"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit was working just fine and then it completely quit. Around the unit through diagnostics and found the water pressure coming into. The reservoir was bad. I check the filter and found at the customer does not have a whirlpool filter on this unit but has an in-line filter going to the ice machine. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and found no pressure difference, indicating a water supply issue or a filter issue. The customer did advised that she has really low water pressure at her house. I did explain to the customer that this could be causing part of her issue due to the reservoir not filling up fast enough. I explained that if the reservoir does not fill properly, the recirculation pump can run out of water to recirculate the water across the evaporator plate. I went ahead and ran through a diagnostic cycle and found the recirculation pump pulsating and intermittently, not pumping water properly. I replaced the recirculation pump as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I did inform the customer that and tell her water pressure gets above 50 psi, she may not have enough water pressure to make full sheets of ice. The unit is working and operating as designed. She also stated before unit stopped making ice it would make very thin ice sheets and very little amount. Unit was uninstalled. Went through manual diagnostics, when filling water stream was very weak, also when recirculating pump engaged there was a small amount of water being circulated to the evaporator plate. Unit will need a new valve and recirculating pump to fix issue. Replaced valve (W10897719) and pump (W11542867) and ran a cycle. Unit flushed the system, filled with adequate amount of water and began recirculating. Ice sheet began forming, after 20-25 minutes ice sheet with ideal thickness was released and cut into cubes. Unit is now running as designed. When reinstalling the unit noticed a step in the flooring that causes the unit to be tilted back. Advised customer to have the unit shimmed out in order to keep it level. Customer signed Waiver for Improper Installation. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for damper door frosting over. Upon arrival took temperature reading in the RC and FC. RC temps read 45?, FC temps read 7?. Inspected door gaskets, all sealing properly. Found ice chute seal was cockeyed allowing a slight air leak into the ice compartment causing damper to frost over. Also inspected the evaporator, when removing cover found ice ball has formed on the right side restricting the return from the RC causing improper airflow and freezing in the RC. Defrosted the evaporator, unit now has proper airflow. When testing the damper, damper stayed open. Replaced damper control (WPW10196393) and tested, damper is now opening and closing properly. Inspected condenser coil and found the front of it packed with dust and hair, advised customer to clean that periodically to ensure unit is running efficiently. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice and not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I removed the auger motor cover and found that water has made its way through the shaft seal and down into the motor and freezing causing the wires to corrode. This is the reason that the ice is not dispensing. I found that the water dispenser would not dispense however having the door open for about 20 minutes more and more water was able to dispensing. I can conclude that the water was frozen most likely in the freezer door. I am ordering freezer door LW10193494 shaft seal WP2198628 and second tech CNOTE-2man. Will need to replaced the auger motor and shaft seal as well on return visit. Control, UI and defrost sensor and heater have all been replaced. Called tech line for continuing issues. Spoke to Art SR#7739533912. Pulled control and checked thermistors thur wiring. Found defrost sensor reading 40k ohms. Tech explained that that reading indicated no issue with wiring. Recommend ordering and replacing the Control and defrost thermistor at the same time. Says the Control is not recognizing the thermistor. Also said if possible Open complaint with parts distributor so that whirlpool will catch it on there end. When tested was done and power was restored ran diagnostic again and now circuit was complete and defrost cycle energized. Arrived on site for microwave not heating. Found door closes and timer moves but seems like a switch doesnt engage. Touched door and high voltage circuit kicked in. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer making a clicking when when spinning. I was shown a video that shows a clicking when agitation is reversing directions, basically a whiplash clicking. Examined bottom end and found no abnormal wear or damage, and slider is working correctly. Advised this is normal action based on how the slider and rotor lock in and function. No abnormal noise or failures found, all working as designed. Call completed."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not completing cycles or drying dishes properly. On arrival confirmed drying issue and found rinse aid wasnt being used but element was working as designed. Instructed customer on soap and rinse use and found no leaks during* tests. Call complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit in work area. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11595805.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed compressor. Replaced compressor and uv drier and access port. Vacuumed and charged to spec. Unit is now running and cooling. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the icemaker and user interface and test of the unit and diagnostics. I found the icemaker did not overfill when testing the icemaker fill test. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11557001 and W11533213.

On arrival verified complaint of gas smell during bake ran bake cycle and found bake has to high of air flow for gas combustion. It is shooting the flame 2 inches off of the burner on the back right side. Adjusted the air flow of the burner and unit is now working correctly and no further gas smell is detected. "WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for unit not filling and draining. Upon arrival, checked errors and stored F8E1 valve failure. Cleared error. Proceeded to check main water shut off valves and found hot water shut off. Turned valve open and re tested. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leak detected at this time. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced filter assembly (W11235091) and ice maker (W11646196). When testing ice maker, ice maker got stuck in the break position and would not return home. After cycling power on the icemaker, icemaker return to home position. Ran another diagnostic cycle on the icemaker, passed all tests. Ran test 97, icemaker filled properly. Unit is not running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit was in an emergency drain and reset the unit interface and calibrated to restore proper function. All checks good. No parts used.

Arrived onsite and found the breaker tripped at time of service. Home owner said the oven had never been used since moving in. Determined also that there was no record of the previously discovered power supply issue having been resolved. Advised that the power supply issue must be resolved for the oven to operate properly.

Arrived onsite for complaint of water having leaked during manual defrost. No signs of water damage. Unit is operating properly and making temps at time of service following the replacement of the Ui. All checks good. No parts.

"WEE515S0LS3 Arrived on site for panel damage. Upon arrival, confirmed damage on left side (picture attached). Proceeded to replace new panel but part was damaged in box. Reordering W11542168 panel. Customer agreed to reschedule Aug 29th; ordrng 1 W11542168 (Panel)"

On arrival verified complaint of unit not baking. On inspection found igniter screw was loose causing no ignition of fuel. Tightened and unit now ignites every time. If it happens again recommend screw and burner tube. Job complete no parts installed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival unit was unplugged and customer stated unit hasnt cooled in a couple months. Used watt and amp reader to test how much power is being pulled during compressor startup. Plugged unit in, when compressor kicked on it pulled 1500 watts and 15 amps. Compressor has a locked rotor. Unit will need a sealed system repair. Unit is r134a. Requesting 2 hours for return visit.
