"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit without power as the breaker was tripped. Customer advised they found t(s unit would trip this breaker during the drying cycle. The breaker is a 20amp GFCI breaker and the unit outs out no more than 9amps. Customer cycled power and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I continued with testing and monitored amp draw to the components during testing. I found all components within amp draw range and the element was showing 7-9amps as designed. I found no water leaks on the unit. I recommended the customer replace the breaker and if it continues to trip the breaker to contact our office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing properly and the filter cover being broken. Upon further inspection, I checked the filter and found the cover being held up with tape. Also found the ice dispenser chute gasket not seated correctly and I corrected it. I tested the water dispenser with a measuring cup and when I tested for 8oz of water, I only got 4oz. I removed the filter and placed my bypass in its place and retested and it operated as designed. Customer requested a new filter. I removed and replaced the filter housing cover and installed a new filter and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer purge approximately 2 gallons of water for the dispenser to get rid of the charcoal dust in the filter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival the customer showed me major damage related to the leak. Upon further inspection I found the unit leaking from the 3rd rack right side mount. I found that the seal on the mounts were missing. Due to this leak possibly being related to the prior tub damage and repair I contacted service management. We will reach out to WP regarding service. Arrived on site for a cooktop with the burners constantly clicking after ignited. I test the unit and found the front left and two right side burners with this problem. I switched the spark modules with one that didnt work with one that did and found the issue switched to the new burner. This indicates bad spark modules.

I then manually activated the agitate and found it ran as designed. When activating spin I found the wash plate would start spinning first at a very high speed and the basket would eventually catch up. I gained access to the bottom and replaced the shifter. This indicates a stripped hub nut or bad gearcase. I test the unit and found the error still occurred. I went to access the hub nut to see if it was stripped, but could not remove the washplate. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not producing ice. On arrival the customer also expressed concerns of a small leak on the front right of the unit. Upon further inspection I found some water dripping from what appeared to be the door liner. However, I could not 100% confirm where the leak was coming from. I checked temps and found the FC at 9?F, the RC at 37?F, and the IB at 16?F. Upon further inspection I found the fascia assembly door broken. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IM fill and fan worked as designed. I then found E2 error code for the IM stuck in harvest. I tried to harvest the IM and found it would not run. Indicating a bad IM. Upon further inspection I found frost build up on the FC evap cover. I gained access to the control to ohm out the thermistors. I found the RC thermistor at 6.82k, the FC at 16.67k, and the RC evap thermistor at 8.16k. Which are all roughly accurate for the time of reading. Upon further inspection I found the RC with ice build up blocking the drain hole. I gained access to the drain line and found the drain line clogged. I also found a significant amount of dust and lint build up on the condenser coils. I found these were most likely affecting the cooling. I installed the new IM and test the unit. I found it working as designed. I advised the customer on shutting the unit off for a minimum of 240VAC to let the frost thaw.

Arrived on site for unit not dispensing water. Diagnosed a frozen water tank,defrosted tank,added sealer in gaps between fan scroll and air tower,tested water dispenser unit working as designed."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that isn't draining or running cycles. On arrival plugged unit in and found it stuck in cycle. Canceled cycle and found it drained ultra slow. Drain hose was stuck so far down in drain it was causing a siphon / super slow drain. Moved drain hose out and it started draining at normal speed. Tested normal cycle and diagnostic cycle and verified all working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not running / making noise. Checked under unit and found belt came off cam and motor. Cam bolt was loose and caused Cam to droop and belt came off. Tightened Cam nut and replaced belt. Unit now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with the door not closing properly. On arrival the customer stated that someone had run into the door while it was open and then it was no longer closing properly. I found when the door closed it would catch on the right side and not close fully. Upon further inspection I found the hinges bent. I installed the hinges and the unit began working as designed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not having power. I inspected the unit and work. I tested voltage from the outlet and found none. I reset the breaker and still found no power. I swapped the dishwasher to the disposal outlet and tested it. It is working as designed. I advised they have an electrical to figure out why the outlet has no power.

