Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they placed a pan with oil on the back sections of both cooktop grates, the oil shifts to the front of the pan. Customer provided a pan of a small amount of water, and I placed it on the right side grate at the rear burner and watched the water shift forward to the front of the cooktop. Placed the pan on the left side and got the same results. I inspected the grates and found both grates warped. Single sections of the grates are sitting higher than others and some are much lower. I inspected the new grates I arrived with and found the same issue. The customer advised they have been working with the manufacturer since they moved in and were sent three sets of grates and all were the same. I took several photos of the grates, some with my level and some without. I checked the cooktop itself and its level on all four sides. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave wall oven combo unit fan noise. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the microwave door and said they could hear a humming noise inside. I got down the the opening of the microwave and could hear a faint humming noise and advised the noise is coming from the microwave light transformer. I explained that the transformer is a low voltage 60 hertz transformer and it rests on top of the sheet metal at the top of the microwave and the only time they'll hear the noise is when they open the microwave door as the light turns off when the door is closed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. Using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave and it's heating as designed. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and it completed preheat andmis heating fine. The unit is operating as designed and no repairs needed. I found it to be the cover that installed above the control panel that covers and protects the inside of the control panel from getting cooking grease/oils on the components. "Arrive down site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was washing a load of towels and then a load of sheets. She advised that it was leaking from the door both times. They advise that after those two cycles and she called it in, the unit has not been leaking in the past four washes. She didn't know if there was an issue, so she wanted to have it checked out anyway. I checked the bellow and found no tears or cuts in the bellow. I did find access dog hair around the door where the rubber bellow meets the door near the bottom. I removed the excess dog hair and ran the unit on a bulky wash cycle. I found the unit working and operating as designed without leaking for 20 minutes. I advised the customer that it appeared that the dog hair was creating a separation of the barrier in between the bellow and the door. I did advise her to make sure she cleans. Off the door if she ever sees any leaking like that, but that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for oven not operating to customer satisfaction on family pizza recipe. The top is cooking too fast and the bottom is not yet crispy. Provided insights into oven design to equip the customer for best performance on the family recipe. No parts. Unit is operating to spec.

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise, ran diagnostics found no issues, customer stated, that's a noise is present when the water is filling and when it starts agitating, put clothes into the washer.And started a cycle, could not replicate any the noise that the customer was describing, inspected underwasher found no signs of gear case failure, slider also looks good, advice customer to monitor and if the issue returns, take good videos and call is back if necessary, at this time, unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete no parts installed"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not advancing cycles. I found a F4E3 wash motor failure present. I confirmed motor wasn't running and replaced the pump and motor. Unit now operates as designed and no leaks were sighted during testing. Call complete. Installed W11025157 MOTOR ASSM.

Arrived onsite for dryer making noise while spinning. I found the pulley and rollers worn causing the noise. I replaced the roller kit and tested unit. Unit doesn't make the noise anymore and is operating as designed. Call complete. Installed 4392065 Repair Kit.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling, not making ice, and ice maker light not working. Upon further inspection, I found frost built up on the FC evap cover, no ice in the bin, and the ice bin light not working. I removed the evap cover to find the FC evaporator engulfed in frost and ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost element in test 6 and 38 and found no voltage to the element. I tested the element and it has good continuity. I tested the bimetal and found it open in test 6. Also found the open door indicator on the UI was not coming on when the doors were open. I tested the bin light harness and it has good continuity. I removed and replaced the UI and cycled power and still no indicator or bin light. I tested the ice bin light in test 12 and the light turned on. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the hv control, FC evap harness, defrost element, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST, and CNOTE-SCHEDULE WITH TICKET #449342. Scheduled return service for 05/30/25 (CW). No water leaks observed during service and customer will unplug and allow unit to defrost before return service. W11340158; ordrng 1 W11449066 (Evap harness w/bimetal) and 1 W11172798 (Hv control) and 1 W10857624 (Defrost element)"

"Arrived on site to complete special project S153EB. Upon arrival customer stated unit will continue to run after cycle is complete. Followed TSP W11766193, applied power to the unit, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Found F3E1 pressure system fault error code stored. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Will need to order. Ordering part, no parts installed, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I manually tested the valves and the unit is getting water. I performed another automatic diagnostics test and the unit operated as designed. The customer provided a photo of the unit display showing the msg No water detected. I found service pointer #W11758510, which indicates that with the error code shown on the unit, the unit needs to be connected to Wi-Fi through the mobile app in order to operate correctly. I assisted the customer in downloading the correct app and then assisted in connecting the unit to Wi-Fi. Once the unit connected, it began the software updates, which the service pointer states it could take 5-20 mins to complete. I attempted to contact the Whirlpool Wi-Fi team, but they were already closed. I recommended the customer allow the software download to finish before trying to use the unit and if they continue to have issues with the Wi-Fi to contact the Wi-Fi team for assistance. The unit is currently connected to Wi-Fi through the app and the update is in progress. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."
