Arrived on site for a microwave oven combo that is flashing an F2 E1 (user interface stuck key) error code. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed the customers complaint. The customer advised of this unit seems to sound off randomly with that error message. I went ahead and replaced the user interface and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a range that is not igniting on one burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will ignite the right front burner, but that it is taking a while for it to fully ignite. I did confirm the customers complaint and check the offices. I found that the simmer orifice was not correct, and was still natural gas. I went ahead and changed the orifice using the customers conversion kit. I test the unit and still found the right front burner hard to ignite. I checked the burner head and found the burner head not properly put together. I reassembled the burner head to its correct specifications and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing in multiple locations. Upon further inspection the customer advised that she had freezing right near the vent on the side of the ice maker compartment and in the crisper draws. Refrigerator lower temp was 31 near the vent. All the thermistors passed their checks. I checked the ice box gasket and it was slightly unaligned possibly causing air infiltration into RC and causing food to freeze in the crisper portion. No gaps in the door gaskets found. Following the manufacturer guideline I raised the RC temp setting by 2 degrees and informed the customer that food will freezes if placed near the vent. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed

"Arrived on site for continued issues of turntable operates continuously even when off. Ran diagnostics and get error code F6-E8 ACU not responding. Cleared error code.Contacted tech line for assistance spoke with drew and Chris. Explained all that has been done. Turntable motor continues to run unless P2 connection is disconnected. Test resistance of motor and was slightly above specs. Voltage from control to motor at idle was not consistent/ correct. Need to replace mw control , turntable motor and and harness at same time. Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop not heating properly. Upon further inspection found the cooktop becoming warm but not heating up. I checked the wiring at the terminal black and found the L1 and N wires were in the wrong positions. I correctly wired the terminal block and checked the voltage. The voltage measured correct. I retested the unit and the unit is now operating as designed. No parts installed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door hard to open. Upon future inspection I found the door having a lot of suction and very hard to open. I attempted to gain access to the back of the unit by rolling it out however I found the right roller in pieces and will not be able to get access to the back until replacing the front roller so I can roll it out safely. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not opening. Upon further inspection, I found the freezer (FC) door gapped on the right side and top right corner allowing warm air inside the FC section and has created ice build up inside keeping the FC door slides frozen and the door wont open. I attempted to break up some of the ice to open the door and the door continues to stay locked up. I advised the customer that they will have to unplug the unit and allow the ice to defrost in order to get the door,open to inspect any damages to parts. I provided the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator to my customer and recommended they pull the unit forward and place towels around the back and side of the unit and a towel at the bottom for the FC door to catch any water that will leak from defrosting the unit. Customer signed the waiver and I recommended they unplug the unit today to get the process started and to place a fan on the right side to blow warm air inside to help melt the ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and forced a defrost on the unit to help with the process. Also, I found the digits missing on the UI when I placed it in diagnostics. I am ordering the UI and defrost heater and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 09/12/24. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, techline recommended replacing the RC shelf rails at the back wall. Upon arrival, the customer advised me of the issue which is the lower shelves are bowing inward at the inner corners. The upper shelves are seated properly. I removed the lower shelves and placed the upper shelves in their place and found the upper shelves bow inward when placed in a lower position. I disassembled the RC section to gain access to the center rail and removed it finding that the rail was badly bent in the center (photo). I replaced the center rail with a new rail and retested the shelving and they are seating properly. Reassembled the RC section and retested the shelves and unit is operating as designed. Due to the switch harness failure and the unit not being converted to LP, I removed and replaced the harness, converted the unit to LP and converted the regulator and tested. The same happened on the front right orifice holder. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since they called in for repairs due to the loud noises, the unit has stopped cooling. I found the fresh foods section cool but not properly cooling to set temps. I found a large amount of frost/ice on the FC evap cover. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the thermistors and found the defrost thermistor closed and the defrost element is heating as I could hear is making a sizzling noise when water would hit it. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, the compressor began to make a humming noise. I removed the back cover and found the compressor extremely hot and beginning to make a louder humming noise. I attempted to adjust the compressor, but no adjustment would stop the noise. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, defrost thermistor, fan harness, defrost element, hv control, R600-COPPER CAP TUBE, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST, CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB, NITROGEN, CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages when defrosting refrigerator and recommended they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost and place towels around it to absorb any leaking water from defrosting. Recommended they unplug the unit 24 hours before I return to perform the sealed system repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator building condensation on ceiling of RC. Examined and took picture. Checked unit for warm air infiltration. Found over 15 inches of gaps in the RC door gasket on the left side, as well as 2 spots on the lower right side of the cabinet with a liner gap. I used some silicon to seal the gap, and was able to use my heat gun to mold and seal the gasket to the liner. This should remove all air leaks / infiltration points. I did tap the ceiling and it felt like it may be missing / not densely foamed. Checked temps with IR and found ceiling 6 degrees warmer than the walls, which is not enough to cause massive condensation. Advised to follow up if condensation returns. Unit sealed at this time. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not running and throwing F8E1 error for Long Fill. I tested the flow and found both hot and cold dispensing at a reasonably quick rate, and should not be triggering the error. I disconnected and blew out the pressure line and had a slight pop when I did, which was likely a blockage causing the control not to see the pressure differences. I started 2 normal cycles once I reconnected the hose and they both progressed into the washing part of the cycle with no problems and we're filled to the factory spec level. Advised customer of my findings and action, and advised that if this error returns the unit will need a new control due to pressure related issues. No parts used. Call completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit was full of water, but they were able to get the clothes out. I found the unit unplugged and upon plugging the unit in, I did find the drain pump try to activate but not actually drain water out. I removed the water from the tub and gained access to the drain pump. I found the drain pump showing within range, but once I removed it, I found the impeller completely stripped. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. I found a little water flow coming through the cold water side on the valve. I went ahead and replaced the valve as well and tested the unit. Ran consumer cycle for 10 minutes and unit is agitating and functioning as designed. Cleared all codes. No water leaks detected at this time.

"Arrived onsite for dryer making a clicking noise. On inspection I could hear the clicking noise. I gain actually to the drum and found sound damper pad had pulled away from the side of the dryer and the drum was hitting it when it was spinning. I cut 2 inches off the pad, on further inspection found that the element housing was not seated all the way against the back wall. I pulled the housing in reseated it into the back part of the dryer. The pad probably pulled away from the side due to the extra heat inside the cavity of the dryer. Ran the dryer for 10 minutes and the sound was gone. No parts installed during service."

Arrived onsite for oven tripping the breaker. I took the ground off the back of the oven and ran to 500 degrees. The oven reached set temp with no issue. After reaching temp I turned the unit off and attached the ground and ran to 500 again. After set temp was reached I set a timer on the oven for 2 hours and explained to the customer that she will need to turn off after the timer is up. Unit is operating as designed. I also advised the customer to get their gfci breaker replaced is problem is still present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dispensing detergent. On arrival customer explained the detergent door opens but does not mix with the water. I found F4E3 and F7E1 error codes present. I found the heater to be working after a diagnostic cycle and the wash motor to be working during cycle. However the F4E3 error code was still present. I replaced the pump and motor and ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit is now operating at this time of service. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise theyve been hearing and the noise was of the splutch assembly (cam) grinding or slipping during agitation cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield, belt and cam assembly and found signs of the cam teeth slipping on the pulley teeth. I removed and replaced the cam and belt and calibrated. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was washing a very light load and that the unit would not stop continuing to run. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any damage done to the pressure hose. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the air dome or the pressure hose. I checked all loads from the control board and found all components within range.
