"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not leak every single time and has only leaked three times but it always seems to happen on bulky items. Advise that he washes a number of blankets including ones for the bed and intermittently when he has washing those, it has leaked. He advised that all other loads do not leak. Ran unit through an auto test in the unit. Ran as designed. Ran the unit 2/3 of the way full of water and drained it out. Still cannot get the unit to leak. Tested the dispenser drawer and it and it ran as designed without leaking. The customer advised they do not use fabric softener or the fabric softener setting on their washer. Did advise customer that because we could not replicate the issue or find any water residue anywhere, I cannot determine exactly what was causing the issue. I did explain that it is possible that because he is running heavy duty loads, that the washer may be going off balance and could be causing it to leak during spin. Temps are good, icemaker dropped a harvest while I was on site as well. Advised customer there are no other mechanical repairs or recommendations we have, unit just produces ice slowly and we can not accelerate the process. Tech line also has no further repair recommendations. Customer advised unit is working as designed, no further mechanical repairs or troubleshooting needed. Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not wash their clothes. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Tested the unit in manual diagnostics and found the cold water valve not pulling in water. I checked the wall and found that the water supply valve at the wall had been shut off. Test of the unit and diagnostics and everything ran as designed. Did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with the water valve being shut off due to the error code and the complaint. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly/creating moister around right side of rc vent from fc. Upon arrival confirmed moister issue around vent and found temps at 42/14(rc/fc) on arrival. Found fc thermistor positioned on cap tube of evap coil and not ohming at 12k with very little ice on coil. Replaced and repositioned new thermistor on evap return line and cleared small amount of ice build up from vent. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for cooktop flames discolored. On inspection the flames were blue, I inquired about a humidifier in the house and the current said they use one in the kids room. It runs all night, she commented that would explain why they only see the yellow flames in the morning time. I informed the customer that they can open the back door for 15 minutes and that will help eliminate the yellow flames. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for oven cycle on and off after it reaches temperature. On inspection turn the oven on to 425?, once the oven reached set temperature it would cycle on and off ever 30 to 90 seconds. I called the WP tech line and spoke to them about the issue. They said as long as it reaches temperature it is working. It would range from 430? down to 410? it was off by 5?. Customer said that was fine that was only 5? off. We looked for the manual to see if could calibrate the unit. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived for freezer being warm. On inspection the freezer was 31? the RC was 45?. I gain access to the fc evap tested the thermal and it read it was 9? 17k. I forced the heater on and it defrosted the frost on the evap. The heater is working but it look like it was not coming on when it was supposed to. Replaced the control board and informed the customer that if it is going to fail it will be in about 2 weeks. They will if it stops working.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the bottom of the fridge was completely covered in ice. Had to steam the ice to remove the filter housing. Installed the filter housing and saw that the drain was iced over removed the ice and it draining now. Removed the evap cover and replaced the evap cover. Informed the customer to give the 24 hours before adding hot items to the unit. No water leak were detected during service.

Cleared the code and manually tested the dr pump,and it failed to come on. I unplugged the unit and tilted it back and found the harness to the drain pump was broken. Due to the possibility of the main control being shorted, I was granted authorization to replace the main control, drain pump and lower harness. I removed and replaced the main control and harness and tested the drain pump. Unit began to drain as designed. I calibrated the unit and retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer I have a floor skid that helps to move the appliance without scratching the floor but they still declined. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit sometimes wont even power on and will just lock the door and then say that the cycle is complete. Did confirm the customers complaint, and did not find the motor attempting to spin When starting a cycle. Checked underneath and found all connections were good. Checked at the control and checked resistance through the shifter and the motor. Found both to be within range. After reassembling in testing again, found the machine spin and began to work and operate. Found the machine stop working, and then would not attempt to spin again. I advise the customer that because the unit was working and it stopped working after vibrating, the issue most likely would be with the harness, but wanted to return with the control as well. "Arrived on site for a wine cooler. That is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit stopped pulling all together and has not attempted to cool at all. Found the unit on but the compressor not running when I first got here. When the compressor did kick on and measured 10 pressure and found 80 psi on the high side and low side, stuck in a -20 vacuum. Checked for any leaks, and could not detect any leaks present in the compressor area. "Arrived onsite for blown thermal fuse. Verified issue and verified good airflow and the heater is not grounded and the cycling thermostat is working. Completed repair and tested, all checks good.

