I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit work and operate as designed with the heat or taking on the end of the cycle. I tested the unit twice more and found the heater working every single time. I spoke to JC and was advised that that error code couldve been caused by multiple things excluding the heating circuit, including not running hot water to the same prior to the dishwasher cycle or standing water being inside of the dishwasher for an extended period of time. I did notice that the drain hose was going downhill from the garbage, disposal and dishwasher potentially causing backflow. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator still freezing product. I found the temp on the shelf thats freezing product at 32 degrees with all fans and compressor off. I replaced the ice container again and the chute seal since I could still feel cold air migrating from the back side of the container between the ice box and chassis. I replaced the dampener and seal and used permagum in the corners to prevent leaks and movement. I installed a different RC thermistor and replaced the UI control. I tested the refrigerator and could no longer feel air movement by the ice container. The customer will monitor the temps and let us know. Call complete.

"KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to inspect previously repaired sealed system. RC was 40 and the FC was -2, the compressor was running at the time of arrival. I found below the unit to be in the low 100s and due to this machine being side and rear vented, found that unusual. I pulled the unit from the cabinetry and found that after just a few minutes, the excessive heat reduced by nearly 20 degrees. Inspection revealed the air divider was missing and the short lower was installed in the wrong position. The unit fits into the cabinetry tightly and due to the divider missing, the heated air behind the unit was just circulating, creating excessive heat and wear on the system and I find it the likely cause of the initial compressor/inverter failure. "KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect water flow issue. I found the flow was restricted by filter plugging and when removed, the flow improved. I did find it less than expected and inspected the water supply line and primary valve. There was debris within the valve and after flushing the supply, l replaced the valve and tested. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes a sound like its trying to dispense ice but does not actually dispense ice. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I removed the ice container and checked the impeller. Found the impeller was securely fastened to the motor. I tested the dispenser motor with the door open and found the motor was buzzing but the impeller was not turning. I went to remove the impeller and found the impeller would not come off the auger motor and was just moving with the motor itself. Ordering the divider and impeller and will return with the dispenser motor as well for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making unusual noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit itself works fine but that lid is making a squeaking sound when they open and close the lid and it is rusted in several different spots. They also explained that when the close the lid, that if they arent gentle letting it down, it will just fall. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the left hinge and hinge arms making the squeaking sound and not providing resistance for a soft close. "Arrived on site to inspect ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I cycled power to,the ice maker and then pressed the test button and the ice maker harvested. When it was time to fill, I could hear the valve opening up but the ice maker was not getting any water. When I went to remove the ice maker to inspect the fill tube, I found it difficult to remove the ice maker. Once I got it freed, I found the fill tube and ice maker fill chute full of ice. I removed the block of ice from the chute and using my steamer, I cleared the fill tube and retested. I found the fill tube operating as designed and the valve was not weeping. I could not find any debris in the chute or in the ice block. Also found that the right RC door gasket is torn. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service for 06/10/24. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. I tested the outlet and found 122V. Plugged the unit in and found no lights on, the 3 way valve not coming on; nothing turning on. I gained access to the compressor and power board and found the unit getting 122V at the compressor and power board. Also found the power board providing 122V to the hv control. I removed and replaced the power board and got the same results. I removed the deli board and when I did, I found water in the reservoir below the board and could smell the odor of burning wires/electrical burn. Once I had the board completely removed, I found the deli door harness badly corroded and the deli control shorted out (photos). Once I disconnected the deli control, the refrigerator gained power and began to cool. Also found the right RC door gasket is torn. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the deli door and right RC door w/gasket and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit is doing the exact same thing. It did a month and a half ago and the last three or four trips. She advised that the unit makes a clicking sound when it goes to agitate and does not complete the cycle. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed that the basket was spinning when it was trying to agitate. I looked underneath and found the cam broken again. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7738872642. He had me run a few checks and photos of the damage to the cam. He asked me to go ahead and replace that cam to see where the issue was coming from. It appeared that two of the parts of the cam were rubbing together, causing this issue. He advised that based on all repairs that have been done on this machine, he would not advise any other repairs at this time as one of the components we have replaced should have fixed this issue. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the damper control and tested and unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that since the last service call, the ice maker has not made any ice and the unit has been cooling fine. