"Arrived on site for fridge raider that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer both operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit was initially cooling the freezer but theyre not calling the refrigerator and so she messed with the cold control inside the freezer and then the unit started calling the refrigerator but not freezing in the freezer. She advised that she had tried changing the temperature on her control and found it was not responding to any attempts to change the temperature setting. She advised that everything had come back on two days ago and has seemingly started to work but thought the control might still be causing an issue. I did not find any evidence of a defrost issue or a cooling issue. There was no frost or moisture buildup in either compartment. I did advise the customer that because the unit was cooling and operating as designed, there was not really a way for me to determine that at this juncture. Will go ahead and order a Control just in case and advise the customer to call us back and cancel if the unit continues to cool and operate as designed. "Arrived onsite for washer making noise and not finishing a cycle. On inspection ran diagnostics mode and when the spin cycle started it sounded like a airplane taking off. Replaced the gear case,actuator and the clutch. Re ran the unit in diagnostics mode in the unit was quite during spin cycle. Customer said that the unit was always loud when washing. When they heard the spin cycle with the new gear case they could not believe how quite the unit was. Unit working as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the lower hinge assembly that had been sprung at some point. I removed and replaced the door panel adjusters and mounting hardware and re-aligned the door. I found the cabinet that the unit was installed into was leaning out at the top of the unit, nearly one inch. I attached images of a plumb line for illustration and advised the customer that was the original cause of the door closing issue, as the unit was tilted forward and gravity was constantly pulling the door open. I leveled the unit and the door issue was resolved, but it had the appearance of tilting back in the cabinet and the issue can only be resolved by correcting the plumb of the cabinet and not the refrigerator. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit attempts to turn on but then shuts off and pauses and will not continue forward. Did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to spend the basket by hand. Found that the basket would not move. Disassembled the unit And found the rear bulkhead broken in multiple places and not attached to the rear panel. Found that attempting to lift the basket out of the dryer was nearly impossible due to the bulkhead and the drum being stuck together. The unit will need a full rebuild for repair and the office will need to contact the extended warranty about potential alternate resolution due to the cost of repair. "WTW6120HW2 Arrived to inspect error code. I found F7E1 and F0E7 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket was in the front right corner of the chassis and undoubtedly making contact with the inside of the chassis during spin ramp up, causing off balance triggering. The suspension was questionable as well and will require replacement. During spin test, I could hear a loud screech and found the belt had started to stretch, enough I could rotate it by hand in the pulleys, belt will require replacement as well. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer with burning odors. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could smell so,etching burning from the element. I pulled the unit out and found a large amount of lint on the back panel. Removed the back panel and found more lint on the element housing and other components at the back (photo). I removed the element and found the middle metal plate badly cracked and lint inside the element. I vacuumed the lint from the back of the unit and replaced the element (photos). Cleaned the back panel and re-installed it. Cleaned the inside of the unit (before&after photos) and reassembled the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. I provided the before & after photos to the customer. I recommended they have their vents checked/cleaned before using unit to vent further damage. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for vent hood, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was vent hood not working. Inspected unit and found the blower getting stuck. Will need a new blower

Arrived onsite for a washer that is showing f3e1 when in use. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics test and found that the code was present I power cycled unit and tested again and found no charge. I then explained to the customer that the code was for the water pressures/levels sensor and I must replace the control to solve the issue because the sensor is integrated with the control. I installed new control and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leak job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element not coming on. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside the unit and on the element (before photo). I tested the element and found it has continuity. I tested the thermostat and cutoff and both were good. I removed the element and found the middle metal plate had a crack in it and was badly warped. I replaced the element and cleaned the lint from the unit (after photo) and tested. I found the thermostat was bad. I replaced it and retested and unit is operating as designed. Customer says it is now advancing, but curious if the rinse / spin section of the cycle was normally a rotating drum eater running, instead of submerging clothes. Advised this is working as designed, and that cycle does not fully dunk clothes, it just runs water over them while spinning. Observed unit and confirmed it was working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dryer not working with TE code. Tested unit and found it not heating and stoping while testing with error code TE. Disassembled unit and found all thermistors working and reading to specs. Tested thermistors from control and found the hi limit thermostat reading correctly at the blower but not at the control. Theres a short in the harness somewhere and its not available to get. I tried tracking the short but was not successful. Advised customer of my findings.

"WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect door not closing. I found the broiler door would not close correctly and on further inspection, the left front lower section of the chassis, starting just below the oven door receivers, was bent inward and cannot be pushed out or corrected. I contact the MFG, tech Bruce and advised of my findings. SR# 7735365665. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for washer with latch issues. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found lid latch faulty. Tested and confirmed fault. Used latch from 364426. Replace latch and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete
