"Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud rattle noise when running. On arrival the customer stated that when they first got the unit the noise was constant and very loud. They found that over time it has gotten more and more intermittent, and that the noise has gotten quieter too. I test the unit and could not replicate the noise. I activated all fans and ramped the compressor to max, but no abnormal noise was present. I gained access to the back and found it normal. I observed the card board under the condenser and found it good. I could not replicate the problem at the time of service. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurs again. Went through all thermistor readings and higher temperatures were recorded but at this time refrigerator has been cooling properly. There is a small amount of frost on the rear panel of the freezer. Exposed fresh food evaporator and there is no visible frost pattern and drain is not blocked. customer says frost on the rear panel of the freezer section was worse and it has gotten better over time. Customers experience may have been due to an air gap in the freezer caused by food item. There is a box of frozen food that appears crushed. "Arrived on site to inspect frost build up in FC. FC temperature 3?, RC temperature 26? unit set to MFG recommended temperatures. I found that the FC was collecting frost near shelf rails, but I did not find any air gap openings in FC. Unit was tilted forward due to installation. Cleared ice from FC and realigned unit for better seals. I inspected the Freezer door and the door was sealing properly. Checked door gaskets and no tears were observed. Removed evap cover to inspect for ice build up and found no excessive ice build up on evaporator. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.If issue persists we will have to order evap motor."

"Arrived to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. CX reports that ice maker is still producing ice, but the water dispenser has stopped working. RC temp 25?. Unit was set to 33?. Adjusted unit to MFG recommended temperatures. called tech line and spoke with Travis SR#7734353799 and explained the situation of the water line freezing for the second time, he recommended to use perma gum to seal and the water line inlets and around the icemaker fill tube. Removed water line from cabinet and inspected for any splits and it was good. Removed ice build up in the line and reinstalled. I then tested unit and its now dispensing water as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Replaced bad run cap unit now appeared to run as designed but not filling properly. Replaced valve assembly and control as a precautionary. During inspection, I found the FC door starting to warp and it is likely the gasket will not seal in eventuality. The right RC door gasket was torn and will require replacement. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit hasnt dispensed water or made ice in a few years. I tested the ice maker and it failed to call for water. I removed the reservoir cover and found dark spots in the reservoir tubing that appeared to be mold. Tested the water dispenser and the valve failed to open. I removed and replaced the ice maker, dual valve, filter head/reservoir and filter and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer purge the water dispenser for at least 1-2 gallons and dispose of the first 2 batches of ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they use the oven, the cooktop, control panel and oven knobs get too hot. I tested the unit in bake at 350 and advised the customer that the oven vent is directly under the control panel and vents out onto the cooktop. I advised that there is no repair for this as thats the way it was designed. Following service pointer #W10917778, I placed a strip of insulation (from van stock #W11025151) inside the door at the top of the outer door glass as instructed in the service pointer. Tested the cooktop and all burners are operating as designed. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
