"Arrived on-site for a washing machine that is flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that before the unit stopped working, the unit it was making a terrible sound when it went to spin. I tested the unit and found the unit making a zing noise when it went to start the initial sensing spin. I found that within thirty seconds it would show an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I replaced the capacitor due to no signs of any split wires and tested the unit. I still found the same issue occur. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. I found the unit begin to span, but making a screeching noise. I gained access underneath and found the belt and drive pully had stripped on each other. I found no evidence of any gear case leaks and replaced both parts. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is cooling in the freezer section and is making ice, but won't cool the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. I found evidence of a defrost issue inside of the. Refrigerator compartment and found the evaporator fan not running. I tested the evaporator fan in diagnostics and found the fan would not come on. Upon futher inspection, I found that the drain hose is not installed correctly and because of this installation and the position and length of the drain hose, the water in the washer was getting siphoned and causing the error to trigger. Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. I found a whistle noise coming from the rear. I found the dryer vent connector to be making the noise as the connector has slits on the end causing air to escape and make the noise. "Arrived onsite for door icebin frozen in place, repaired by removing icebox obstruction cleaning and drying bin of ice and reinstalled. Advised customer to maintain by refreshing the bin every 2 weeks. All else checks good. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E2-UI disconnected. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until the last wash mode test. At this time, the unit began to agitate, dispense water from the valve and go into a spin all at once. While testing, when the hot water valve came on, I found moisture built up on the control panel fascia just under the UI from the steam leaking through the opening at the back of the lid between it and the panel. When I gained access to the UI and main control, I found more moisture built up inside the panel. I removed and replaced the control panel fascia and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11478524"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. Removed and replaced the compressor, drier, and access valve and checked for leaks by pressurizing the system with nitrogen and found no leaks. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi and pressures held. Installed 50g of R600 refrigerant and allowed system to equalized. Tested the unit and checked again for leaks and found none. Unit is beginning to cool as designed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 48 hours before placing food items inside. No water connections to the unit, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=52 degrees. I found a small amount of frost on the FC evap cover and gained access to the evaporator to find a large amount of frost/ice built up in and around the evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error codes F4E1-defrost element failure and FAEb-RC damper control failure. Cleared both codes and tested the damper in test 41 and found 12V to the damper, but could not get a VDC reading of the same (according to the tech sheet). I tested the control and found the HV control will need to be replaced. I tested the defrost element in test 89 and found 123V to the element, but found the element is giving an open reading. Arrived on site for icemaker over flowing. Found tray flooded. Attempted to remove but was unable to remove icemaker. Replaced dual valve. Inspected and found gap in freezer liner that needs to be sealed and both refrigerator gaskets are tearing at bottom. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site for washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she went to run a load, the machine overflowed. I ran the innet through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F0 E2 (oversuds) error codes. I ran the unit threw an auto test and found no water leaking from anywhere on the machine. I gained access to the pressure hose and did not find any cracks or pinched hoses. I gained access to the control and found that the pressure hoods had been removed from the control. I added the pressure hose and ran the unit through the beginning of a wash cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer start a load of her own and we found the unit working and operating as designed and complete a quick wash without an issue. Call complete. No parts were installed."

WFE525S0JS4 Arrived on site for a range with no power. On arrival verified issue no power i went outside and breaker was on. I checked polarity and it was good range still didn't have power . I checked wireharness and no burns I unplugged and plugged back in range turned on then I heard the relays clicking then turn off. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the gearcase, clutch, slider, valve, and rotor failures and the washplate being seized to the gearcase spindle, I removed and replaced all parts mentioned. Calibrated the unit and tested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks. Made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. Arrived on site for unit not draining. Inspected unit wire harness at pump didn't see any damage. Ohm out pump 20.0 good reading ol on drain pump line back at the control. "Arrived on site for unit dripping water and condensation in FC and RC. Upon arrival, found gap on RC gasket (picture attached) In addition, found ice maker leaking due to fill tube being too long (picture attached). Installed WPW10496649 tube and corrected length of tube. Ran test on ice maker and found no leaks. Continued to heat gasket to flush onto liner. Unit is now functioning as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with door not fully closing. Examined unit and found a gap in the top left corner of the RC door. Used heat gun to heat gasket and mold to mullion/liner. Advised customer to heat and shape gasket if need be if it gaps again. Floor is a bit off level and causing some sag. Customer will address and follow up if any more issues arise. Repair completed. No parts needed.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that won't start a cycle and has a display that won't read out. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that anytime you closed the door, the microwave begins to run and of you leave it long enough, there will be a burning smell coming from within the microwave cavity. He also explained that the display does not read out correctly and you cannot understand what it says or press any buttons to try to make anything work. I did confirm both of the customers' complaints and found that the machine would need a control, door switch assemblies, and at least another magnetron. However, when I tried to pull up the parts break down, I found the manufacturer has no parts listed other than the turn table and has this note (THIS MODEL IS A REPLACEMENT WARRANTY MODEL. THE ONLY SERVICE PARTS AVAILABLE ARE THE TURNTABLE PARTS LISTED ABOVE. DO NOT SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL FOR THESE MODELS). The office will need to contact the extended warranty to notify them of no available parts for this model.And we'll need to find alternative resolution. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for unit making loud grinding noise upon further inspection level machine ran diagnostics couldn't duplicate noise/grinding unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

On arrival, the unit would not latch the door inspection of the unit found that the door latch is physically broken and wire harness is broken at the connector See quickpic, unable to repair harness at this time replaced latch, will need to order harness and return. On arrival verified complaint of unit showing door error and not starting cycle intermittent. On inspection if unit found when you move the main harness it will break connection with door switches and register door closed and open. Spoke to TL 7741169819 will need to replace main harness.
