Arrived on site for a washing machine is not drying in cold water and has a torn bellow. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what was happening when he was drawing in Coldwater and I found very little water flow coming from the cold inlet valve. I tested the hot water valve and found proper water pressure. I want to head and replaced the cold water valve and the bellow and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a gap in the freezer section causing frost buildup. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a gap at the upper right hand corner of the freezer door. I removed the door assembly and attempted to check the brackets. The brackets seem to be in good working condition. I went ahead and adjusted the door upward to see if the door would get a better connection. I found that with the adjustments, the fitting was better, but was still leaving a gap on the top edge of the freezer door. The issue did not appear to be a gasket issue but instead a bowed door or bracket issue. I am ordering the freezer door and brackets just in case for repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly and has an issue with the user interface. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that when they had food in the refrigerator, they found frost buildup in the freezer section near the door, and their ice was melting. We advised they remove everything from the freezer and everything seems to have come back down. However, there are unsure if there is still an issue with the unit. They also stated that the user interface temperature buttons are having a hard time activating. I did confirm the customer complaint with the user interface. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer at 4?F in the refrigerator at 37?F. I found no evidence of a defrost issue of any kind. I did explain to the customer that it would appear that door may have not been fully shut, causing their issue. I went ahead and replaced the user interface. I did tell the customer that because the unit is cooling and operating, I could find no failure with the refrigerator itself. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a range that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just moved in and when they went to use the bake feature, the unit shut off within several minutes and has not powered back on. I asked the customer if they had reset the breaker and she advised that she thought she had. I checked the outside breaker and found the breaker had tripped. I turned the breaker back on and unplugged the unit from the wall. I removed the ground wire and spoke to PR. He advised to run the unit up to 500?F on a bake cycle and then reattach the ground wire and have the customer run the oven at 500?F for two hours to dry out the elements. I went ahead and ran the oven up to 500?F and unplugged the unit. I reattached the ground wire and ran the unit back up to 500?F. I instructed the customer to keep the unit on for two hours to ensure the elements dry out properly. I found the unit working and operating as designed, and did advise the customer that if they had any further issue past this, the issue would most likely be with the breaker and to contact their contractor about replacing the breaker. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker fill tube not attached. Upon further inspection, I found no fill tube extension on the fill tube coming in through the back of the unit. Installed an extension and tested the ice maker and found no water coming into the ice maker tray and found water on the floor. Pulled the unit out and found the fill tube, at the back of the unit, that goes from the valve to the ice maker had been cut. I am ordering the fill tubing and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit just stays in the drain and will not advance through the cycles. I did confirm the customers complaint upon him switching the breaker back on. I canceled out the cycle and round the unit into diagnostics. I found an F1 E1 (main control failure), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I gained access to the control and check resistance through to the drain pump. I found the drain pump showing open. I checked resistance to the shifter and found it open as well. Checked underneath the unit and found both the shifter and the drain pump within range, indicating a harness issue. I went to replace the lower harness and found the one sent with me was the incorrect part. I spoke to the parts department and was told it would be re-ordered. I rescheduled the customer to 8/6. No parts were installed. ; schdld next appmnt for 8/6 TUE !"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making weird noises and will not speed. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not make it through the cycles and makes awkward noises as its working. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed until it went to the spin portion of the cycle. I found the motor spinning, but the basket skipping on the driveshaft, indicating a failed of assembly. I went to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on the driveshaft. I went ahead and broke the agitator and removed the screws for the hub assembly. Are used a crowbar and a flat head screwdriver and attempted to pry the hub assembly up. I found that I was able to remove the agitator spline from the driveshaft. Ordering the agitator and the hub assembly and rescheduled the customer to 8/2. Arrived on site for ice maker not producing ice. On inspection found that ice maker was good. Gain access to the water valve and it tested good. Dropped the ice maker down and found the inlet fill tube frozen over. Defrost the tube and now it fills the tray with water. Arrived on site for dryer not heating. On inspection found no voltage across L1 & L2. I pulled the plug out partially and got 248 across L1 & L2 now. I tested again at the terminal block and now I have 248 vac. I turn unit on and I is heating now. Informed the customer and he is going to ge the maintenance man to install a new outlet. No parts were installed.

"WDT750SAKZ2 Arrived to inject blinking numbers. I found the unit would constantly blink F6E1, with other segments phantom illuminated. I removed the UI and inspected and found several traces that had corroded. Replacing the UI, the unit regained all normal functions. The vent was incorrectly mounted and the lines left in the sealing surface showed it was not matching with the outer vent, possibly allowing excessive moisture into the inner door area. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for previous diagnosis parts. Installed new suspension and now it take an effort to push the basket to the ground. The gap from the basket to the lid is half of what it was with the new suspension.W10780045

Arrived on site to test unit for smell coming from unit. Test unit and found dirty filter and drain hose had no loop on it. Removed filter and cleaned filter. Advised customer about drain hose needing to be in a loop and to clean unit with white vinegar and some kind of lemon shine. Job complete
