Arrived onsite for a microwave not heating. Found the voltage supply wire to the mag thermostat had come off and was just hanging in air. I took a photo. I found one of the mounting screws missing from the thermostat. I added a screw and attached the wire properly. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling. The customer stated that it is cooling. The issue is it will not dispense water but it does make ice. I found the dual valve bad causing the issue. The customer also stated the Freezer builds up with frost. I found the freezer full of frost around the door due to the door not closing all the way. I removed all of the frost and found gapping between the liner and chassis starting the issue. The door gasket is good and the rails are good. The chassis and liner need to be sealed around the FC. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will take three days to dry a load of clothes. She advised that she was not getting any heat whatsoever coming from the unit. I checked and verified proper voltage and polarity. I noticed the customer is venting into the floor and removed the vent hose. I found the vent hose completely clogged with me to the floor due to a mesh cover that she has in the floor. I found that it was causing buildup of lint at the end of the vent hose. See photos. I found the thermal cut off was open. I did advise the customer that the reason why they lost. It was because of their venting, and that they will need to either cut out that screen or find an alternative way of venting. I replaced the thermal cut off and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry I did confirm. The freezer was cooling slightly but was not cooling near enough for the freezer. The customer advised they are just moved in and that the refrigerator has never gotten to proper temperature. I gained access to the compressor area and took a nap. Draw up the compressor. Found it pulling .343 A indicating a bad compressor or a leak. I gained access to the evaporator and found very minimal frost pattern and the cap tube completely frozen up. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the noise is coming from the back of the RC section. I removed the lower crisper drawer and found ice on the RC evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap fan in test 57 and the fan failed to come on. I retested a few more times and finally got the fan to turn on and the noise the customer identified. I advised the fan is hitting ice and would need to be defrosted before I could remove the evap cover due to potential damage to other parts. I am ordering the RC defrost heater, HV control, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 05/31/24. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and pending on the amount of ice build up, I recommended the customer pull the unit out and place towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak while defrosting and unplug the unit and defrost approximately 24-48 hours before I return. I found the ice bucket full and the freezer working as designed. I started steaming the frost off the cover and getting the vents cleared then my steamer stopped working. After removing the frost the pan didnt appear to be bowed. The drain could possibly be restricted. I explained to the customer what happened and that I would have to RS. I replaced the compressor and drier. I removed the evaporator and opened the new evaporator box finding the evaporator bad. I went and picked up another evaporator and installed it. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.75 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer with a error F3E3. On inspection tested the inlet and the exhaust thermistor and they all tested good. The exhaust was thermistor was 10k and the inlet thermistor was 54k. Service manual said if thermistor were good to install a new ACU. I installed a new control board and tested the unit. The unit came up with a air flow issue after the new ACU. On further inspection found the unit was pinched the exhaust vent when pushed all the way back. Informed the customer to go to the rigid vent hose. "WRF535SWHZ10 Arrived on site to unit not cooling and making ice. Upon arrival, unit is cooling however customer mentioned the FC defrosted at one point and froze back up. Also, RC mid compartment around the deli and vegetables drawers was experiencing freezing temperatures. In addition, customer complaint about mechanical noises. Upon diagnostic I found the ice maker making a strong mechanical noise. Replaced ice maker and noise went away. Customer also mentioned she cannot remove filter, unit not making ice and water not dispensing. Upon disassembly, I found tank reservoir to be frozen. Confirmed the water entering to the unit has good water pressure. Recommended to customer to unplug unit for 24 hours to have all ice buildup defrost naturally to correct all remaining issues however customer does not have anywhere to store items for that long. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not dispensing water. Tested unit and confirmed it just makes noise when dispensing. I removed the filter and ran it again, and it dispensed as normal. Customer had an extra filter and we tried that. Unit dispenses are designed with new filter, indicating a clogged filter. Unit now working as designed. Repair completed, no parts used."
