"Arrived on site to test unit for constant squeak. Upon arrival verified issue, when activating cycle unit immediately starts to squeak. Gained access to inside components, found a large quantity of lint throughout the unit causing wear on roller bearings and pulley wheel. Replaced roller bearings and pulley wheel using the repair kit (4392067) and belt (WP8547157). Removed all lint and assembled unit, tested unit, squeak has been eliminated and all components are now properly engaging. Unit is running as designed, job complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advise at the unit. Works fine and does make ice but that they are having an issue with the refrigerator dispensing ice. She advised that she has taken the ice container out and it appears that the dispenser motor doesnt turn. I did confirm the customers complaint and found proper voltage going to the dispenser motor but the motor completely seized. Arrived on site to inspect washer with no power. Upon initial inspection I found that the washer was receiving voltage but had no outgoing voltage and no green status led. I checked the drain pump from the control and verified that it was in good condition and not shorted. I replaced the control and tested the washer. Upon further inspection , I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error F7E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal) I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the cam assembly was starting to grind due to the actuator no operating properly. Because of this error, the washer was not able to lock or start. I replaced the cam and the actuator and tested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. I tested the heater circuit from the control and found the heater to be good however the defrost sensor is showing open. I ran a forced defrost and was measuring voltage to the heater inconsistently. "WTW8127LC1 Arrived to inspect noise. Discussion with the customer revealed the issue was with noise, but additionally, non-completion of various cycles and loads. Service test mode had F0E3, F6E3 and F0E5 and I cleared for inspection and testing. Manual mode tests operated as for the most part, but I noted some excessive noises and moved to visual inspection of the gear case area. I found clear indication of gear case lubricant that had been lost, flung to the inside of the cabinet area and then sat for some time. The sliders outer ring had broken free and could easily rotate on the plastic hub, but not move up and down, an outlier type of failure. I removed and replaced the gear case and slider and recalibrated. The feet required adjustment to lower the machine to prevent excessive vibration, and testing reveled that issue corrected. During testing, the machine stopped responding to any service or customer mode tests. I found the lid had locked, but had then not unlocked, also not generating any service mode errors or otherwise, an uncaught error. While removing the console for inspection, the lock acuptuated to the unlock position and I could not recreate, or get the failure to occur again. I suspect the connection to the lid lock at the control may have been faulty and I ensured it was functional prior to ending service. The machine operated within service test mode and customer mode, and no leaks were observed during service. The customer had been using one to two detergent pods for cycles and I advised on detergent type and amounts, for a much better wash and longevity of the machine."

"WTW5057LW0L Arrived to inspect banking during spin. I found the basket was nearly touching the inner left corner of the cabinet and further inspected. After lower machine inspection and finding no faults, other than a drain pump harness that was not secured, I found no other issues and secured the harness. I set the leveling legs to center the basket within the cabinet and calibrated. Entering into a service mode test, the machine operated as expected. I advised the customer with loading and detergent use. No leaks observed during service."

"MED6230HW3 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video and I also verified during testing. The machine would make an extremely loud vibration noise and the blower wheel had split, only separating enough to contact the blower housing and make the noise when heated. I removed and replaced the blower wheel and applied sound deadening material to other known noise sources and tested. The terminal block area had other issues as well, and I corrected. Entered component activation and activated spin, unit did not spin. Hand spun the basket, there is more resistance than usual and unit is shaking when slowly spinning the basket. The oven reached its preheat temp in about 10 minutes. My temperature probe reads 388 on preheat. I monitored the oven cycling for 3 cycles and got an average of 325 degrees. I calibrated the oven by positive 25 degrees. Oven is operating as designed. No parts needed."

"Arrived onsite to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I gained access to to the underside of the unit and found that one wire to the drain pump was broken. I verified that the pump is not shorted. I professionally repaired the broken wire. I attempted to start a cycle however the unit would not latch. I tested and verified that the latch is bad. I replaced the latch and tested the unit. During the test I notice that the washer was not shifting properly to agitate. I gained access to the cam and found that it was worn and was the reason it would not agitate. I replaced the cam and tested the washer again. The washer is no operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that on certain cycles the washer would flash an error and stop the cycle. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed F3E2 (temperature sensor error) and F0E2 (suds). I gained access to to the control and measured the temperature sensor from the control and measured 23k ohms. I next checked the heater and measured 16 ohms. Both heater and sensor are measuring good. I reseated the connections and cleared the error code. I reset and tested the washer and the error code did not display. The customer will monitor and reach out if further service is needed. No water leaks observed during service."

WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I verified the issue and removed and replaced both elements and the control. I found the same symptoms and then performed a breaker conditioning. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I could hear a slight noise coming from the freezer section. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan and I could hear what sounded like a metal on metal vibration. I removed the evap cover to gain access to the evaporator and found the gasket on the fan housing was badly smooshed and the top left corner screw of the evap cover was not fully inserted. I adjusted the gasket and reassembled tightening all evap cover screws and retested the evap fan and the unit is operating as designed and is now quiet. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."
