"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise on inspection found the agitator had a lot of play in it. I flipped the unit up and found oil on the bottom of the unit. Installed a new gear case, clutch and slider. Calibrated the washer and ran diagnostic cycle. The agitator has no play and the noise is gone. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking underneath. Upon inspecting I ran a test cycle and saw no leak occurring. I found the insulation underneath sticking up into the tub potentially causing the leak as it could soak up water. Customer stated the insulation was soaked when the leak occurred. I corrected the insulation. Customer also states tub was very full of water. I found the RO system connected to a y fitting at the disposal. I explained to the customer this could cause a backfill to the dishwasher and that it had to be reconnected and moved. At this time the dishwasher is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave smoking and burning. Upon further inspection, I found that there is no wave guide cover allowing debris to enter wave guide. I found there to be evidence of overheating on the control board (photo) I ran a test for 1minute with a cup of water and immediately smelled a burning smell however did not observe any smoke. I disconnected the magnetron and retested for 1 min. I did not smell anything unusual during this test. At this point, because of the missing wave guide and burning while using running the unit with the high voltage components, I would conclude that the magnetron, diode and capacitor would need to be replaced as well as the wave guide cover. I would also replace the control as I observed what appears to be overheating on some of the components. (Photo)"

The customer advised that the unit makes a gurgling noise, especially if they open up the refrigerator doors for any length of time. I could not replicate the sound with a customer advised that it comes from the refrigerator right in the center. I went ahead and replaced the damper control and tested the unit. The customer stated that the unit had been having issues with drying clothes already but that now its worse and its taking them forever to dry a load of clothes. I checked the lint screen and found a blanket of lint on the lint screen, indicating a potential airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose completely crunched due to the customer pushing me Appliance all the way back to the wall. I checked all heating components and found all within range. I test the unit on a time to dry heat cycle and found the unit tumbling and eating. I advised the customer her issue was with airflow, and that she will need to change her vent to a periscope style dryer vent if she needs to push it up against the wall. I showed her pictures of how that would look, but did advise that she will continue to have these issues with the current way that it is installed. The unit is working and operating as designed. The customer stated that he can hear the icemaker try to cycle but he doesnt believe that any water is getting to the icemaker. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did find the icemaker motor turning but not dropping ice. When I went to go to the fill portion of the cycle, I found the valve buzzing, but no water entering into the icemaker. I gained access underneath The front toe plate and removed the icemaker filled tube from the water connector. I attempted to blow through the door and found a restriction inside the tube. I ran an icemaker fill test and found water coming out of the valve, indicating the issue was with the door. "Arrived on site to follow up on dryer making some noise when in use. Customer showed me a video and the unit was squeaking when it had some towels in it. The noise sounded very much like an exterior movement squeak, and nothing internal. When I ran the unit with a load of wet towels I could hear the noise after a minute, and once I physicsly touched / shifted the unit the squeaking stopped. It's likely from moving the unit out / shifting the structure that caused this noise. There's no damage to cabinets, and noise went away once I moved the unit at all. Advised there's no mechanical repair we can make, cabinets / structure needs to settle and unit should be fine, but there is no fixing a squeak like that. Call completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer with issue with agitator. On arrival customer showed me the agitator tower was disconnected from the wash plate. I checked the tower and found the bolt was not tightened from factory and had worked it's way out and the agitator fell off. I was able to reattach the tower and bolt with no issues. