"Arrive on-site for a refrigerator that is making aloud rattling noise in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the noise generally happens and if he opens the door, the noise will sometimes stop. He also stated that the noise doesn't happen all the time. I opened up the freezer section and did hear an audible.Noise coming from the evaporator fan. I pushed in on the back cover and found the noise present and stop when I would push in and take my hand off. I took off the bat cover and touched the bottom of evaporator fan when it was in use. I found the noise stop. I went ahead and replaced the evaporator fan and blade and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. Arrived onsite for unit popping at bottom of Rh door upon arrival customer stated the unit door pops when open all the way replaced stop W11037957 rc bottom hinge W11292872 tested. Unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door flying open. Upon further inspection, I tested the door and found that when it's opened at approximately four inches wide, the door will then continue to open all the way. I pulled the unit out and found the hinge springs at the furthest mount and electeicpa tape on the friction pads. Since there have been several service calls for this same issue of the door falling open, I contacted techline and spoke to Jeremy and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and my findings today. Jeremy advised that the pads and springs should be replaced and explain to the customer that the friction pads are designed to keep the door open no more than 4 inches from the tub, at which point, they can give and the door will fall open. Jeremy provided SR#7741322714. I removed and replaced the spring and pad that were prescreened for today and 1 spring and 1 pad from van stock and tested operations. The door is holding open at approximately four inches as designed (photo). I recommended the customer contact Whirlpool and provide the SR number if the door still does not operate to their satisfaction. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is unlevel and has damage done to it. Inspected unit and work area. Upon visual inspection, I found no damage done to the refrigerator. The customer advised that the doors and door handles don't seem to match up properly. I found the doors matching properly, but the handles not matching. I asked the customer if she would likely to adjust the handles and she advised that and she still has the same issue with the rollers and that she does not want to have a refrigerator that she has to adjust the feet when she wants to pull the unit out. I went to add and pulled the feet up so as to allow the unit to sit on the rollers. I found the unit began to continue for half a mile.Be uneven on the doors indicating a flooring issue. I advised the customer that putting down the feet well allowed the refrigerator to level itself out. The customer contacted Home Depot, whom she bought it from, and I spoke to one of their representatives. She advised that she worked in the claims department with home depot, and that the customer had put in their complaint within 48 hours of delivery and would be exchanging the unit. She advised that she would work with the customer to find a refrigerator that better suited the customer's needs. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jonathan SR# 7741326818. He advised that based on the photo sent over to him and the information provided, there would be I thing we could do to satisfy the customers' wishes for adjustable rollers. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised another service company has serviced the unit several times and have replaced all 'moving' parts and the unit continues to not cool. Upon arrival, I could hear the unit making a gurgling noise at the back of the unit. I gained access to the RC evaporator and found ice across the top of the evaporator and no frost pattern amongst the coils and I could hear the gurgling noise even louder with the RC evaporator exposed. When removing the RC evap cover, I found some of the styrofoam insulation was broken and creating an air gap and the broken styrofoam was collecting in the evap drain pan. I removed the debris and then placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the cooling system in test 40. At this point I gained access to the FC evaporator and found very little frost/ice on the evaporator and no frost pattern on the coils. I didn't hear the gurgling noise while testing, but it started again once the test was completed. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and found it hot to touch. Also found rust on the tubing of the condenser where it rests in the evaporating pan. I tested all fans in diagnostics and they're all functioning properly. I found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair, along with the door gasket, RC evap cover and control kit. I am ordering the right RC door gasket, condenser coils, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION FOR PARTS-CONTROL KIT, DOOR GASKET, RC EVAP COVER. I recommended the customer unplug the unit until repairs are made to prevent any further damage to the unit. No water leaks observed during service; ordrng 1 W11548259 (Condenser) and 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket) and 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION OF PARTS) and 1 CNOTE (3 HOUR JOB)"

Arrived on-site for oven not coming on. Found that the oven has power but the screen is completely blank. Couldn't access any diagnostics. I installed the control(w11261167) and tested unit. Both upper and lower are heating as designed.

