The customers husband may have also witnessed some type of sparking, prior to this issue happening. On initial test I could not recreate the issue and then removed for inspection. I found no internal wiring or other electrical and electronic issues. Inspecting the junction connection, I found all four wire nuts were only finger tight. I corrected the issue and tested. The unit operated as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit off and the water turned off to the unit. Turned the water on and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit operated as designed in diagnostics. Tested the unit in a normal cycle and the unit continued to operate as designed. I found no signs of a leak at the back or at the front of the unit (photos). "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not sealing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the unit doors closed and did not see any gaps in the gaskets. Using my flashlight, I placed it in the RC section and closed the door. I didnt find any gaps at the top of the door or on the sides. I moved the light to the bottom shelf and found a large gap in the bottom left corner of the RC door (photo) and found a large amount of moisture built up on the top of the RC section (photo). I found the cabinet was slightly warped in that corner and adjusted the cabinet and filled the gap between the liner and cabinet with silicone. Using my heat gun, I heated the door gasket and closed the door and found the gap was closed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Customer advised the cleaning lady would clean the refrigerator. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine low ice production. Upon further inspection, I find the bin full of ice, but the cubes were smaller than the normal setting size. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed and is set on the normal sized setting. I tested the unit is a normal cycle and while testing, I found all of the components are operating as designed. I checked the placement of the evaporator thermistor and found it is in the incorrect spot on the evaporator tubing. I pulled the unit out and removed the top panel to get access to the thermistor harness and found the harness not correctly installed. I adjusted the harness and placed the evap thermistor in the correct manufacturer approved placement on the evap tubing. Continued to monitor the cycle and found the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Customer states that was hot in both boxes. Also found left leveling foot is broken and had to use a furniture slide pad to assist pulling unit from wall. Unit is on a very unleveled floor. Deli ui is not responding. Contacted SW for assistance. Will need to replace defrost and electronic issues to be able to test sealed system. Need to replace left leveling foot, rc drip pan, Power supply board, Main control, LED supply board, UI, Pantry UI, Pantry UI rail Harness, Icemaker, Fill tube and Fascia Heater, All 3 Fans / harnesses and thermistors as well as shims, LEDS, inverter, and Pantry door if the door harness is corroded. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F5E2 & F5E3-both door lock failures. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and when the unit tested the door lock, the door locked and would not unlock,and the unit shut down and displayed error code F5E2. I inspected the lock and found the harness broken at the molex connector (photo). I re-wired the harness until I can get back with a new harness. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I am ordering the lower harness, NTC harness and upper harness and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. I scheduled return service for 06/10/24 (MS). No water leaks observed during service.
