"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a light out in the refrigerator section, has ice that wont drop out of the shoot occasionally, and its freezing items in the refrigerator section near the vent. Inspected unit and work area. Noticed that the customer had the refrigerator completely full And overstocked. Explain to the customer the most likely issue with food freezing in the refrigerator section was due to food placement and lack of airflow inside the refrigerator section. Advise that everything in front of the van freezes but I explained that most of those items that were freezing were blocking the airflow of the incoming freezer temperature air. Did confirm a light out in the refrigerator section on the module so replace the module. Tested the ice dispenser in the unit began to dispense ice as designed. The customer stated that they dont really have too big of an issue with the ice dispenser clogging up in the chute but it does happen from time to time. I did explain to the customer that that can be due to ice clumping and or normal use due to the design of the chute. Customer is aware and advised that he is not as concerned with that issue. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a banging sound when it spins and its not completing every cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes the unit vanishes and completes the cycle but other times when they run it the clothes or load in the washer is still wet. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer requested that we run a cycle through a drain and spin so they could show me what happens. Ran a load of jeans and got the jeans wet. Then ran the unit through a drain in span and found the unit working and operating as designed. The banging sound that they were hearing was the drain hose hitting the back wall during the spin. The unit completed the drain and spin and is working as designed. Advise the customer that the only reason They would have wet clothes at the end of the cycle is if they had an issue with the unit which the unit wouldve recorded or if it were an out of balance issue. Tested the unit and diagnostics and found the agitator being the only thing that spun in a high speed spin. Ran the unit through diagnostic error codes and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure). Checked in at the unit and found the slider broken. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to have problems testing individual components. Once I was finally able to test individual components, found the unit having a hard time shifting again. JM: Arrived onsite to inspect microwave not powering on. I found that the top receptacle in the double wall outlet for the microwave was damaged and when I pressed the microwave cable to the right the microwave came back on. I switched the power cable to the lower receptacle in the outlet and the microwave came back on and began operating as designed. I tested this new receptacle multiple times to confirm that this new receptacle was good. Advised CX that she needed to have the outlet fixed or she could just use this other receptacle. Operational test good. Call complete.

The customer advised that the microwave outlet is connected to a GFCI outlet on another wall where the small toaster was plugged in and the outlet green light was on as was the toaster. I advised that the microwave must be on a dedicated breaker and the customer advised that their electrician advised them that due to the age of the home, the unit did not need to be on a dedicated circuit. I recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlets and once the issue is corrected and they continue to have issues with the microwave, to call in for service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is freezing item. Upon arrival I gained access to the evaporator found an ice ball in the upper right corner covering the thermostat and tested thermistor founded reading in spaces. I left unit running for about 30 minutes and defrost pattern did not go past the suction line and then get access to the compressor running pulling .76 Amps. I unplug the unit and plugged it in again and on start up the compressor pulled 10 A and then shut off I did this about three times and then eventually the compressor started running again pulling the same .76amps. JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator freezer freezing up. I found that a layer of frost had built up on the left freezer rail. I checked on how the freezer door was closing and found a quarter inch gap on the left side of the door. I defrosted the freezer compartment and found that the lower freezer bin was not seated correctly. I tested the defrost heater on the unit and it was operating as designed. Frost build up was due to freezer door not closing all the way because the lower bin was not seated properly. Adjusted bin and tested door. Arrived on site to test unit for RC door squeaking and crisper drawer warped. Applied grease to door and noise was significantly better but customer currently has construction going on and unable to properly hear. Needing new crisper drawer and trim piece. Will further assess door squeak on return visit. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WPW10292504 (Crisper pan) and 1 W11214890 (Handle trim)

Arrived onsite for SAFETY Whpl Mw tripping breaker . Upon arrival customer stated that they had an electrician check breaker. Electrician found burnt wire at breaker and replaced wiring and breaker. I tested unit 3 times by heating cup of water . Unit operated correctly. Customer asked to heat a plate of food for 3 minutes. Unit heated correctly. Contacted SAFTEY TEAM and determined that the breaker was the issue.

"Arrived onsite for Both Compartments are Not Cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit and is hot in both boxes. Inspected compressor and there is no power to compressor. Got 120 from control to inverter. Check windings on compressor and all three are 6.7 ohms. Need to replace inverter to be able to test sealed system.Replaced inverter and test unit. Compressor now operates and evaporator is frosting. Customer will monitor unit for next 48 hours. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for cooktop on and cooktop warm lights nots going away. Found RF infinite switch was the issue. Replaced switch, unit working as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit sparking. Test unit and found bad diode. replaced diode test unit and unit heating correctly job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found standing water in tub. Set washer into a drain and spin and water is not being removed. Removed water with vacuum, And replaced drain pump and it will now remove water properly. "

"Arrived on site for ice maker not making ice . Ran diagnostics all checked normal. Ran normal cycle unit made two batches of ice . Recommended no repair at this time .

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has dim lights in the refrigerator and freezer sections and is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the both customer complaints and found the unit had a service pointer for the light module (W11460554 - special project S191AQ). Attempted to remove the freezer module but found the connector piece formed into the cabinet. Spliced off the wires off the existing module and replaced the module with a new module. Found the light began to illuminate inside the freezer and refrigerator section. Tested the unit and diagnostics on the icemaker and found all tests pass except the icemaker error codes test. It registered an E5 (timed ice making) indicating a motor or thermistor issue. The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit and diagnostics. Everything began to work and operate as designed.
