Arrived onsite for refrigerator fc lights not working. On inspection found 1 light was burnt out on the fc side. Changed out the burnt light out and all the lights started to work again. I found no issues with the motor circuit from the control. The tub ring, suspension, and control will need to be replaced and the unit tested with a load. I found the unit plugged in so using my outlet tester, I tested the outlet and found no voltage at the outlet. I advised the customer and we checked the breaker and found the GFCI breaker has been tripped. Cycled power to the unit and immediately the external drain pump came on. I placed he unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed and did not trip the breaker. I recommended the customer have the breaker checked/replaced. Inspected and found noise complaint is due to ice box fan energizing. Notified customer that this is normal operating sound. FC door has spring loaded mullion and needs a close, not a door swing. The finish is reacting fine, some of the marks found are due to smudges not prints. With condensation, notified customer that with external heat and high humidity, large kitchen windows facing the unit, condensation can build. During the course of trying to replace the wire harness, I found several connectors missing from the new harness. I spoke to SW and sent her a couple photos. She asked me to verify model and serial information as their model and serial tag is incomplete. I did verify that the model and serial information has been burned up and cannot be read out fully. The customer states that we do have the right model and serial information. However, parts sent out do not indicate the correct information. I spoke to the service management team and they advised that they will need to make some inquiries about this model and parts, and will make a determination on how to continue forward. Arrived onsite for icemaker not making ice. On arrival I temped the freezer and found it to be in defrost after the defrost cycle I noticed the temp to drop to 14 degrees and the icemaker go through a harvest. But found the temp having a hard time to get lower due to the customer having product blocking the back of the freezer. I found the condenser to be a little dusty but not restricted and all fans and sealed system working. I advised the customer to keep the vents clear from product and icemaker was making ice. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she starts a cycle, the unit will not run through and will show up with an error message. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal) error code. The customer attempted to run a cycle, and I found the basket attempting to turn, but not really turning. I checked underneath the washer and found that the cover shield had been detached from the gear case with only one screw present on the floor. I found the belt completely seized up on the motor and not in proper position. I checked the gear case and found the gear case poles for the cover shield were fine. I went ahead and replace the cam and belt and reassembled the unit. And I ran the unit into diagnostics and ran the unit through an auto test. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer start a load and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

When activating test 97, valve energized but no water was released. Django UI is also working very intermittently. I verified that the J14 was were the water sensor was plugged into, I then did the test between 14-1 & 14-2 and got 5VDC. The service test info said if there was 5 vdc when the unit was not running. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the flames on the cooktop will turn orange. Customer advised they have a humidifier in the nearest bedroom. I explained what a humidifier does to the air in the home and provided a video of the issue. I recommended that the customer open a window or door to allow airflow into the kitchen area to prevent the orange flames when the humidifier is on or has been on. I tested and burners and all are operating as designed. I adjusted the flames heights to the customers liking. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed"

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. On inspection I tested the heat and the unit only got to 108?. I gain access to the back of the dryer and pulled the dryer vent and found it 95% clogged. I pulled all the lint out of the vent. I looked up in side of the vent and the vent had a wire mesh installed and the wire had 1/8 squares openings and the lint is getting caught in the wire and building up and causing the heating issue. Once the vent was cleared the unit heated up to 225?. The unit is operating as designed and no parts were installed.

The customer stated that he does not use his oven very often and that every time hes used this unit since it was delivered, it takes 45 minutes to get to 180?F to 200?F. He also stated that his burners dont really work as well either. I cant access to the terminal block and found the power cord improperly installed. I found the black line 1 connector from the plug attached to the neutral of the range, and the neutral plug connector attached to the line 1 side on the unit. I disconnected power and properly installed the connectors. I plug the unit in and check voltage and polarity and found them to be correct. We tested all burners and the oven and found everything working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"KCGC506JSS00 Arrived on site for gas smell. Upon arrival, customer mentioned she bumped on one of the burner knobs and it would start on its own. Inspected stem and sleeve on the knobs and all checks good. Explained to customer to make sure after any activity in the kitchen to check the knob position to make sure its in the off position after use. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