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not spinning out clothes, and sometimes leaving soap suds. Customer said delicates and some other cycles weren't spinning out. When I powered on the unit I found some cycles had the spin set to off. Advised this is a known software issue and the cycle settings need to be checked before hitting start to make sure spin is enabled. I checked mechanical parts and found nothing broken or out of spec. When I ran a clean washer cycle there was a good amount of suds, which could be causing some issues. "WFW560CHW4 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the water in the off position and after turning back on, discovered the hot and cold were reversed. Performing several maximum fill tests with hot and cold on all valves and then manual spin, showed no leaks anywhere within the machine. Customer mode cycle test also had no leaks observable anywhere within or near the machine. I did see wash pods and observed a small load within the dryer and provided information to the maintenance staff about pods and the correlation with washer leaks, when using pods, especially with small loads. "Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood not running the blower. Tested unit and just heard motor humming, no movement. Removed blower and found the fan cage was broken in several pieces and wedged the cage from moving. Replaced the blower motor and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Repair completed. Arrived on site to follow up on icemaker not producing ice. Examined icemaker and found a line of cubes wedged between the icemaker and the bail arm. Removed ice and icemaker cycled. I found some frost / ice on the icemaker that cubes were sticking on. Wiped this off and the next batch that harvested dropped properly. Unit working as designed. No parts used.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not getting below 2?F. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer had a temperature chart recorder and I found that the unit was full fluctuating between 20?F back down to -2?F. He advised that, the unit would get back down to zero, but that the average temperature should be at zero not at 5 to 10?F. I checked the evaporator, condenser, dryer, and compressor for any signs of die and found no leaks present. I spoke to SW, and was advised of the issue may be with a floating restriction. I checked the condenser and found the condenser was completely clogged full of lint and the back cover was not on the back of the refrigerator. I was advised to go ahead and vacuum out the charge and run the vacuum pump for 30 minutes and then to recharge the unit and see what happens. I ran a vacuum for 30 minutes. I found pressures hold I charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of R134A refrigerant. I found the highest side start around 100 psi and gradually work its way up to 125 psi while the low side stayed at 0 psi. I found the unit cooling and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for washer not working properly. On inspection the agitator only spun 1 direction and the basket never spun. Flipped unit up and found a broken wire to the capacitor. I mended the wire and ordering a new wire harness for the unit. Tested the unit in diagnostic cycle and it all working now. "On arrival verified complaint of oven tripping breaker. Ran upper and unit tripped. Builder was running lower and it tripped. Attempted to remove oven from wall but unable to get it to budge no matter what I did. Spoke to service. Ordering elements for bottom oven as well and recommend return replace all elements and perform cook off procedure. Ordering w11598122 broil and w11545804 bake. "WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect spin speed issue. Upon arrival, the machine was flashing F0E9. Service test mode had the F0E9 stored and I cleared for testing. I found the unit could be calibrated, but would not advance within customer mode and appeared to be going into another cycle from the one selected. I replaced the control and UI as a set and retested, finding no change in behavior. I was able to determine the unit was not sensing rotation as it should and I replaced the mode shifter, seeing no change. Deep inspection of the gear case revealed a fracture within the speed sensor ring, allowing the ring to expand at higher RPMs, causing the rare issues during testing. Replacement of the gear case, splutch and belt fully corrected the issue and the machine operated as designed within service and customer modes. No leaks observed during service."

WDT750SAKZ2 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed all parts from the failed tub and installed them onto the replacement. Testing showed there were no leaks and the unit operated as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the left roller. Customer stated unit is still freezing in refrigerator. I cheked temps and found the refrigerator section at 28 when set to 40. The control in test 3 was showing unit was at 38 degrees. I changed the evaporator cover and tested. The temps are showing correct on THE UI now. Unit is operating as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W11610999 COVER FRIG AND W11084045 ROLLER.

Arrived onsite for Washer going from start to done and door not locking. I found the door switch not engaging everything. I replaced the door latch and ran a test. The problem was still present. I inspected under the washer and found the actuator not engaging properly. I replaced the actuator and ran a test. The unit is now going through cycles and operating as designed. "Arrived onsite for washer making thumping noise. With a load of clothes in the washer it will violently bang. Tested unit only found a Error code F8E1 long fill. Unit filled correctly. Ran a quick wash cycle with a load of laundry and the tub and basket seem like they want to separate when spinning. Customer stated it's done this since he got it and has not gotten ant better.
