I cycled the power down at the breaker for several minutes. The unit was now responsive, but threw the F2E1 for stuck key every few seconds.I installed the console and the unit was now responsive. I preheat both ovens to 350?F and found the unit running as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor. I moved the unit around and could not duplicate the noise/vibration the customer described. I removed the kickplate and found the piece of foam thats located in between the condenser coil and the bracket at the front of the unit was crushed to where the coils were resting on the bracket which can cause the vibration noise. I adjusted the coils and placed a folded up sealant pad in between the coil and bracket. Test3d the compressor again and still could not duplicate the noise. I advised the customer of the possible issue and recommended they monitor the unit and call in for service if the unit begins to make the noise again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

On arrival the customer stated there is a small piece of metal screwed into the top front of the vent hood and when the fan is on some air escapes from it. I found the customer referencing the plate that covers the recirculation vent. I removed the cover and shaped it. I found it significantly improved. I informed the customer of my findings and that it is normal for a small amount of air to escape there due to the design of the unit. Call complete.

Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 358. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon further inspection, the builder advised that the unit is leaking from the nut on the valve. I found a yellow cloth under the valve and hose. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. As I began to pull the unit out, water began to flow rapidly onto the floor. I found the drain hose was not properly installed and came undone. I cleaned the water from the floor and re-routed the drain hose to where I could get it to secure with the check valve hose. Tested the unit again to verify no leaks and I found where the water supply hose is leaking at the valve. I advised the builder the that unit is going to need a new 72 inch 3/8x3/8 water hose and another drain hose due to the unit being installed with a cabinet in between the dishwasher and the sink. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker was leaking into the ice bin and creating a large block of ice and now it has stopped altogether. I disassembled the FC section and found frost built up at the bottom the FC door (photo), and the FC light failed to come on. I pressed on the switch and could hear a crunch noise assuming its frost. I found frost on the evap cover as well and moisture on the top and sides of the FC section. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it full of ice cubes. The IM harvested gene and filled with water. I found no leaks at the ice maker during testing. I cleaned all of the moisture and frost from the FC section and reassembled and tested door operations. The door is sealing properly. I advised the customer that the door had to have been left cracked open at some point then when it closed, it created all the ice and frost they were experiencing. Made recommendations for food item placement in the FC section.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I test the unit and could hear the motor hum, but it would not turn. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found if I started the unit and pushed the tub it would start like normal. However, on its own it would not work. This indicates a possible faulty centrifugal switch. I replaced the motor and test the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Upon testing I found the dryer vent was installed with no clamp. I temporarily connected the vent and informed the customer of my findings. Call complete."

Tested voltage to both ice maker and LED lights at the main control. Voltage was good at both points . I found that the upper harness near the icemaker was not plugged in. That harness powers the icemaker and the lights. I plugged in the harness and the ice and LED lights came on. The harness must have come loose from prior repair. Arrived onsite and replaced the power module and the hot plate. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer that we would recommend modifying the custom cabinetry to improve airflow to prevent repeat failure. All else checks good.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water and ice melting and not dispensing. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found frozen fill line to water dispenser. Adjusted cabinet temperature and thawed line. Water is now dispensing. The ice maker was producing ice , however it was melting. Found evaporator fan not functioning and not allowing air to circulate and cool properly. Disassembled unit and found loose harness connector. Secured connector and tested. Fan is functioning and unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for range not powering on. Upon inspection found range had tripped breaker. Powered unit and tested bake function as all burners are functioning properly. Test failed during preheat. Removed panel and inspected wiring and connections. Found harness out of place and potential for a pinched wire. Secured harness and tested. Unit successfully preheated. Secured unit back in position and tested again. Unit passed. Unit now functioning properly.

Found water leaking from housing,removed filter water leaking from filter head,diagnosed a defective filter head. Replaced filter head advised customer to replace old water source shut off valve,tested water connection no leak from hose to unit,reinserted filter no leaks."
