Arrived onsite for damage to walls on a refrigerator. Upon arrival I found out the customer stated the bins are hard to pull off on the door itself. I inspected the bins and found leftover adhesive from the tape that comes on it with shipping. I cleaned off the adhesive and the door bins are no longer hard to take out. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will go into a drain and then will not cancel and start new cycles. She advised that even when she tries to cancel it, shell have to unplug it for over a day in order for the machine to work again. She advised that most the time, the unit does not finish out the cycle and will go back into that drain again. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low water detected during the fill), F2 E1 (stuck key), and F1 E1 (main control fault) error codes. Around the unit to an auto test and found the unit working an operating as design. I checked all my loads and found all my loads within range. I went to replace the control in from the control that was sent with me. Ive been previously used. I installed it anyway and found the unit immediately go into a drain whenever I plug it in. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the initial call in, the freezer side has not been cooling as well as it has been in the past as well. Upon visual inspection, I found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. I gained access to the evaporator and found the evaporator thermistor reading, 11.4 k ohms ( 23?F). I checked resistance on the heater and found it reading open. I ran it through diagnostics and found an F4 E1 (FC defrost heater) error code. Upon a visual check, I found that the defrost heater wraps itself all the way around the evaporator. I spoke to CS and was advised that this repair can be quite difficult without damaging the evaporator and to order sealed system parts with it to ensure that this repair is done in one trip. ordering the defrost heater and all sealed system components and rescheduled the customer to 8/19. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this unit is brand new and has not been used since June. They advised that they were able to run one cycle and then the unit stopped illuminating and telling them time. And they advised that whenever they would try to start the unit, it would be pet them. The customer advised that on her dryer, the knob would light up and on the washer, it would not. I attempted to change cycles on the washer, and could not get any time frames for the washability of the washer. I was able to find that the buttons on the side or working, and ran into into diagnostics. I found an F8 E1 (low water detected during the fill) error code. The customer advised that they had turned the water off due to this ongoing issue. I went ahead and check voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. Arrived on site for freezer intermittently not cooling. On arrival found evap coil evenly frost with compressor and evap fan both running. Found unit go 8n to defrost 10 minutes after arrival and found coil fully dry. Found start up amp draw at compressor was 1.2 but stabilized to 0.8amps after 5 seconds. Replaced control and informed customer to give unit a few days and see if temps increase or stay at 0. Call complete

Achieving 360 microns and allowing loss time, I charged with the MFG calculated charge and tested. I found the left RC door would not fully closed without being pressed on, and then would open after a short time, enough that the gasket could not make contact at the upper mullion corner. The door liner was mismolded and holding the ice bin door out, preventing full door closure. Office to order left RC door and bin door, in case of need. No leaks observe during service. I spoke with previous tech and he advised to replace the evap fan motor, control, and seal gaps in between liner and chassis of the FC section. Upon my arrival, I found the unit evap fan operating as designed, but the fc section was full of ice/frost due to an air leak. I advised previous tech that I would be replacing the control and sealing gaps as evap fan is operating properly. I gained access to the evaporator and found a good frost pattern. Cleared the ice/frost from the fc section and removed and replaced the main control and tested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for clock losing time. On inspection the the clock was 20 minutes head. Saw that the wifi was started but the installation was never completed. Informed customer that the issue is IOS update issue. Customer wants the UI changed out because it has fixed the neighbors unit. Explain that a update would fix it to. "Arrived on site to diagnose noisy refrigerator. Customer showed me a video of a loud buzzing sound that would go on for a very long time. Checked evap fan and found nothing abnormal with the fan. I heard the noise faintly at first, but traced it to the condenser fan. I adjusted the level of the unit and this stopped the vibration coming from the condenser fan. The noise is the condenser vibrating on the cover underneath when condenser fan is on. After leveling I couldn't get the noise to return, with fan running. Unit now working as designed. No parts used. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats leaking water the RC. I found the evaporator overflow pan iced over causing the issue. I found the coils clear. I found the RC door gasket at the lower hinge not sealing and a huge gap. I straightened out the gasket and cleared the drip pan and hoe. All other functions are working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that turns on but will not tumble. I found the motor humming with good voltage to it but it would not start by itself. I found if the drum was spun by hand it would tumble. Arrived onsite for oven with damaged glass doors. Upon arrival I found the outer glass door to be shattered and inner door still intact. I replaced the outer glass door and vacuumed all glass debris. Unit is now functioning as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED WPW10634271 GLASS DOOR.