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked ice maker error codes in test 56 and found E2-ice maker lost position. I removed and replaced the ice maker and hv control and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I found that the ice maker fascia and housing has moisture build up on them. Also found the fascia not installed properly and cold air is leaking from the ice maker housing back gaskets. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643). I sealed the air leaks at the back wall in between the wall and IM housing. I recommended the customer throw out the first batch of ice and they should have a good amount within 24 hours and the bin should be due full after 72 hours. "Outer 60A breaker tripping, inner 20 ok.WMH32519HZ07 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping issue. The customer advised the breaker had tripped several times. The breaker that tripped was not the 20A for the microwave, but the 60A sub panel breaker in the outer box. Several items were operating at the time, and the issue was moderately intermittent. I found no issues with the machine and its wiring and I could not recreate the issue. I advised the customer that tripping the sub panel, 60A 240VAC without tripping the 20A 120VAC dedicated breaker for the circuit, would be highly unlikely and the sub panel breaker is likely failing. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit making a loud vibrating noise when I arrived. I inspected the freezer section (FC) and found frost on the evap cover (photo). Also found moisture wt the bottom of the door opening and some food items wedged under the top drawer. I found when closing the FC door, I have to give it force to close. Once I removed the food items that were wedged, I closed the door and it closed on its own. I advised the customer that due to the food items being wedged, it caused the FC door to remain slightly open and warm air was able to leak inside the freezer and collided with the cold air to create the frost build up which is hitting the evaporator motor fan blades causing the loud noise. I inspected the ice maker/bin and found the ice maker was not making ice due to the higher temps in the freezer due to the door being slightly opened. I recommended the customer cycle the power at the breaker and open the freezer door and place a fan in front of the freezer and allow the unit to defrost. Recommended they place some towels in the freezer bottom to absorb the water. I placed some manufacturer approved silicone on the freezer drawer rails and the bottom bin sides to allow the drawer and door to open and close easier. I made recommendations for use and care and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site to test unit for not completing wash cycles twice. Found error f0e1(load detected in clean washer cycle). Cleared error and completed diagnostics with no issues. Advised customer to run clean washer cycle. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site with new knob bezel and new capa. Replaced parts and tested. Found center burner took long to light and then would not stop clicking. Attempted to remove and clean orifice but burner came apart. Will need new center holder. Also ordering spark module just in case. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing sealed system repair, upon arrival reconfirmed issue, removed ball of ice from evap coil, But found no leaks. Recovered refrigerant and installed new w11574734 compressor, wpw10143759 uv drier, and w11506635 access valve. Pulled vac and found no leaks. Recharged system with 56g pf r600. Found even frost pattern on coil and informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the dampener control and tested it. The control is quiet and is working as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit went really off-balance when she was running a load of rugs, and that it seems to only happen on bulkier loads when it goes off balance but she is concerned about the unit because it seems to be really violent when it does go off balance. I checked the unit and found the unit was extremely unlevel. I found that the tub was resting against the front and right side panels in the front right corner, causing the tub to bounce off the side panels when it went into a spin. I leveled the unit and ran the unit into diagnostics. I found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the tub and found the tub was not wobbling, indicating the hub assembly was good. I did inform the customer that because most loads do work, her issue will be with loading. I did advise that rugs, blankets, and any bulky items like that, are going to have a difficult time finishing through the load. I to,d her this is because while the customer may be loading them correctly, as the agitator moves during agitation, the load will move around during the wash cycle, and can end up going into a spin when the clothes are not evenly distributed and go off balance. I went over loading procedures and advised the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for broken knob . Found shaft of timer stuck in knob . Replaced knob and timer . Unit is functioning properly now . No other issues found . Job complete . All parts installed .

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Was unable to find leak in diagnostics. Removed cold water line and placed in tub. Filled tub 3/4 full with no signs of any leaking. Advised office leak may have been caused from overloading. Unit is working as designed at this time. No parts replaced. Job complete. Washer is in unit 345.

"KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to inspect sealed system failure. I found that the system still had a balanced pressure of 12 psi, indicating a low likelihood of a leak and the refrigerant in it, although low, appeared to be the leftover from gauge connection during prior testing. Allowing the system to run, I found 91 psi on the high side and 19 of vacuum on the low, reflective of the low balanced pressures/charge. Vacuuming to leak test took a significant amount of time, denoting the likelihood of significant condensates still within the system. Inspection of all accessible tubing and the evaporator showed no signs of UV dye and I proceeded with the leak testing via vacuuming and monitoring microns. The unit was able to be pulled down to 320 microns and held. I charged the unit and found it did start cooling, but may have some type of restriction downstream from the compressor. I advised the customer I will contact them the following day for a report and will proceed with information from that point. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"