Test mode confirmed compressor and fans work. Replaced main control. Verified operarion. Call complete.

Arrived on site for unit having gas smell. Found possible air gap between burner heads. Replaced burner heads and tested no present of gas smell detected at this time. Monitored unit for 15 minutes checked bake and broil. Looked behind unit at shut but again no signs of gas leak at this time. Customer will monitor if called back out send tech with gas detector

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no operation. I confirmed unit was getting correct voltage. I checked the control and found the control to be getting voltage but not sending out voltage. Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining. I found the unit to drain with the pressure line off and canceling the drain. Drain will kick back on after canceling indicating the water pressure sensor on the control has failed. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Arrived on site for walloven microwave combo showing f8e0 on display when oven was used. On arrival verified voltage and hardwire were correct. Unit had a low cooling fan speed failure due to cooling fan harness not being fully locked into place. Locked harness together and found oven working as designed. No parts installed call complete

Arrived onsite for washer not draining. I found the drain pump to show continuity from the harness on the control. Customer stated she was able to get the washer to drain but it won't complete cycles and she doesn't hear the door lock. I ran diagnostic test and it completed the test. I checked the latch from the control and found it to show resistance but no continuity. Intermittently the door latch has failed and needs replacement. However spray arm might not be dispensing water properly getting top rack clean. Need to repair missingroller stoper. Customer agreed to wipping tee residue out of cup. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after previous repair, they attempted to do a wash cycle and the unit began to do the same thing as before when the drain pump would turn on and wouldn't stop until they unplugged the unit. I tilted the unit back and inspected the harness below then placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain issue. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I found when the unit would drain the water out, it would stop and show the error code again for drain failure. I cleared the code and then calibrated the unit and retested. Unit operated as designed. I tested three more tines in diagnostics and each time the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Power is good at the tblock and amp draw is 16 at max. Advised the customer that the more they used it , the better it will get."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher stopping mid cycle. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would finish the wash cycle and the drain pump would intermittently turn on after the cycle was completed. I inspected the interior of the tub and found rust on the element (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Due to the error code, i disassembled the unit door to gain access to the main control/UI assembly and found a large amount of moisture built up on the inside of the outer door panel (photo). I found the vent has failed and is not venting the steam out properly. I removed and replaced the control, vent, and element and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on-site for a washing machine that is making squealing noises when the unit is spinning and has a door that is hard to open. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that normal load seemed to work fine with the unit, but bulkier loads sound like a belt is stripping. I gained access to the back and found the idler. Pulley. In good shape, but did find the belt loose causing the issue. I replaced the belt and found the door hinge, causing the door issue. I replaced the door hinge and ran the unit through diagnostic testing. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WP8183202 and WPW10388414."

