I removed the sump and inspected and found the rotor had failed and cracked longitudinally causing the circulation pump to not operate. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and tested. "Arrived on site for oven with a error message. On inspection found the main screen on the oven had the error messages F9E0. The customer informed me that she had reset the breakers. I asked her to show me what breakers she had reset, we went out to the garage to the panel. I informed the customer the breaker for the oven was on the side of the house. I reset the breaker for 30 seconds and when I went back in side the oven was back at the Home Screen and the error was gone. I heated oven to 350? and the unit is operating as designed."

"I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7735719319. He advised that there was no way to tell what exactly happened. He did advise that if the ice got stuck one time on the cutting grid, on the next icemaking cycle the water would have slowed across that ice sheet and melted all the ice in the ice bin. He advised that this can happen due to calcium buildup on the evaporator plate and the cutting grid. He asked the customer to clean the evaporator plate with a green scrubby brush. He advised to go ahead and replace the cutting grid due to calcium build up but to make no further repairs at this time. Replaced the cutting grid and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range that has two higher burners and is changing temperature on the customer. Verified the flame issue and was able to turn down the valves at the valve stems. The customer advised that she lost temperature when baking bread. She pulled out two loaves of bread out of the oven and when she went to start a different cycle, the units went from being at 350? to being at 170? F. I did explain to the customer that when she is opening her oven in for a decent amount of time, she will lose temperature inside of her oven. Did explain this is normal operation as all the heat is escaping out of the oven. The customer also stated that one time the unit change time on her. She said that she adjusted the time back and it is not done it again but I was just curious if that was causing any kind of issue. I did explain to the customer that this can happen during power surges or if theres a glitch in the control. I told her that sometimes power cycling the unit can help get rid of any glitches the control has. Ran through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested all functions of the machine and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"WRT112CZJZ00 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit would not cool and testing pressures revealed the low side at 20 of vacuum and 51 psi in the high. Vacuuming revealed the unit would not sustain deep vacuum, reaching 290 microns and then slowly climbing to 700 within 15 minutes. I could not find any sources of leaks and pressurized the system. There were bubbles that formed only when the system was pressurized, at the entry point for the capillary tube and return, in the liner at the evaporator. I contacted the manufacturer, SR# 7735878202 and advised of my findings. The MFG tech submitted the unit for PEX review. No water connections to unit."

MHW5630HC2 Arrived to inspect washer leaking. I discussed the issue with the customer and they have discovered water under the front of the machine intermittently. Service test mode had F0E2 stored and I cleared for testing. The unit passed service test mode and I found the door bellow did not have good contact with the door at the 11 oclock position. I removed and replaced the bellow and noted a positive seal. Retesting of the machine showed no more leaking from the door. Drain safety strap added. No leaks observed after repair.

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed sump asm. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed motor/sump asm. Upon reassembling unit I then tested and found no leaks and noise no longer present. Call complete

Removed console to gain access to control. Found control not sending voltage to drain pump on call for drain. Need to replace control. Replaced control and test unit. Drain pump is not receiving voltage on call for drain. Test drain pump and has correct resistance at the pump, but am not getting resistance at the control. Need to replace harness. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. I removed the top panel and found the diagnostics LED on the main control flashing. I tested the control panel harness and it was good. I removed the front panel and inspected/tested the thermal fuse and element and found the fuse good, but the element is bad. The center metal plate of the element is badly warped and cracked. Also found a large amount of lint built up inside the unit (photo). I found the vent tube at the back of the unit had a square adaptor to it and where the adaptor meets the vent tube, its badly crushed and not allowing for good airflow. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the control panel and dryer repair kit (4-rollers, tension pulley and belt) and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power and the tub empty. I turned the unit on and placed it in diagnostics and tested. I found the reservoir drain pump not operating. I tested the unit in a normal ice making cycle and once the valve would turn off, the entire unit would lose power. I pulled the unit out of the cabinet and found a water leak at the drain (photo). Also found the dr hose had been customized and was badly kinked at the external drain pump (photos). Once I had the unit pulled out, it began to operate as designed minus the reservoir drain pump. I found the leak in the drain, just before the P trap, was leaking onto and around the junction box at the back of the unit (photos). I recommended, to the builder, that the drain hose be replaced with the original drain hose and I am ordering the recirculating pump and reservoir drain pump. Unit was left turned on and operating. Builder was made aware of the water leaks and was to get the issue repaired. I scheduled return service for 03/15/23 at which time the reservoir drain pump and recirculating pump will be replaced. WFG320M0BS3 Arrived to inspect no light in oven. I found the bulb tested open. I tested the outlet and the correct voltage was present. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer not draining or spinning properly. Ran a diagnostics and found everything working as designed with no error codes. While in diagnostics unit had to much suds due to excessive detergent usage. I advised customer to use less detergent. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived on site. Found drain tube not fully secured to liner added sealer to gaps,replaced defective fan motor and blade powered unit on compressor and fan powered on.

"Arrived on site to install previous ordered parts. Replaced bake element, base, and control. Test unit by preheating oven to 350.. unit did not reach temperature found unit not getting 240. Found bad plug outlet. Wiggling the cord into outlet then gets 240. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not turn on sometimes. Upon testing I found that could not duplicate the issue. Upon further inspection I found that the connections at the control and the ui were all good. The unit did have poor air flow, unit is operating as designed at this time

Arrived onsite to install adjusters on a DW. Upon arrival I installed new adjusters because the old one where broken. The customer has bought his own parts from whirlpool. After installing the new a adjusters and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for freezer not freezing. Removed evaporator cover found traces of oil on evaporator also found some corrosion on heat exchanger lines. Unit will need a new evaporator,compressor,valve,filter drier

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling at all and no lights working. Upon arrival inspected unit. Only UI display on, no internal light and compressor not running. Power cycled unit and found all components resumed functionality. Compressor is running, all internal lights are on and dispenser is functioning.

"Arrived onsite for oven with no power. Talked with the customer and he was using the self clean when the power went out and the unit was locked. I turn the breaker back on and the unit came up. I heated the oven up,to 350?and let stay on for 30 minutes.

"WDT750SAKZ0 Arrived l previously diagnosed and ordered part. I found the thermal blanket had bound into the spring assembly prior and the spring assembly was still serviceable, only requiring reinstallation into the hinge assembly. I reinstalled the spring and tested multiple times, ensure the blanket did not fall into the spring and cause it to bind in the future. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for console acting erratic. Spoke with Techline and found software was corrupted. Advised customer to contact extended warranty. No leaks detected. Job complete. SR#7735868962

"Arrived on site for unit turns off after running for several seconds every-time. Upon arrival test polarity and is correct. Test unit and starts , but can hear motor dragging,then shutting off. Need to replace motor. The motor has a 120 month warranty and is covered. Replaced motor and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.
