Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not drain and spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just moved into a new house and they were able to run the washer one time but then the next cycle I did not complete and they have not been able to get the unit to drain. I did confirm the customer complaints. Tested resistance through the drain pump and found proper resistance. I tested voltage at the drain pump and found proper voltage. Went ahead and replace the drain pump and tested the unit. Found the unit kick on and attempted drain again. Found water pressure building up inside the drain hose due to the customer having a closed drain. I asked the customer about where the unit drains off to and she advised that the o code pipe runs about 30 feet around the house and out towards the driveway. I explain to the customer that these units arent strong enough to push water out that far with a closed drain due to equalization of pressure and siphoning. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and then removed the failed compressor and drier. I installed the replacement compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed the system to microns. After 15 minutes of hold/leak time, I charged with the mfg prescribed refrigerant charge of 47g. I leak tested with fluid and no leaks were found. The prior noise was also remedied. Operational test good, no water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not cooling. I checked temperature and the RC was at 37 degrees but the FC was bouncing between 29-30 degrees never dropping below 29 degrees. I inspected the FC evaporator and found a block of ice at the cap tube on the evaporator. I checked for refrigerant leaks and found none. I checked for refrigerant leaks on the RC evaporator and found none. I found no dye in the compressor compartment other than over spray from previous work. I checked pressures in test 4 and found it appeared the system had a low charge and there is still a restriction on the FC side. I removed the refrigerant and vacuumed the system then charged it with 5.50 ozs of R134A. I ran test 4 again and found my equalized pressures at 45 where they were at 37 psi prior. I found RC pressures at 11 low and 130 high. I found my FC pressures at 7 low and 165 high. I can still hear the refrigerant struggling at the evaporator but it sounded better. I explained to the customer to monitor the FC temp. If the customer calls back and states there is still an issue we need to return with the 3 way valve and a access valve along with nitrogen to see if the issue is the valve or the capillary tube. Arrived onsite for Too Warm in Refrigerator Compartment . Upon arrival inspected unit and found sheet of ice on entire base of FC. Removed evaporator cover and found clogged drain. Up inspection I found that the unit dispensing water upon further inspection I found that the cx had a aftermarket filter in the unit that could be causing issues. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with a ice maker thats is leaking. Upon inspection I found that the water shot was not vetted up to the water fill tub properly which caused a gap that water would leak though to the back of the freezer and cause ice buildup. "Arrived onsite for washer that is at time not completely submerging the sheets in water. Upon arrival I put unit diagnostics and found no code, ran a cycle and found unit running as designed. Through conversation with customer She mentioned that a message saying check to which sometimes come when she trying to wash. Upon further inspection I found that all connections where good. I check the drain hose installation and found that it was put too far down the Stand pipe.Which could cause a restriction in water flow out of the drain holes her by allowing water to back up into the stand pipe then when the drain pump stops pumping the water left in the stand pipe drain out causing a Siphon affect on the drain hose that when freshwater enters the unit it gets sucked out causing a long fill condition. I adjusted the hose tested unit found unit operating as designed no leaks at this time."

When removing the sensor, I found the pump harness molex for the sensor badly corroded and the L1 pin missing. I tested the unit to make sure there are no leaks at the external drain pump it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and unit left turned off for safety. "Arrived onsite for a rang that has a oven light that wont turn off. Upon inspection I found good voltage at the wall polarity was good. I found no damage to the harness as far as I could see. I gained access to that latch mechanism and operated the door to check if it was actuating the latch switch and found that it was, the door latch switch would klick but nothing would happen. I suspect that the switch maybe faulty. I am ordering 1x latch assembly along this the control as the light really may be stuck in the closed position, and the ui for possible button issue. Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice properly. I found the ice bin full and the unit dispensing ice correctly. The customer stated it makes ice fine but there is ice developing around the bottom of the ice bin. Temp tested FC 2? idle. I found and cleared ice buildup on the bottom of the ice bin. Tested ice box fan and I got great air flow. I tested ice box thermistor and it passed. I checked the resistance at the control of the icebox thermistor vs the temp and it was good.. I found the dispenser ice door sealing properly. I found the inner ice door with gaps around it causing warm air leaks and the issue the customer is having. Ordering W11171728 ice door. Arrived on site for dryer intermittently shutting off at the 50 minute point when customers set unit to an hour and 10 minutes cycle in time dry only. Upon arrival confirm customer complaint but found no errors in diagnostics indicating an issue ran dryer for over 45 minutes but found no signs of shut down or failure. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I placed my gauges in the sealed system components and tested pressures. I had no pressure on the system. I connected my nitrogen tank and set it at 140psi and tested for leaks and found the pre-cooled assembly in the evaporator pan was leaking (photo) and I also found dye in the pan (photo). I checked for other leaks in the system and found none. While testing, I found the compressor would turn on for approximately 2 seconds and shut off. I am ordering the pre-cooler assembly and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB and will return with prescreened parts. Upon return, the compressor, dye drier, access valve and pre-cooler assembly all need to be replaced. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival the customer stated it is leaking from the front left and was intermittent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. Upon testing I found when opening and closing the door it would click and lean badly to the right. Upon further inspection I found the metal pin that the door hinge rests on had rusted and broke off. This was allowing the door to not close correctly and leak out of the corners. I ran a diagnostics cycle and could not replicate the leak, however, I could see signs of a leak coming from the left hand corner by the hinge. I am ordering the tub to replace. "Arrived on site to test unit for no cool, tested unit found compressor running but no frost pattern on RC or FC, hot box, used UV light and found leak in fresh food evap, deli UI failed causing damper to stay open and freezing over RC evap, recommend pumping system with nitrogen to determine if any more leaks has developed, if no then we would need compressor, RC evaporator, access valve and UV drier,

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with an oven not heating. Found ui not responding to user input and replaced control. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. Parts covered under 5yr warranty.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was that washer was making a loud noise when filling with water. Entered diagnostics mode and retrieved the following error codes. F0E2, F5E2, & F0E1. Ran service test in diagnostics and found loud noise coming from the cold water inlet valve. During diagnostic, observed the unit draining poorly with a slow drain. No error codes were present after service diagnostic cycle. Removed foreign objects from drain pump. Replaced cold water inlet valve. Tested unit in diagnostics. No error codes were present and no,loud noise was observed. No water leaks present. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for washer not draining. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the drain pump impeller broken, the customer also wanted the bellow replaced I installed the new drain pump and bellow. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Tested all parts and components and couldn't duplicate any failures at this time. Advised customer on findings and that if issue reoccurs leave unit running for diagnostic purposes. N9 repairs performed at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. Vacuumed the system and pressures held good. Installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures are good and there is a good frost pattern on the evaporator. Reassembled the unit . no water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 48 hours before placing food items inside."

BT arrived on site to instal previously diagnosed part. After replacing the control I programmed it to mfg instructions. The unit now runs as designed.

"Arrived on site for dispenser and light issues. Opened deli drawer found at certain openings deli control will power on or off diagnosed a broken wire on harness,removed harness broken black lead,installed new harness reassembled unit tested dispenser and lights unit working as designed.