"JGP932SEC2SS Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the failed igniter and installed the replacement. Testing revealed the ignition issue was corrected. Operational test good.

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the issue was due to the RC drip pan warping, causing water to spill out on the right side. I corrected the issue via shim and inspected the rest of the chassis. The drain tube was drooping and required correction. The unit was tilted forward at the top and required chassis level, squaring and door matching. I found two spots on the back of the unit where condensate was forming from the internal system tubing and informed the customer of my findings and importance. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"WTW5105HW0 Arrived to inspect squeal from washer. I verified the issue occurred during spin operations and inspected. I found the belt was worn and the cause of the noise. I removed and replaced the belt and tested, after recalibrating the machine. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is leaking water daily. Found freezer floor covered in ice due to defrost water leaking from clogged drain. Removed drain and removed obstructions. Steamed out drain and ice. Verified good drainage.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that made a melted plastic smell. The customer showed me the element was completely warped out of shape and stated the unit was not cleaning the dishes well. I found the heater open and misshaped. I replaced the heater and tested the machine. I did find a crack in the elbow for the utensil sprayer and the customer is going to replace it themselves. Everything else is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. I found the temps good and the icemaker mold dry. I forced a harvest and the motor didnt turn. I tested voltage at the icemaker and only had 17VAC. I tested voltage at the molex connector next to the icemaker and still had 17VAC. I tested voltage out of the control at P3-3 to neutral and had 123VAC. This means the L1 wire from the control to the icemaker is coming apart in the chassis

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying. Test unit and found clogged drain hose. Cleared drain hose test unit and unit test good job complete.

Informed the company that the filter may need to be replaced due to the o rings might have been damaged from the old housing. No water leaks at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection the lid latch was OL when ohmed out. Replaced the lid latch and test the unit in diagnostics mode. It ran the whole diagnostics test. The washer is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the isolation valve and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"KCED606GBL01 Arrived to inspect leaking from bottom of unit. I found the air plenum, directly below the cooktop, was leaking oil. I advised the customer this can happen in certain circumstances and that plugging or sealing the affected areas may cause pooling of moisture. I recommended placing a catchment container directly under the unit and occasionally cleaning it out, as needed. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was making noise when fan was running. Tested unit and confirmed rattling noise coming from convect fan motor. Found bearings on motor failed and shaft was loose and vibrating. Replaced motor and tested unit. Verified proper operation and no noise present.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found basket is wobbly, attempted to remove wash plate to inspect hub and it is seized, also inspected blower assembly and found gear case is leaking oil. Washer would need a complete rebuild

"Arrived onsite for washer its LE error. On inspection I gain access to the back and pulled the cover. Tested the hall sensor and it was 15 ohms, it was within its specs. Gain and to the pump and it ohm out at 14 ohms it to was within its specs. The strainer was half clogged, I clean it out and reassembled the unit. I tested and it was running as designed. I informed the customer that the hall sensor was at the top of it specs that if we get the error back we will need to replace the sensor. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with no power to elements or oven, unit dead. Examined terminal block and found wires severed / burnt in the harness, causing the failure. Found L1 wires weren't tight, likely arcing. Replaced main harness and tested unit. Confirmed all functions working as designed.

"Arrived on site for cooling issue in freezer. Per customer freezer warms up if customer pulls unit away from wall unit will cool correctly,removed compressor cover fan running,cleaned side vent to allow better air flow in compressor compartment.

JDRP436HL00 Arrived to inspect no bake function. I could hear a high pitched and variable squeal from the UI and I removed and replaced. The issue was corrected and the unit heated and operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service. /

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found outlet dishwasher plugged into had no power. Reset breaker multiple times and was finally able to get voltage to dishwasher. Showed customer unit now working as designed. No issues with dishwasher. Advised customer if issue persists to correct faulty breaker.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Cycled power by turning breaker in and off. Tested unit to 350 with no issues. Advised if issue persists, replace faulty breaker. Breaker is not a gfci/afci. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and fans operating but could not hear the compressor. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector (photo) and tested the compressor and found it would not start up. Using my tester inverter board, I retested the compressor and still nothing. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 4.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in test 4. Pressures were good and the unit was beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended the customer allow the unit 48 hours to cool completely."