Arrived on site to install customer provided part. I gained access to regulator and replaced it with the customer provided one. I found the ignitor in the large oven not igniting the bake. The customer is going to find a replacement ignitor and will reschedule with us. I tested the small oven and cooktop. All are working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has never fully operated as it should. They have been finding the RC evaporator freezing up even after previous service. I disassembled the RC section and gained access to the evaporator where I found ice on the top of the evaporator and on the suction line and cap tube in the top left corner. I unplugged the unit and removed the back cover and to inspect the drain tube. I found the tube gapped and clogged with debris. Cleaned the drain tube out and re-installed the tube and placed silicone around the lip to seal off the gap (photo). I tested the RC evap thermistor and found it out of range. Tested voltage and found the control not providing proper voltage. I removed and replaced the control kit (HV control and dispenser UI) and the RC evap cover with thermistor. Secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie (photo). Pushed the suction line and cap tub towards the back of the cabinet and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the RC section and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food items inside.."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the mullion not working properly. On arrival the customer showed me how when you close the door the mullion will hit the other door. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the ice maker error codes in test 56 and found E2 & E3. Tested the harvest in test 57 and the ice maker began to harvest but stopped mid-cycle. I removed the ice box and found ice cubes in the tray and the heater never came on. I tested voltage at the hv control for the heater at pins P12-6 to P1-2 and got 113V. I tested the ice maker motor at pins P7-5 to P7-6 and got 13VDCI removed and replaced the ice maker and retested in test 57. Ice maker harvested and then I tested the fill tube in test 45 and the tray filled. Ice maker is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls and placed the unit back into diagnostics and checked for error codes and found E0 (none). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser and found low water pressure. Removed filter and inserted my bypass and still the same. I the pulled unit out and found the water line kink and not allowing good pressure. Fix the problem and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for washer making noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Put unit in diagnostics and tested. Found unit would not go into agitate or spin mode. Checked components and found failed actuator and capacitor. Replaced both components and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. No noise at this time.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a squealing sound does the drum turns. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found the idler pulley causing the issue. Replaced both either pulley and belt and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit on a time dry cycle and found the unit tumbling and heating. Remove the vent hose from the wall and found water and lint buildup inside of the vent hose. Remove the water and lint from the vent hose and tested the dryer on a high heat setting. Found the unit cycling as designed. Advise the customer that the issue was most likely with her airflow restriction going out of the home. The customer advised they have not had the vents cleaned since they moved in. Customer will get the vents cleaned and will call back if further issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud clicking noise and now not properly agitating. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then manually activated the high agitate and found it never shifted. On agitate the entire tub was moving. I found it would spin as designed. I gained access to the bottom and found the shifter arm physically broke and separated from the gears. I installed the new shifter and then test the unit. I found the unit now working as designed.

Canceled the test and inspected the bellow drain and found a large amount of debris inside the bellow. Inspected the drain pump and it was clear and the empellars were good. I ran a drain/spin cycle and the drain pump is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer clean the inside of the bellow and run a cycle and see if that helps. I found the far left 2 burners flames were too high and adjusted them. Customer demonstrated on the front right burner what they were experiencing and I found that they were not turning the knob far enough to turn the gas on and thats why they were having a difficult time getting the burner to ignite. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was getting white residue inside of the unit. I found the residue to be regular hard water calcium build up. I advised the customer on running regular self clean cycles. The customer also expressed concerns of the unit not drying. I found the customer is using rinse aid. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a diagnostics cycle while monitoring amp draw to the heater and found no amperage. I could hear the relay click however. Upon further inspection I found the harness good and good voltage coming from the control to the heater. I am ordering the heater to replace. Arrived on site to test unit for getting to hot. Customer stated inspector was using hanging thermometer when testing. Tested unit and found temps were within range. "Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing no ice production and water dispenser stops for no apparent reason and the dispenser user interface surface is hot to the touch. Found icemaker Motor is broken, spoke with techline concerning dispenser this is not a known issue. There is a switch on the user interface board that may be getting stuck and overheating but it is not diagnosable.

Arrived on site for dishwasher inspected unit and work area. Replaced control and no change. I then replaced sump and motor and it worked. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop with ignitor issues. On arrival the customer stated the ignitors would continue to click when the knob was in a specific position on the cooktop. I found this was due to it being in the ignite position, and I walked the customer through proper usage and design. They also found the flame levels off. I adjusted the flame heights and had the customer confirm they were good. They confirmed. The unit is as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected range and found no power showing on user interface, if a knob is turned interior light flickers on and off and sparking can be heard from power relays behind control board. Checked incoming power and found only one leg has 120 V, 0V on the other. First an electrician will need to correct incoming power before a correct diagnosis can be made. All parts listed are if needed. Actual diagnosis will depend on what is corrected after incoming power is fixed.

Ive done side for you to not cooling. Upon arrival confirm complaint upon further inspection found that compressor is running with amp fluctuations between. 23 and. 63. Both fans were running but dryer was at room temp while compressor is overheated as well as evaporator coil had no frost buildup except for on the To going into the evaporator only.