"WRS555SIHZ08 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator completely plugged with frost and there were no signs of solid ice, denoting a defrost had never been attempted by the software. Step five showed the defrost sensor as an open line and after several minutes with the door open during diagnostics, the sensor made contact on its own, without disturbing the general area or cover. Manual defrost reveled the system worked and thermography verified the presence of heat within the element. During inspection, I did access the main control and may have affected the sensor. I was able to remove the evaporator cover and found the connector encased in ice. I do not know if the connection simply corrected on its own, or if the harness and associated connections within the lower unit area were the cause. I elected to defrost the unit and advised the customer to contact us if issues persist. The evaporator fan motor was very loud and I removed and replaced. Both outer, lower door corners had significant gapping and I filled with MFG provided silicone. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose chest freezer with risk of explosion concern. On arrival found customer had 2 chest freezer in the living room unplugged. When I asked regarding the concern, customer informed me the red light on the panel would come on. I showed them the use and card guide and explained this was just an indicator that temp was not low enough. Customer said unit does cool / freeze. Advised the explosion sticker is due to the type of refrigerant used, and should not be a problem. Customer was told that the red light was an indication of a failure, but this is not necessarily true. Advised to keep running the unit if it's cooling and there is no safety concern. Called findings into safety. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range popping the breaker when using lower oven bake. Examined unit and tested. Found breaker tripped after about a minute in preheat. Advised customer on how to dry out elements per service pointer. Put unit on broil for 15 minutes, and switched back to bake. Unit no longer tripped breaker. Voltage and polarity good. Advised to do this a couple of times and elements should no longer trip breaker. If issue returns after drying out elements, I advised to have breaker (GFCI) updates to resolve GFCI nuisance tripping. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Removed front panel and found solenoid is not hitting the plastic arm on the dispenser anymore. Replaced dispenser and tested unit. Verified proper operation with no water leaks found. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the RC door mullion and ice bin door and tested operations. The ice bin door is closing/sealing properly and the RC door mullion is closing and sealing properly, as well (photo). No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11679939, W10849525"

"WFG320M0MS0 Arroved to inspect fire in oven. I found debris had spilled into the lower part of the oven, within the burner chamber. The debris had caught on fire and then self extinguished. I removed the remnants of the debris and then set the air shutter correctly. The unit operated as designed, no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. I took the temp on the freezer and found it to be sitting at 3 degrees. The thermistor for the icemaker to be reading warmer than harvest temp causing it to not harvest. I replaced the icemaker and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W10873791 Icemaker.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not fully drying clothes. Customer says when the unit will tumble and stop drying and sensing. Ran unit and verified unit is heating and all mechanical functions working properly. Advised to install and update app, also to make sure loads are contacting the sensor bars. Customer so advised to try timed dry. If loads don't fully dry recommended having vent checked and cleaned. No parts used. Call completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling and no lights working. I found no voltage out of the main control to anything. I replaced the main control and tested finding voltage to the compressor and condenser fan but neither would run. I used my test start device and the compressor started. I had 123VAC to the condenser fan but it wasnt running. I had voltage to the lights but they were burned out. I ran diagnostics and found the icemaker and fill valve working but the evaporator fan motor wasnt running during its test. Ordering W11578915 Motor-Cond, WP2315549 Evap-Motor, & 2EA W11602886 Light module. Marking the prescreen parts as UORV. RS for Tue 6/11/2024. "Arrived on site to test unit for getting stuck on sensing. Ran diagnostic cycle, unit filled and when it went to agitate UI went black and shutdown cycle. Replaced control (W11498796), capacitor (W11395618), and splutch assembly (W10721967). Ran another diagnostic cycle, unit went through cycle with all components engaging properly. Started a quick wash cycle to verify, unit filled very slowly and before agitation, UI once again went black and unit started to drain. Contacted techline to document SR#7739238941, per techline when unit does not fill to a certain level in a certain time period unit will shut down. Will need to order valve and additional parts to ensure completion. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 06/11. Customer would like an earlier appointment if cancellation occurs.; ordrng 1 W11210459 (Valve) and 1 W11233718 (Harness)"

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not working. Test unit and found breaker to unit was turned off. Turned breaker back on test unit and unit test good by pre heating oven to 350? job complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with incomplete fresh food pan defrost causing ongoing leaking. Advised customer on manual defrost of the pan to resolve as opposed to the risks of a more invasive solution. Detailed method for thawing pan using open fridge doors and fan to turn the air and wick the moisture. Installed evap pan shim with non part supplies. No further repairs recommended at this time. AEX warranty on prior service same symptom.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo with issues of microwave door not fully closing / triggering interlocks. Made minor adjustments to hinge and also found right interlock loose. Replaced right interlock and verified proper function. Repair completed. Parts used - W11033422.
