Upon inspection I attempted to put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found that every time I did do you I would go blank and then the water dispenser will start dispensing water on its own. I called the tech line and told him what was going on and then I was advised to use a different method of testing the icemaker because I was using the wrong button props so I followed the advice of Anthony and I was able to get the icemaker to harvest and fill with water after all this it turns out that the ice maker was just turned to the off position on account icemaker was just accidentallyIce. box at 13* Anthonym sr#7734623745. Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was turned off. I turned it back on and monitored the evap (fan was running and the heater tested good too)and found no pattern appearing after 10mins. I check the compressor and found that it was not running(the condenser fan was running)I checked if the compressor was still good by using a known good start device to test it and found that it kicked on and ran Steadily. I monitored the evap again fro 10mins and found that there was a good frost pattern this time. I installed new start device and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Replaced the refrigerator evaporator motor assembly, shims, drip tray, and controls and found the new drip pan bowing in the center due to the refrigerator liner being warped on the right center of the drip tray area. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7734614473. I sent them some photos of the liner and question and asked if there was anything we could do to further issues He advised that based on the bows in the refrigerator liner under the drip tray and that shims were not removing the bow in the drip tray, he would send the unit case to review. He advised that whirlpool will be in contact with us with the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

I shaved off the imperfection and replaced the icemaker due to a failure to twist all cubes out of the tray as well. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."

FC and RC temps were correct. All air flow motors working. Tried to fill ice maker but water did not reach ice maker. Found fill tube was obstructed. Removed water line and ran test on valve. Valve opening and closing as designed. Removed obstruction and ice maker filled properly. Found water pressure at 78psi. Spoke with CS and adjusted temps to recommended 3degrees in FC and 37 in RC. Advised customer to monitor. If issue persists recommend main single inlet valve, pressure regulator and fill tube heater. No leaks detected. Job complete."

I replaced the UI and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit three diagnostics. Found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested the valves and found both hot and cold water valves working properly. Checked the drain and found the PVC pipe the customer has this draining into is approximately 8 inches to a foot off the ground. I explain to the customer that the reasoning why theyre having this issue is because as the unit is filling past 1/3rd to half the way up the tub, it is siphoning out of the drain due to the water pressure inside of the washer. Advised the customer to get an extension for the drain pipe and to keep it at least 36 inches off the ground. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Checked for gas leaks with electronic sniffer at all4 cooktop burners as well as oven . No leaks were present. Pulled unit from wall to check supply hose,connectors and valve. Sniffer Found leak coming from valve area. Used bubble leak detector to pinpoint leak. Found leak at tubing connector between valve and regulator. The connector was not secure. Secured tubing connector and test unit with bubble leak detector. Unit is no longer leaking. Test unit by preheating oven to 350. Unit operates as designed. Job complete"

"BT arrived on site to inspect range. I checked all gas connections with bubble leak detector and found no leaks. Further discussion with CX said leak came while using bake setting and during heavy use. I found the air shutter on bake element to be adjusted incorrectly causing a incorrect gas mixture. This also causes a loud sounding bake burner due to the very lean air/fuel mixture. I adjusted the air valve and and now the burner is quiet and efficient with no use of excess gas. After adjustment, I tested with bake and all burners running simultaneously and there was no raw gas odor. I advised the CX to always utilize the vent fan during any operation. No gas leaks detected during service."

I found the ice door not sealing correctly causing moisture to build up in the chute and ice to stick to the sides.
