"WRS331SDHM06 Arrived to inspect circuit breaker tripping. I found after discussion with the tenant that the issue was isolated to a few days, and has since not happened again. I found residual signs of an evaporator freezup that had cleared itself. I suspect the excessive moisture was the cause of the tripping and could not find any other issues with the machine. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that after the last load, they ran, the unit kept draining and would not allow the customer to turn the unit on. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I went ahead and gained access to the control and blew through the pressure hose. I found something blow out of the pressure hose and reattached the pressure hose onto the control. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a few loads upon my departure and advised the customer that I would contact them back after a couple hours to ensure everything was running smoothly. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from freezer compartment. I examined the unit and traced ice back to the evap drain. I removed the drain tube from the rear and found the foam has almost completely collapsed the drain. I used a screwdriver to allow out the drain hole and then added some silicon around the drain tube. This should resolve the draining issue. No parts used. Repair completed.

Retested and still could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if the noise continues to contact our office to schedule service. I tested several different cookware on the center hotplate and could not get any consistent performance on any of them. Unit normally just clicks on and off and cycles non stop. "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes weird. Sounds throughout the cycle and advise that he knows that theres an issue because his daughter has the same unit and hers doesnt make the same sounds. I ran the unit through Diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit makes the noise within the first three minutes of starting the cycle. I started at a normal wash cycle and found the unit, making a knocking noise when the unit was spinning. The customer advised it happens throughout spin and agitation, and advised that his daughter does not have the same issue with her unit. I gained access underneath and found all components were in proper place, but found at the lower drive shaft on the gear case at fallen, causing the shaft to bounce. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with no power going to it. On arrival tested microwave and found it unpowered. Breaker was tripped going to microwave. I reset and checked the outlet, and found good voltage and polarity. Found the fuse on the filter board was open. I removed the fuse and put my resettable breaker on and tested. As soon as the power plug touched the outlet it sparked. I changed outlets and ran an extension cord to the unit. When I plugged it in my resettable breaker started smoking as did the filter Board. I disconnected the breaker and power cable due to a nasty short being present. With the fuse out, I can plug in the unit and not set off the breaker, which likely indicates a short between the filter board and interlocks / control. Ordering a new filter board, control, interlocks to resolve, as well as an updated 15A resettable fuse. Return visit set for 8/15. "I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7739670260. He advised that because the drawer was already replaced, the issue would have to be with excess vibration due to the flooring. He had me ask the customer what type of flooring was underneath the washer. The customer advised that the unit was on wood flooring due to it being in a mobile home. Rich stated that wood flooring will flex and vibrate as the washing machine is running, especially during the spin portion of the cycles. He stated that this would be the cause for the dispenser drawer coming out and would make sense as to why lighter loads. Dont pull out the drawer as far as larger loads. He advised to go ahead and adjust the feet on the front of the washer to tilt the washer back a little, but that there was no other repair that could be made to fix this issue as the issue would be with the flooring. "Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the gas odor is coming from the oven area. I removed the oven door and bottom trim and turned the gas on. Using my gas sniffer, I checked the gas line connections at the bottom front of the unit and found one of the connections was leaking gas as the sniffer detected the gas. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all connections and found the leak. I disconnected the gas lines and cleaned the threads and placed Teflon tape on the connection threads and reconnected the gas lines and retested. Using the gas sniffer, I checked the connections and found another connection was leaking. Using my liquid gas leak detector I found where the gas was leaking from and repaired the connection and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no further gas leaks. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that wont drain. I inspected the underside of the unit and found the blue drain pump wire to be broken at the split of the harness. I replaced the harness and the unit is now draining. I leveled the unit and ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks are present at the time of service. Call complete. Installed W11643701 HARNS WIRE.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with dented cooktop. Replaced cooktop panel W11620479Unit is now correct.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that had no power. On arrival I found the breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker, and ran the unit and breaker tripped again. I disconnected the ground strap and baked the unit to 400. I reconnected the ground and baked to 500, and advised the customer to leave the unit on bake for 2 hours and this should fully resolve. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a buzzing noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they unplug the unit for about four days and Ill get back in and it has not made the same sound sense. I gained access to the evaporator and could not find any issues presence. I did advisor customer that we have seen issues with the pool tube, overflowing, causing water to trickle down the backside of the freezer wall and collect around the evaporator fan causing the issue. I did advise the customer that whirlpool has stated that this would either be a water pressure issue or a cracked fill tube. I went ahead and turn down the water pressure 33% and ran the unit through an icemaker harvest. I found the unit harvest and fill without overflowing or leaking. I advised the customer that it appeared to be there water pressure that was causing the issue. I advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complain and found the unit had not made any ice. I checked temperature and found the freezer at 2?F. I checked voltage going to the ice maker and found proper voltage. I went ahead and replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. I found the unit harvest and fill as designed. Call complete. W10884390.

Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing softener and long wash cycles. Cleaned out excessive softener buildup and dispenser is now siphoning as designed. Advised customer to download app and connect unit to WiFi for over the air software update. Unit is getting stuck in logic loop. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer not starting cycle and just going to end of wash . Found slider collar had shifted and cam spinning freely . Replaced slider W10734521. Ran diagnostics. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service

"KRMF706EBS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The FC was -5 and the RC was 36. Additionally, the ice maker housing was at 5, well under the requirement for ice production. The ice maker had very small amounts of ice within the ice mold and the I was an E5 stored, however with the condition of not enough water and/or no water, E5 is common due to lack of water not registering a heating change within the thermistor. Further inspection revealed the heater tape at the water fill nozzle for the ice maker had dislodged and after pressing back in place and applying additional thermal tape, the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service. Due to issue being missed on last service, warranty applied."