Arrived onsite for unit constantly running drain. I confirmed when plugged in with the water pressure line off and canceling the drain unit would kick back on the drain. The water pressure sensor in the control has failed and needs to be replaced. I replaced the control and unit is now operating as designed. Call was covered per service pointer W11766193. "Arrived on site to inspect door damage issues. Upon further inspection, I found the door endcap badly damaged and broken (photo). I found the unit operating as designed as the bin is full of ice. I researched the parts needed and found I am going to have to order the endcap. Ordering the top endcap and scheduled return service for 04/1625 PM call. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11309752 (Endcap)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit tripped the breaker and they could not reset. Have not used it since. Reset breaker successfully and started a bake cycle, unit tripped the breaker after broil relay clicked. Inspected unit, found not broken wires or evidence of a short or arcing. Unit is receiving proper voltage and has correct polarity, bonding strap between N and G has been removed. Followed TSP W11490386 and replaced the control (W11707168), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603). Removed ground strap from the terminal block and started a 500? cycle for 30 minutes. After time elapsed, reconnected the ground strap back to the terminal block and began another 500? bake cycle. Monitored for an additional 10 minutes, breaker no longer trips. Burn off is complete and relays on the control have been conditioned successfully. Instructed customer to continue running a 500? bake cycle for an additional 90 minutes to ensure proper burn off. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7741295965. Advised customer if unit begins to trip the breaker again to get the breaker replaced. If issue still persists after breaker was replaced, call Whirlpool for further instruction. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice. Upon arrival customer stated ice does not dispense and container cannot be removed. Tested unit, found motor is engaging but ice is not dispensing. Removed ice container successfully and inspected impeller, impeller is not stripped. Suspecting ice container was not installed properly causing the auger to miss the ice bin receiver. Reinstalled the container and tested, crushed and cubed ice is now dispensing properly. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise and not heating. Upon arrival customer stated that the noise will appear in the bake cycle intermittently, and every time convect bake is used. Also stated it takes about 10 minutes to preheat. Advised that the typical preheat times will take between 14-18 minutes, 10 minute preheat is within range. Engaged convection fan, heard what sounded like that motor seizing. The longer it ran the louder it got. Replaced convection motor and blade (W10860984) and tested unit, noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for buttons not functioning. Upon arrival customer stated the lights will illuminate but buttons dont react to input. Applied power to the unit, more than half of the lights illuminated and would not shut off. Tested buttons and found no reaction from any input. Split door and found no moisture in the unit. "Arrived on site for unit not cooling. Upon arrival, customer stated cooling again. Unit continued to stay cool during the time of requesting service request to the day of service. Customer also mentioned unit made an abnormal noise when unit stopped cooling. Proceeded to check box temp and read 51F and dropping. Checked evaporator line temp and read 10F and dropping. Found dial thermostat to have shut cooling system down when turning to warmest setting. Continued to check condenser coil and found dog hair. Cleaned all hair and debris from coils. Retested and now unit is functioning as designed. Advised customer to video record noise if issue occurs again. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

Arrived on site for unit keeps blowing fuse. Called SW for assistance ran multiple test and verified issue. Door switches are the cause of fuse blowing everytime. Replaced fuse unit turned on but as soon as I opened door fuse blew immediately. Ordering parts office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11252186 (Upper interlock assembly) and 1 W11252187 (Lower interlock) and 1 W11707984 (Fuse)

"Arrived on site for a nice machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they've been noticing it leaking from the bottom side of the inlet valve, which is what was replaced back in October by another company. She advised that she was not sure whether or not it had been leaking since the previous repair or not.Because they have been in and out of the house. I gained access to the inlet valve and found water residue underneath the valve assembly. I went to replace the inlet valve and found one of the tubes had been stretched up, causing the leak. I replaced the inlet tube and valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for error f2e1(stuck ui). Was unable to do anything without error interrupting. Verified with claims unit had an additional 1yr warranty. Replaced console(W11598136) and verified both top and bottom ovens heating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E4-lower spray arm error and F3E3-failed calibration. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Spoke with previous tech on previous error codes they found and they found F2E1-stuck key. Customer advised the unit gets locked out intermittently. Due to the previous error code and the customer continuing to have issues with the control panel, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11114745"

Arrived on site for frosting in freezer. Fridge gasket not seated properly causing gap between gasket and cabinet causing warm air migration to enter unit causing freezing moisture. Adjusted gasket to close properly. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. No parts used job completed. No leaks present at this time. No one on site for signature

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit made ice for 1 day and then completely quit again. She advised that she did not hear water running through it, but could he seemingly hear the ice maker trying to make ice. I did confirm that the ice maker was completely dry. I gained access to the fill tube and found it frozen. I went ahead and replaced the fill tube heater and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and checked all components. I found the icebox fan, not turn on during testing. I've gained access to the iceboxfan and found it out of range, indicating a failed icebox fan. I replaced the icebox, fan and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit through all diagnostic testing and found all components working and operating as designed. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. W11087201 and W10846539."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just completely stopped heating and her dishes do not come out hot at the end of the cycle. I found the heater was in good condition and was not broken but found the float switch was stuck in an open state. I ran the internet through diagnostics and found an F7nE1 (heater disabled) and F6 E4 (float switch open) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed, including the heater coming on, at the end of the cycle. I did advise the customer that it appeared that either she had too many suds in the unit, or something got stuck underneath the float switch at some point. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed. Call complete."
