Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is not drying dishes. Upon arrival I checked that the inspection/ blanket was in place it was I ran unit in diagnostics mode and found unit operating as designed. I checked the heating element and found it good. I check that the control was sending voltage to the heating element and found that it was. Through conversation with the customer I found out that the customer was not using rinse aid also they have a water softener and they are using the detergent pods. I advised customer to use rinse aide and to switch to liquid detergent and do not go past the soft watermark in the dispenser. I also explain to the customer that Due to government regulations on water and energy usage for appliances the drying function of dishwashers has changed quite a bit over the years. Older dishwashers would get so hot that the dishes almost had to have time to cool down after the cycle was done. Every year regulations on energy consumption get more strict Which affects the drawing of the dishes. SR # 7734404342 job complete

They are not experiencing any issue with the fresh food section. inspected refrigerator and found temperature in fresh food section is 36 when set at 35, freezer temperature does not have any food in it but it is 4? when set at 0. No visible frost buildup on either evaporator cover. Entered diagnostic cycle and ran all average temperature checks and found Test 28 is 35, 29 is 18, 30 is 33, 33 is 31, 34 is -20, 35 is 27, 36 is -11, attempted to call techline but after 15 minutes on hold spoke with CS instead, will set refrigerator to eight hour defrost on test 126. if this fixes customers experience then issue is resolved. Requested the customer Contact office if issue continues and control boards will need to be ordered. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range ovens not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out from the wall and plugged in but no power. I tested voltage at the outlet and got zero volts. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and was tripped. I attempted to reset the breaker and it would not reset. I advised the customer that they would need an electrician to check the breaker and replace due to it not resetting. I advised the customer that once the breaker is repaired and the unit continues to fail to call it in for service. Unit left unplugged and put back in its space. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave control panel display issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the display will show 4 zeros then all of the display lights will come on and go off and they cant use the unit. I found the display flashing all zeros. I set the time and then tested the unit with my microwave tester and the unit is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit and allowed the display to flash the zeros for approximately 5 minutes and then removed the control panel and inspected the control/connections and all were good. When I checked the display, all lights were on. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if the issue continues to call it in for service at which time the main control will need to be replaced. Job completed."
