Are used to heat gun two adhere the door gasket to the liner and advise the customer to keep the door shut for at least 2 to 4 hours to allow the door gasket to seal properly. "KVWB606DSS4 Arrived on site for vent not working properly. Upon arrival, customer stated its not venting upward. Proceeded to take a napkin and place it on the filter while running and confirmed its venting correctly. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

Arrived onsite for washer with errors f3E2 F8E1 F0E5. On inspection I pulled the hose off the valve and found the hot side was clogged with a black tar like substance. Cleaned the all the debris off the in-line filter and reinstalled it. I cleared all the error messages. If customer calls back return with inlet valve and control board. No parts were installed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing water properly. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out and tested the water source at the wall and found a few particles of debris. Tested the pressure and got 60psi. Reattached the water line to fridge and tested the water flow and found the water would dispense but would eventually go to a trickle. I removed the water filter and retested the water flow and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings and the history of the unit. Chris advised that the filter use is done and needs to be replaced. Chris provided SR#7739758055. I spoke with in house tech support (SW) and she advised the filter replaces 1500 water bottles which is approximately 187.5 gallons and the filter shows to support up to 200 gallons. I advised the customer of my conversations with tech support and provided the SR number and recommended they replace the filter. Unit is currently operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo from their home inspection that showed the inspector using an infrared gun to test oven temps which is not approved by the manufacturer as the guns only test surface temps and ovens use heat/air to cook. I provided the customer with the service pointer W10565140 which shows how to test the oven temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 392 degrees (normal per owners manual). My next four readings were 395, 328, 363, 339 for an average temp of 359 degrees. I advised the customer that the average temp reading is within the manufacturer approved range of fifteen above/fifteen below (335/365). Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. Job completed. No parts installed."

I found that one strip inside the module was not working and the right side light strip was dim. I found the FC light is working. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the ice with a translucent appearance and more watery than expected. Further inspection reveled the air divider at the condenser incorrectly placed, the rear cover missing and the water supply line was kinked. The supply line had a very slow and intermittent drip at the valve and I advised the customer. Correcting the issues and installing a rear cover from cardboard to prevent errant airflow, the machine started production. The customer will replace the water line."

"KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to complete sealed system. I pressurized the system and determined the leak was actually from the RC evaporator and I removed and replaced. Vacuuming to 260 microns and verifying it held for an additional 10 minutes, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling and I verified frost patterns within the RC and FC evaporators. I heat treated the right RC gasket and installed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for microwave making humming noise and not heating. I confirmed that the microwave was not getting any heat. I took apart the microwave and tested the magnetron. Magnetron tested good on resistance and the capacitor was also checked to be good. I found the diode to be burnt up causing the issue of no heat. I replaced the diode and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating. I found a F4E2 error code present. I checked the heater from the control and found it open. I pulled the dishwasher and replaced the heater. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was making loud rumbling sounds. On initial test I could not duplicate, but customer showed me recent video. Unit sounded like it had a roller with play on its support. Blower wheel was not loose and had no cracks. Replaced all rollers and tensioner pulley, and also braces the blower housing. "Arrived on site to inspect washer control panel not working. Upon further inspection, the maintenance staff advised that the control panel was displaying an error code. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill (valve). Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the cold water valve is getting energized, but there is no water flow. I allowed testing to complete and other than the cold water issue, the unit is operating as designed. I turned the water sources off and disconnected the inlet hoses and tested the cold water and found there is no water coming from the valve at the wall (photo). I tested the hot water the same way and found there is good water flow from the hot valve at the wall. I re-installed both hoses and checked for leaks and found none. Retested the fill valve and the cold water side continues to not get water. I advised the front office of my findings. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect non-operation and noise. The customer advised they had used the machine and upon unloading, the machine started to make a noise. I found the noise was the drain pump and the machine was stuck in flood mode. I was able to reset and then tested. The water level system operated as designed and pressure testing of the tubing showed no loss. After the reset, the machine appeared to operate within all modes, however, at the final customer mode test, the issue showed back up and the machine ran the drain pump incessantly. I removed and replaced the control, recalibrating and retesting. All functions returned to normal and the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel non-responsive. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found the control panel display missing digits (photo). I found error codes F9E1-no drain, F8E4-float switch open, F8E1-no water/long fill. Cleared the codes and inspected inside the unit and found debris on the element (photo). Continued with testing and water entered the unit, but I could not hear the sump motor come on and did not hear the spray arms in motion. I stopped testing and opened the door to find the tub engulfed in suds (photo). The customer provided the detergent they are using and I found it to be an organic dish soap which is not useable in a dishwasher (photo). I removed the toeplate and found water in the drain pan below (photo) and the float switch saturated with detergent causing it to not function properly. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the sump assembly, upper and lower spray arms, float switch and CNOTE-LSO. Scheduled return service for 08/26/24. Upon return, the control panel, sump assembly, both spray arms and float switch will need to be replace to complete the repair. I recommended the customer clean the unit before we return to repair the unit. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for center burner not igniting. Corrected center burner alignment and found unit operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for leaking out the right side of door occasionally. Found a wave pattern from the lower wash arm sticking on the filter. Repaired by correcting lower washarm impediment to proper movement and refreshed door seal. All checks good. Eliminated leaking. No parts used.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed touch keys on ui. Replaced ui. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"WFW5620HW1 Arrived to repair latch. Service test mode had F5E2 and F8E1 stored in memory and I cleared. I found the issue causing the door latch to not operate was the door was sagging far enough to not allow the switch to register its position. I was able to correct the door position via adjustment, which caused the existing latch to operate as designed, without fail through multiple tests. I set the detergent dispense concentration to the 2nd lowest and advised the customer. No leaks observed during service."

"MVW7230HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that had two separate noises, at two different parts of the cycle. I was able to isolate the first to the tub ring that was not fully seated during manufacturing. I was able to completely correct the tub ring seating and found the upper tapping noise corrected. The second was excessive endplay of the inner shafting, both upper and lower. The lower shaft had horizontal movement and should have had an imperceptible amount. I removed and replaced the gear case, calibrated and tested within multiple modes and the issue was completely corrected. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for strong gas smell coming from unit during use. Upon closer inspection found bolts stripped from igniter and burner causing original screws not to hold. Replaced with truck stock screws to hold igniter. Unit is now running as intended and no strong gas smell. If problem persists will need new bake element and igniter. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.
