Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making noise from the left side of the FC compartment. I found out from the customer that the noise is actually happening on the right side of the FC and it will last for minutes at a time. I changed the evaporator motor and added sound insulation to the capillary tube at the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and it sound normal. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has multiple problems. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit doesnt seem to wash as well as it used to, dry as well as it used to, and is making it louder than normal sounds during operation and when they first bought it. Around the unit through diagnostic testing and found all portions of the machine turning on and working as designed. The customer stated that the unit does heat, but that they dont feel like it dries as it used to. At the end of the diagnostic cycle, I did find the heater coming on. I asked the customer if they have had any issues with any cycles, not completing. He advised they have not had any cycles not finish. I spoke with claims, and was advised that there would need to be a functional issue with the unit or their warranty to cover any repairs. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is getting clothes caught around the edges and smells like something is burning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me that if he pushes it on the drum, there is some wiggle room and play. I just started to disassemble the unit and once I removed the front panel, I found that the bulkhead was, completely worn and starting to separate. See photo. I found that the interior part of the drum had been grinding on the bulkhead, seemingly for sometime because both the drum and the bulkhead showed signs of metal on metal grinding. Ordering the bulkhead and drum for repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to a special order item. Cycled power at the breaker and placed back in diagnostics showing error code F6E4-main ACU failure. Cleared the code and retested and it continued to fail. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and removed and replaced the control and retested. Same results. Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling it. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit ran just fine for about five days and then completely lost temperature. The customer had the cooling turned off. They gave access to the back and found a refrigerant leak on the Yoder loop where it meets the condenser line. I took pressures and found the unit only had five psi present on both sides. I removed the charge and pressurized the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I did find would appear to be a small pinhole leak at the weld. I went ahead and replaced the dryer and re-welded that spot and pressurize the unit up again. I found pressures hold for 20 minutes I vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi for 20 minutes and charged the unit up with 45 g of R600 refrigerant. I tested the unit and found the unit cooling and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10143759.

"WRX735SDHZ08 Arrived to install previously ordered parts. The FC was at 4 F and the RC 36. I verified no airflow from the evaporator fan assembly and inspected. The fan blade had dislodged and the neutral wire within the harness was not fully seated. After correcting both issues, the fan operated without fail in service and customer modes. I heat treated the door gasket and removed and replaced. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

The customer advised that the unit will never reach preheat when they try to bake and that it is tripping the breaker. They advised that they can use the cooktop, however. I went ahead and replaced both bake and broil elements. I detached the ground wire and activated both bake and broil elements. After both got red hot, I turned the unit onto a bake cycle at 450?F. I ran the cycle for 25 minutes and reattached the ground wire. I advise the customer to continue letting the unit bake for another two hours per management request. Arrived on site for a range. Upon arrival front left burner switch was getting stuck on the on mode per client. Part #wpw10434452 was replaced part unit is working as designed. As able to tighten handle and trim on door. Call complete

Replaced control, switch overfill inlet water and inlet nut, tested unit, unit is still raking at same location. Ordering f 2 gaskets and the inlet nut and inlet water again. Office to reschedule. Arrived on site to test unit for oven and cooktop not heating. Found L2 at wall outlet only putting out 15vac. Advised contractor voltage needs to be corrected for oven to function. Unable to test due to voltage issue. No parts replaced at this time.

Arrived on site to install 4 tub wheels to resolve cracked wheels. Replaced all 4 middle rack guide wheels and verified unit working as designed. Parts used - W11614118 x4

Arrived on site to test unit for weird noises. Found water to unit was turned off. Turned water on and unit working as designed. No parts replaced at this time. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install parts diagnosed by previous tech. Replaced 2 knobs to resolve cracking, and replaced the DSI igniter board. Found broil still wouldn't light, but spark was fine. Found buildup of some kind of food that had crusted into the orifice / elbow keeping gas from floating. Cleared out orifice and verified bake and broil light with no issues. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W11159630 x2, W11162730."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no water during delicate cycle. Upon arrival customer stated that during the cycle unit does not rinse enough. Water will pour in but miss the clothes entirely and not fill with enough water. Explained to customer how each cycle works and that each cycle gets at least 1 rinse, if more rinses are desired there is an option to do 2 rinses. You can also select a deeper fill if more water is desired. Customer will be contacting WP. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not drying. Activated diagnostic cycle, during step 4 vent fan did not engage. All other components engaged properly. Took resistance reading of the fan motor and found it reading open. Unit will need a new fan to fix issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying the clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found it heating properly on timed dry. I inspected the vent tube at the back of the unit and found the tube crushed and not allowing good airflow. Maintenance provided a new vent tube and removed and replaced the tube and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site for washer not starting. On arrival found no errors but found motor control wasnt sending voltage to motor and replaced control wpw10384849. Tested unit and found it working as designed with no leaks call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain pump error. Being as this is a new home and customer recently moved in, I first checked the disposal and found the knockout plug had not been removed. I removed the plug and cleared the error code and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."