"Arrived onsite for a washer with the basket slipping to possibly replace the hub. I was able to pull the wash plate but the inner shaft from the gear case came out with it. I started disconnecting everything to replace the gear case but I could not get the gear case to separate from the basket. It moved about an 1 1/2 and stopped. The tub, basket, filter, and screw will also have to be ordered and replaced. I left the hub screws and the gearcase screws in a baggie inside the machine along with the old hub and wash plate. Ordering W10752719 basket, W11219115 tub, W11568797 filter, & WP8533928 filter screw. Office to RS. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed no water in the mold and the fill tube was frozen causing the issue. I replaced the fill tube heater. I did find a burned spot in the old heater causing it to be open and not work. I found the icemaker filling properly now. I replaced the FC rails that were preventing the door from closing properly. When the rails were removed the door switch actuator fell off. The switch will need to be replaced. Ordering W11396033 switch. RS for Mon 8/19/2024 per the customers request. Arrived on site to install triple valve diagnosed by previous technician. Replaced triple valve and found no improvement in flow. I examined the ice and found small cubes. I moved the unit out to check the isolation valve and found the supply line was folded. Straight line and added some zip ties to keep it from kinking again. Tested flow and found flow within spec. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11495416.

WED5605MW0 Arrived to inspect no heat. I verified the issue and found the high limit open. I installed both components from the MFG supplied kit and tested. I advised the customer about venting restrictions. Operational test good.

WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I installed both doors and found the FC door had been incorrectly molded during manufacturing and the upper part of the liner would contact the cabinet liner. Office to order FC door and contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 LW11255360 (FC Door)

"KUIX535HPS00 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the machine in customer mode and nearly full within the bin, being partway through production of a slab. Watching the completion of the slab, I found the unit operated as designed and generated normal sounds of production and harvest. I advised the customer the sounds heard were normal for this type of machine and that they were not cause for concern. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect non-completion. Service test mode had F0E5 as the only stored error code and I cleared for testing. I found no issues with the lower gear case area and associated parts and inspected the wash plate. There was a slight amount of debris within the inner driveshaft area and I removed. I recalibrated and tested and the machine operated as expected. No leaks observed during service.

#4305 Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed harness(W11643701). Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival customer stated breaker was tripped while unit was not in use. He tried to reset but still no power. Checked breaker and found it tripped, reset breaker twice, unit has power. Ran a cycle, unit is heating properly. Inspected unit found no loose connections, no pinched or broken wires and no evidence of a short. All indications point to a breaker issue. Advised customer to contact builder so builder can replace the breaker due to nuisance tripping. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for front right burner not igniting. Upon arrival found the front right burner head is not fully seated. Burner head is in the wrong spot, swapped the two front burner heads, now it is seating properly. Tested ignition, all burners are now igniting properly and unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Due to the ice maker failure, ice fan failure and hv control failures, I removed and replaced all three parts and tested the ice maker in tests 56, 57, and 59. Tested the ice fan in tests 36 & 59. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water has been spraying out from the top of the FC door. I found wet and dry water streaks on the front of the FC door (photo) and no ice being made. There are no water lines at the FC door hinge and I suspect the ice maker fill tube is damaged inside the door as theres no water/ice in the ice maker tray (photo). I tested the ice maker and fill tube and when the water was supposed to dispense into the tray, water began to flow from the top of the FC door between the plastic liner and outer casing (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to Robert. I advised of the complaint and my findings and was advised to order the FC door and provided SR#7739694162. I am ordering the left FC door and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. No parts installed and ice maker turned off for safety.; ordrng 1 LW11026425 (Left FC door)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door falling down. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the door falls open. I pulled the unit out to expose the hinges and found the right hinge spring broken. I removed and replaced the right hinge assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no error codes. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and drier. I evacuated the system then cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the mentioned parts and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit. While testing, I found the FC evaporator fan rattling/vibrating. I gained access to the fan and found the defrost bimetal in the incorrect placing on the evaporator and corrected. Also found the evap,cover vibrating against the system tubing. Evaporator has a good frost pattern. I adjusted the suction line and cap tube and reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11506635, WPW10143759, w11557425"

Arrived onsite and found unit never entering defrost on its own. Ordering control to repair. Verified heater harness is correct and connected. ; ordrng 1 W11546609 (Control)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and the motor failed to come on. I gained access to the dispenser motor and jumped the ice maker with my jumper wire (ice box cover switch) and retested and it came on. I tested the ice box switch and it is good. I inspected the connectors and they were good. I removed the toeplate to gain access to the harness at the bottom left hinge and inspected the harness and found it good. When I touched the UI harness connector, the UI turned off and came back on. I found the wires in the harness are crimped (photo) and possible broken inside causing intermittent connections. I tested the connections several times and the ice dispenser was intermittent as well. Each time I touched the connections, the UI would chime as if it were turned off and then back on. I attempted to adjust the connections/harness and the unit continued to operate intermittently. I am ordering the left FC door and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 LW11202405 (Left FC door) and 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION FOR DOOR)"
