"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I went to test temps and found both compartments were warm and the compressor is on. I pulled the unit out and found the condenser coil lines were badly corroded as was the heat exchange. Compressor showed .79amps. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had their one year inspection and the inspector advised the unit was not heating properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Per tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main control and cleared the code and test on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp reading at preheat was 396. Next five readings were 344, 388, 330, 386, 343 for an average temp of 358.2 degrees. I advised the customer of my repairs and test results. The customer advised that the unit did make three batches of ice but completely stopped again there afterwards. Check the unit and found ice frozen in the fill tube again. Spoke to CS and was advised to go ahead and order the door due to potential issues with the filter Peter. The customer advised that the unit stopped cooling all together and immediately when the compressor starts to run, all hes hearing is a clicking sound. The unit would run for 10 seconds and shut off. Unit will need a new compressor, dryer, and coupler for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not operating properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser measured dispense and it failed to dispense 8oz. I removed the filter and retested and it operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint; along with my findings and history of the unit. Chris recommended testing the water harness with a hardness test kit, but hes advising that the filter is bad. I advised him that the filter was just replaced less a month ago and the previous 2 filters were replaced within 2 months prior. Also advised that the filter head has been replaced 2 times as well. Also mentioned the customer has a water softener system. Chris provided SR #7734521427 and recommended testing the hardness o f the water and provided a part number for the kit. He advised that if the the water is hard then the filter is doing its job in filtering the water, but if the water is fine, then the filter is bad. I explained this to my customer and advised that well have to take steps in getting results on this unit. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that has moisture/ condensation on the freezer side door and in the cabinet as well. Upon inspection I found that doors were not sealing up against the chassis properly. I adjusted the chassis using the set feet and I also sealed up any gaps I could find using the adhesive. "Arrived on site for no ice. Found ice in mold,raised and lowered bail arm icemaker not running through a harvest bypassed internal fuse icemaker started a cycle diagnosed a defective icemaker. Replaced icemaker powered on icemaker,icemaker ran through a cycle and filled with water.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that was leaking. On arrival the customer stated it is an intermittent leak. They found it has done it twice, and the first time there was much more water than the second. They provided a video of the leak and it was dripping from the bottom back. I found the unit stacked. I gained access to the back of the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle, a normal cycle for 10-15 minutes, and all the valves individually. I was not able to replicate a leak. However, I found the unit had created suds build up that filled roughly 1/3 of the tub while testing. I informed the customer that the leak could be due to over sudsing, or it could be the auto dispenser is not working properly and dispensing to much soap. Thus, creating to many suds. However, due to not being able to replicate the leak I could not be certain. Due to this I advised the customer on doing a clean cycle to clear the suds and possibly using a different soap and to monitor the unit for over sudsing. If the leak continues I advised the customer we will need a second tech to remove the unit

"Arrived on site for a dryer that was getting the laundry room hot and creating a burn smell. On arrival the customer stated a few concerns. They found that the dryer vent popped off, there was black scorching inside of the unit, and there was an abnormal smell when the unit ran. I found that the smell and excess heat came from the unit directly ventilating into the laundry room. I fixed the dryer vent and test the unit to find it working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the burn spots to just be the darkened metal from where the heater comes into the unit. I informed the customer of my findings and in the use of a customer instruct. Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that isn't venting properly. Tested unit and found no failures to microwave at this time. Advised customer on findings and possible ways to improve airflow.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is leaking. Found inner panel damaged, sprayers melted and splitting, vent not sealing, and dispenser seal failed. Due number of issues that need resolved, customer is replacing unit. Issues should have been caught during previous repair and no charge to customer for trip today."

"Arrived on site for washer not cycling. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found only f0E9 error. Upon further testing I found no failures in suspension rods, tub, gearcase, etc. I did find unit not spinning or agitating at full speed. Found power supply still failing and only giving 45-65 v on L1 side and also getting 35-60 v from natural to ground. Found because of power failure unit couldnt spin or agitate properly leading to in proper/off balanced adjustment of clothing articles. Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a burner not lighting. Found center burner ignitor not wired preventing ignition. Rewired ignitor properly and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing 9E1-long drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and tested the drain pump in test 4. The drain pump failed to drain the water and sounded as if it was struggling to drain. I disassembled the front panel and using my vacuum, I removed the water from the unit and removed the drain filter to find a large amount of debris in the filter (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and showed them the debris. I cleaned the filter and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site, customer says Sometimes itll show one minute left for Sometimes 15 minutes. She said if she stops it and put it in a drain and spin she gets the outcome that she wants. Found saved error code for door latch but it is working properly during service call.Techline is closed today for holiday. Arrived on site and replaced parts diagnose by previous technician. Damage to tub ring is due to multiple unbalanced loads. No one in the home is available to instruct on how to load washer properly. Confirmed washer is operating properly sent pictures and video to CS. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer squeaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the pulley bearing has already failed. I installed a new one. I reassembled the unit and tested it with a load in it. I found it working as designed. Job complete.
