"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and found the water at a trickle. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I found the ice maker making ice, but the cubes were very small. Pulled the unit out and disconnected the water line from the inlet valve and retested and found the valve is bad. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and retested the dispenser and ice maker. Dispenser is operating as designed. I found the fill tube to the ice maker was frozen. I tested the fill tube heater in test 19 and its operating as designed. I allowed the fill tube to defrost the tube and retested the fill tube and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that would fill and then do nothing else at the start of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then tried to manually activate spin and found the motor would hum but the tub did nothing. I manually tried to spin the tub and could feel it catching on something. Upon further inspection I found a long screw fell into one of the holes in the basket and was long enough to hit the plastic tub. This was allowing the unit to lock up and not spin. I removed the screw and found the unit would still hum only. I found the cap bad and replaced it. I tested the unit again and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the toeplate and found water sitting on the bottom cabinet under the unit (photos). I found water damage to the floor of the cabinets and some damage to the cabinet walls to the left & right of the unit (photos). I advised the customer of my findings. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found when the motor comes on, water begins to rapidly leak from the diverter housing. Cancelled testing and drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and cleaned most of the debris from under the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator having trouble making ice.I found that the ice bin had very small ice cubes. I also found that in the ice maker there where ice cubes that were not properly harvested and were stuck up in the ice maker.I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water at a very low pressure. I placed a filter bypass and the water pressure returned to normal. The ice maker is making poor ice cubes and the fill tube is leaking due to low pressure. R/R both the reservoir and the water filter and tested. Operational test good. Water pressure returned to normal. No leaks observed during service. Call complete.

I pulled the unit out and tested the control panel harness and it is good. I tested the main control for voltage and found only 122V. Tested incoming voltage to the transformer and found none. I tested incoming voltage at the wall and found between the L1 and L2 (red & black wires) 122V and there should be approximately 220V. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have an electrician look at the breaker and the outlet and once the issue is repaired and they still dont have power to the unit to contact our office and schedule service. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not filling nor draining. On arrival the customer stated that the real issue is the water only tricked out when trying to fill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill, F0E3 for overload, F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated the valves and found the cold valve dripping in and the hot valve with slow flow. I gained access to the valves and found them bad. I installed the new housing and then test the unit. I found the unit now working as designed with no leaks present at the end of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for microwave combo not having power. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the console and found no power being sent to the console. I tested power to the unit and found the unit is dropping neutral. I gained access to the junction box and found the neutral loose. I also found the hard line doesnt have a dedicated neutral to it. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will make an abnormal noise at the last minute of the cycle. On arrival the customer stated the unit will complete the spin and drain fine with no noise, but right at the end of the cycle for about a minute a strange noise starts. They found it to be almost as if a card was in bike tire spokes. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E3 ACU communication error , F0E4 for spin limit by water temp, and F8E6 for water hazard. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find them working as designed with no abnormal noise. I gained access to the bottom o the unit and found the screw that holds the stator/rotor in missing. I replaced it with personal stock. I found no other issue on the unit. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for The inspector noted the stovetop isnt-heating at the right temperature and the middle burner isnt working. Upon arrival test all 5 cook top burners. The 4 corner burners operate correctly. Found the middle burner only portions of the burner would light. Found debris in ports of the burner. Cleared debris and test burner. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section at approximately 54 degrees and the FC section still cooling properly. I found the deli control not operating and inspected the control and harness and found all five wires of the harness broken (photo). I found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and the evap motor harness will need to be replaced. Also found both RC doors badly sagging causing the gaskets to be gapped and allowing warm air inside the RC section. I advised the customer of the issues found and advised of the parts needed to complete repairs (deli harness, hv control, UI, RC evap motor harness, drip pan, etc) and had them read the disclaimer provided by management and recommended they purchase a new unit due to the repairs not being cost effective with the possibilities of future issues that cant be resolved. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
