Arrived onsite for range with a gas smell. On inspection found no gas smell. Talking with the customer she said the unit is brand new and the first time she was using it when she smelled the gas smell. I asked if she was using the cooktop or the oven she said oven. Information her that she was probably smelling the oils from the manufacturer when the are milling the metal and it takes a few use to get rid of the smell. Arrived onsite for MW making a noise. On inspection I could hear a noise when the MW first and when it ends the noise appears. Verifying the compressor failure, I evacuated the system, noting what appeared to be a full charge and then replaced the compressor, installing a dye drier and service port. "Arrived on site for dryer needing element wp3387747, and cuttoff kit 280148. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue, installed parts and tested dryer. Found it working and heating as designed. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for dryer no heating. On inspection there was no heat in the unit. Gain access to the power outlet and tested an got 81 volts across L1 & L2. Plugged unit back in and tested at the terminal block. L1 to N 123 vac L2 to N 39vac. The house has just been renovated aAn the customer is going to call the contractor that did the wiring on the house. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site. Customer provided picture frost build up on icemaker area,removed door found slides misaligned and slides not retracted correctly,realigned slides,checked slide operation good reinstalled door checked door seal good.m"

On arrival verified bad bake element. Replaced and ran heat test. Found Burned harness at main for lower oven at bake relay. Found during heat test. "WFG550S0LZ4 Arrived to inspect burner issue. The center burner would not fully ignite and after removing debris from the burner assembly and then adjusting the cup and cap to fit the orifice holder, the issue was resolved and the unit operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees on setting of -1 and RC=40 degrees on setting of 37. I disassembled the FC section and gained access to the evaporator and found the unit was in defrost mode,but the evaporator did not have a full frost pattern to begin with. I found where the top of the evaporator had ice forming as the evap fins were laid over. I pulled the unit out to inspect the compressor and before I could remove the back cover, I could feel heat coming from the compressor compartment. Once I gained access to the compressor, I found the compressor extremely hot as were all refrigerant lines including the access valve and dye drier. I placed my gauges on the sealed system and found the compressor in a vacuum (0psi) and the pressure at the drier was 200psi and I had the unit in diagnostics. I could not get the unit to equalize. Also, while in diagnostics, I could hear the system gurgling as if it were contaminated. I advised the customer of my findings and M ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, CNOTE-2HOUR JOB, CNOTE-SENIOR TECH, NITROGEN, R600. Unit was left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11578205 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (UV drier) and 1 NITROGEN (NITROGEN) and 1 R600 (R600) and 1 CNOTE (2HR JOB) and 1 CNOTE (REQUESTING SENIOR TECH)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not draining all of the water and provided photos of water on dishes and pointed to the water in the tub. I found the water in the tub were drops of water and not a large amount of water in the bottom of the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and while testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire of the main harness and tested amp draw to the components and found all components are getting proper amp readings and the element is at 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not locking the lid. Examined unit and confirmed error for lid lock error. Talked to CS who advised I could replace the lid lock since the call came back within 30 days of repair. Replaced lid lock and verified proper function. Parts used - W11513248.

Arrived onsite for unit not operating following a power outage. Opened panel and cleaned the connection between the ui and control and tested under load and found function restored. Loose connection cause of of failure. Advised customer on power outages from GFCI breakers and how to identify tripping. All checks good. No parts.
