"Arrived on site for unit smelling like sewage. Upon arrival, confirmed bellow is mold free and no abnormal scent present inside tub. Continued to inspect standpipe and drain and found 6 inches going down standpipe with no mold/mildew on the tip of the drain hose. Ran 2 drain cycles and did not smell. Continue to use bleach and poured 16oz down standpipe. Ran consumer cycle and started smelling from the standpipe with the bleach smell. Called techline and spoke with Joe SR#7741132141 and stated the smell is not coming from the unit and its coming from the standpipe. Call documented. Unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise and i found, from the video, that while the unit is agitating, the washplate/agitator barely move and the clothes don't move. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. I cleared the code and continued with testing and while testing, I could hear any abnormal popping noise during agitate and spin. Once testing was completed, I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and clutch and found both worn (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and contacted techline and spoke to Boyd. I advised of the previous repairs, SR number, and my findings. Boyd provided a text to my cell phone and I provided photos of my findings with the slider and clutch. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the microwave door not closing and light staying on. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave heating element support broken and the element resting on the bottom of the microwave. Using an element support from my van stock (W11724411), i installed the support and adjusted the element, and then using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave and found it operating as designed. The customer advised that once the microwave is done and they remove their items and the unit is off, after approximately 20 minutes or so, the unit will begin to chime as if it had just finished cooking in the microwave. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none stored. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. The customer also advised that the unit will reset itself randomly and provided a photo of the units display when it reset. Also, the customer advised that they have to push in on the microwave door to get it to close. I had the customer demonstrate on how they close the door and they 'gently' closed it and then pushed in on the right side to get the interior light to turn off. I advised the customer that, per the manufacturer, the door should be allow to 'slam' closed and I demonstrated on how it should be allowed to close. Also advised that the switch on the right side interlock could be slightly shifting causing it to not recognize that the door is closed. Due to the issues with the unit resetting itself and turning itself on and chiming, I am ordering the control panel. When I return to replace the panel, I will adjust the switches as well. Due to the availability of the panel, office will need to schedule return service once it arrives.; ordrng 1 W11598176 (Control panel)"

Arrived onsite for oven tripping breaker. Oven tripped the breaker once at 185 degrees. I flipped the breaker back on and unit ran to 500 degrees and is holding. Moisture is present in the elements and indicates a burnoff was never performed. After both ovens reached 500 degrees they are holding and I advised the customer to run the unit for 2 hours before shutting off. Customer understands and will let the burnoff be performed. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making grinding noise when running. Spun drun and heard noise coming from the blower wheel. Removed housing and found 2 bra wires wedged into the blower wheel. Removed wires and tested. Confirmed noise is gone and unit working as designed. No parts needed. Call completed.

Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the inner vent was vibrating against the chassis and causing a rattling noise. I applied sound pads and applied some aluminum tape to ensure that the vent was not vibrating or banging. I reassembled the unit and tested it. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I ran the unit through diagnostics and reconfirmed that the evaporator plate would not complete a full frost pattern. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I found pressures hold for fifteen minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 15 minutes. I charged the end up with 5.75 oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through the wash.Cycle, but when it goes to rinse, it gets stuck and won't spin out the clothes. She advised that she has to run it through a drain and spin in order to get the unit to complete the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found hot water coming through the cold water valve and cold water coming through the hot water valve, indicating the unit was installed improperly. I found the cold water valve was dribbling water through indicating a clog. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11210463."

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7741117945 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108, broil element w10856603, and main w11707168. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request?"

I found a restriction in the evaporator causing unit not to pump refrigerant through the system properly. I replaced w11578004 evap coil, w11506635 access valve,wpw10143759 uv drier, w11580057 compressor. Pulled vac and re charged system with 47g of r600. Waited until half of evap coil was frosted evenly and found unit working as deisgned with no leaks. Reported findings to techline Sr#7741079083. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Upon arrival customer stated unit takes two cycles to dry clothes. After the first cycle, certain areas of the clothes stay damp. Tested unit, found all components properly engaging and element is cycling as designed. Vent test shows vent is clear and has good suctions to the exhaust. Potentially an issue with the sensing dry causing cycle to be stopped prematurely, leaving clothes damp. Will need to order and replace sensor pad and exhaust thermistor. Advised customer in the mean time to try and run the cycle on timed dry to see if there is a difference. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 03/14.; ordrng 1 W11545746 (Sensor pad) and 1 WP8577274 (Exhaust thermistor)"

Arrived onsite for unit leaking from corner of the door. Customer is still having issues with oversudding causing a lik.. Customer ran several clean cycles prior to visit. On arrival ran cycle and found no suds. Also called techline for more info on dispenser function. Austin SR#7741123554.Tech explained rinse aid is triggered with the dispenser towards the beginning of the cycle. Allowed unit to run 30 minutes and no sign of suds. Customer does prewash and also has a water softener. Appears clean cycle has flushed residual issues. Recommended customer start with no rinse aid and no prewash. Customer will monitor. Job complete

Arrived onsite and tested unit fresh food evap fan and found proper power and flow following the defrost. Based in irregular defrost pattern caused by model home use over years of light non residential use resulting in slow morphing clear ice blockage that over time blocked over half the fresh food intake and began ordinary defrost failure symptoms including frozen fan space. Manual defrost solved all detectable cause and symptoms. Evap cover not needed to repair. Documented floor and baseboard with pictures. Advised onsite staff on findings and follow up.

Arrived on site for unit making noises. Upon inspection found dryer vent not connected. This caused a rattling and vibration against floor and metal when exhaust air from unit blowing on disconnected exhaust vent. Connected dryer vent back on and tested unit is now longer making noise. Arrived on site for ui console led and responding to commands are erratic . Found moisture is building up inside unit . Removed exhaust hose off and found it was full of water . Removed water and ran replaced ui console W11378949. Ran air flow test . Found exhaust restriction. Advised maintenance to have exterior vent cleaned . Unit sounds normal when vent is removed . Above normal noise is most likely due to poor air flow . Job complete

Arrived on-site for unit not drying or draining properly. Found no error codes. Unit was draing slow due to excess sud from pods. Ran diagnostics 2 times and got it to drain much better. Advised customer to use liquid detergent and rinse aid. No parts used

"Arrived on site to test unit for control panel not responsive. Upon arrival customer stated unit sounded like it was constantly draining, then a wash cycle began without customer starting it. Tested unit, found door latch error codes stored. Began a diagnostics cycle, all components are properly engaging. While doing parts research, console lights illuminated and cycle began to run. No input reaction from the console when trying to cancel. Unit will need a new console and control board to fix issue.
