"Arrived on site to inpsect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I ran a test cycle on the ice maker and found that the ice maker was not getting any water. I gained access to the valve and tested it. There is no water passing through the valve. The valve has become seized. I replaced the valve and reassembled and tested the ice maker. Arrived on-site for unit not moving up. Upon arrival I found that the unit is not installed due to the customer had to jave it pulled out to get the serial number. Customer stated that the fan would not come on but it is moving up. I explained that we need it installed before we come back. His installer will be back in June. "Arrived on site to inpsect dryer, making a lot of noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the blower wheel is making contact with the lint chute. I gained access to the blower wheel and removed and reattached and tightened. I also found that the lint chute was not securely mounted. I found that the dryer had a dent on the right side, (photo) I securely and properly mounted the chute and reassembled the dryer. The dryer is now operating as designed. No one is present to sign."

I tested the vent and could hear the relay on the control clicking, but the blower would not turn on. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the blower to find the blower harness was not fully seated into the molex connector and was backing out when plugging it into the mopex connector to the harness that leads to the main control (photo). I corrected the harness by fully seating it and retesting and the unit is operating as designed. I re-installed the unit above the range and retested again and it continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises and not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit began to agitate, the entire basket turned with the washplate and when the unit began to spin, the gearcase was very loud. I tilted the unit back and found old gearcase oil on the pulley shield. Removed the shield and gained access to the cam assembly and found it worn and beginning to shred. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, and belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Freezer temp checked good at 5 degrees. When running tests with PR I found the valve to not be filling the icemaker with enough water. Customer stated the icemaker took 4 weeks to make ice. The icemaker also is taking long cycles to kick the ice out. Ice box fan is running. When dispensing water to test the valve i found it to have poor water pressure and the valve is squealing. Will need to order the icemaker and replace both the icemaker and valve on return. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator losing cool in both compartments. Examined unit and found items frozen near evap cover. I could not hear the evap fan running at all, just an occasional surge whine. I removed the evaporator cover and found fan was dead, and ice had been building under the fill tube only. Evap did have a good frost pattern. I found a gap under the fill tube where it enters the cabinet that I sealed with silicon. I removed and replaced the motor and harness for the Fac evap. Verified fan came on and started blowing correctly. Advised customer to defrost unit and function should return to normal. Repair completed. Parts used - W11609822, WP2315539."

I checked the tachometer in diagnostic and saw it randomly changing numbers when basket isnt moving. I tried another tach but found it defective. On further analysis I found model number on dispatch incorrect, and changed it to the correct model number. I swapped the cam and belt while on site to resolve sqeaking, and also saw gearcase oil. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with one unresponsive key pad button. Upon further inspection, I found that the normal button pad was not responding. I gained access to the ui control and observed moisture. I found that the vent foam gasket was lifting and creating a gap with allowed moisture to enter the ui. I attempted to restet the foam gasket, but it was unsuccessful as it tore. I replaced the vent assembly to fix the foam gasket issue. I then replaced the console. "Arrived on site for 2ine cooler making a humming noise per customer on arrival. On arrival couldn't replicate sound, I spoke with techline Sr#7741286609 and was instructed to add w11113654 pad(2x)! And 212643 premagum to compressor lines because they were also missing sount3cline also stated that b3cause unit is in a cubby hole that's located in a very open and big living room space as well as being on concrete floor will cause u it to sound louder then normal. techline recommends customer gets carpet squares to stick under the feet of unit to help dampen noise due to unit's location. Talked with homeowner en route to call. They said they needed to reschedule at first. I talked to them a bit more about the root cause if the nuisance tripping on their range being related to the breaker. Previous tech has already performed a burnoff with new elements and control as well as documenting. This leads to the root cause being the square D breaker. Homeowner has not had the breaker addressed and will change out or have builder change out the breaker. Since there is no other repair we can do this should resolve the issues. Closing ticket since service is no longer needed and breaker will be addressed by homeowner. Did not arrive on site to capture signature.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer (FC) section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the FC and RC sections cooling properly and I found where the front lower section of the FC door is sweating (photo). Customer advised the unit stopped cooling in the FC and RC continued to cool just fine, but they hadn't noticed the condensation on the front of the FC door. Customer advised the unit never lost power and after approximately one day after it stopped cooling, they found it cooling again. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I inspected the ice door and found it sweating and not closing properly. Inspected the FC evaporator and found a perfect frost pattern on the coils. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher, not washing dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F4E3 motor not running. "Arrived on site to inpsect dishwasher not washing properly and not dissolving detergent. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I found that there was a large amount of detergent buildup on the heater. It tested the temperature of the incoming water, and it was only 78 degrees. I tested the dishwasher and found that the pump was not effectively spraying water through the spray arms. I replaced the heater and the motor and sump assembly. The pump is now operating with good water pressure. I advised the customer to switch to liquid detergent since the powder is having a hard time dissolving. I also advised the customer that the machine requires an incoming water temperature of 120 degrees. I advised the customer to run the hot water at the sink to ensure sure this. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit trips breaker within 10 minutes of every cycle. Has had the breaker replaced twice already. Reset breaker and applied power to the unit, breaker immediately tripped. Found only 1 neutral wire from the harness connected to the terminal block. Found second neutral wire not attached and making contact with the rear bulkhead. Attached both neutral wires to the terminal block and applied power, breaker no longer trips. Put in a wet load of laundry and ran a cycle, unit sensed and then began to dry. Cycle ran for over 15 minutes with no issues. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated clothes would be wet at the end of a cycle and looked like there was water in the tub. She started a quick wash cycle, at the 11 minute mark the unit canceled the cycle. Entered diagnostics, found F8E1 lo-flo error code stored. Cleared code and ran a diagnostic cycle, fill sounded like it was at full pressure, inspected valves and found cold side has debris. All other components are properly engaging. Drain pump filter is clear. Contacted techline SR#7741287180, per techline the quick cycle ending shortly is programmed. Unit has sensed that unit has spun out so it ends the cycle early. Recommended a cold valve replacement. Replaced valve (W11688995) and tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on-site for range with no power. Found that the breaker was tripped. Customer said it tripped while using bake mode. The power at tblock is correct. I removed the ground and installed a control(w11707155) and bake element (w11182108) heated unit to 500 degrees. Hooked the ground back up and cycled unit. Everything is working as designed.

Arrived on-site for range tripping the breaker. Verified the issue. Checked that it was getting the correct power at terminal block. Removed ground. Installed broil element (w10856603 and control(w11548749. This unit does not have a bake element. Heated unit to 500. Amp draw never got over 16. Hooked the ground back up and tested unit.
