Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not done washing dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. When needed through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit for an auto test and found all spray arms spraying. Did inspector spray arms due to some blockage and found the spray arm is clogged with paper and plastic debris. I did advise the customer that this is most likely to cause a third issue as they also have food and soap deposits inside of their dishwasher. Advise them to run a dishwasher cleaner and asked if they wanted to replace the spray arms. They advised that they would prefer to try to clean out the spray arms manually instead and will call back if further issues persist.

I found that the FC evap thermistor is reading 35? and is reading properly. I checked the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern. The unit is defrosting properly. I did find ice around the ice dispenser chute and suspect warm air to get into the icemaker and cause ice to melt onto the evap fan. This could have caused the noise the CX was hearing. Arrived on site and found entire house smells like gas as soon as you enter. gas detector is showing an even three out of five bars throughout interior of home. Reading does not go up in or around range. Used Bubble solution on all range connections and did not find any issues. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaving film on their dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Found soap buildup inside the entire dishwasher and on the door. The customer showed me a couple photos of whats been happening. I checked their soap and found that it was an enzyme based soap that they were using. The customer explained that they do fill the cup up to the top of the dispenser before running a load. She also explained that she Pre-washes dishes prior to running them through the dishwasher cycle. I asked the customer if they use any water softeners in the house and I explained that there is a whole home filtration system. I did explain to the customer that based on what she was telling me, the issue was with over use of soap. Explained that the soap enzymes need to be able to attack any kind of food or grease particles in order to break down in the water and when they pre-wash the dishes, the enzymes have nothing to attack and leave deposits inside of the dishwasher. I showed the customer on the inside of the dispenser where it shows hard water versus soft water fill levels. I did explain that because theyre on a whole home filtration system, they do not need to fill the soap all the way up to the hard water portion. Went over user care guide with the customer and proper procedures. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7734497483. He advised that based on the current information of what the customer explained, everything I explain to the customer was correct and that there were no parts within the dishwasher that would cause the soap buildup on their dishes or silverware. He advised to have the customer run through a couple clean dishwasher cycles and to use no more than a tablespoon of detergent if they were going to continue to wash dishes. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were hearing a ticking sound as the unit was running. I tested the unit and heard something blow out of the blower wheel housing area through the exhaust. Found the unit then operating as designed with no abnormal sounds presents. Checked the vent at the back wall and found several dead crickets inside the vent area. The customer advised they were just had an invasion of crickets through their vents and everything else about a week ago which is approximately when they started. Did advise it sounded like the issue was probably with crickets getting into the blower wheel and causing the sounds. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.
