its designed no parts used. I recommended contacting a gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. I also recommended leaving the oven for one hour. Calling Whirlpool Safety case# 24575945

Arrived on site to replace the blower motor, control board, and damper previously diagnosed and ordered for the microwave. Removed the necessary panels to access the components and replaced all three parts. Verified all wiring connections were properly secured and reassembled the unit.After completing the repairs, tested the microwave through multiple operating functions. Confirmed the blower motor is operating correctly, the damper is opening and functioning as designed, and the control board is responding properly. Microwave is operating normally at this time with no additional issues found. Unit tests good. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFC636SPS02 with issue of leaking underneath. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Customer currently has water supply turned off. Customer states that water puddle extended about 2 feet in front of refrigerator . When customer pulled unit from cabinet found water underneath unit that extended to rear wall and left stains on floor. I uploaded picture of floor. I inspected hoses and water valve at rear of unit and all appear good. I turned on water supply and do not observe any leaks with water on. I observed both ice containers and both have ice. I dispensed water from water dispenser and is dispensing correctly and there are no signs of leaks. I poured water into drain pan and there is no signs of pan leaking. Found that when call for water to ice maker in Fc is when spill happens. Found connection of water lines at rear of unit are not connected. Uploaded picture to SD. Contacted Techline for assistance.
