"-3 fc 35 rc. KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the machine T -3 in the FC and 35 in the RC. No gapping was found around the ice maker housing and the ice bin gasket had a better than average seal. The leveling legs were not set and the machine was tilted forward, one inch farther out at the top, than the bottom and causing the crisper drawer to constantly roll out. I corrected the chassis positioning and the RC doors required squaring and leveling. The ice maker error code test showed an E5, but no water was found in the ice mold, denoting the E5 error was, in error due to no water entering during attempted harvest modes and the control not seeing the expected temperature rise from the water fill. I found the inlet tube heater was not fully pressed into place and corrected. I tested the thermistor with a thermocouple and thermal camera, finding it within 1/2 a degree of measured and in excellent condition. I re-installed the ice maker and tested. The fill retuned and the machine operated as normal. I completed the service by power cycling the machine and verifying the error code had cleared. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for washer not turning on. On arrival found no power at outlet. Found drain pump at 20 ohms and no breaks in harness. Found motor windings at 4.9 ohms(cw/ccw). Found 20amp gfci breaker outside had tripped towards the end of the cycle. Reset breaker and found properly polarized 123vac at outlet. Replaced both controls w11675701 and w11627413. During washer cycle test I found amp draw never exceeded 8amps. Explained to customer how sensitive the gfci breakers are with rapid amp change in some appliances and to use unit to help train breaker to handle amp change. Unit works as designed with no leaks call complete

On arrival verified complaint of noise. Per previous diag checked fan and found blade was touching shroud. Unit no longer makes noise. Adjusted fan blade and reinstalled unit. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated when he starts a cycle it starts to hum and vibrate loudly. Also beeps and flashes the LED. Ran a diagnostic cycle, when drain pump kicked on customer stated that was the noise. Drain pump was vibrating louder than usual but that was due to no water in the unit and pump not primed. After water entered the unit and ran a full diagnostic cycle the drain pump engaged and sounded normal. Inspected drain pan and found sudsy water causing float switch to trip and not allow a cycle to be completed. Removed water and tested, unit is now running as designed. Explained to customer the importance of not using too much soap. Advised to switch to liquid soap in order to be able to customize the amount of soap going into the unit depending on the load sizes and soil levels. Also explained the importance of running hot water before starting a cycle. No leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Per SW filter board would need to be replaced. Will need to order part for return visit. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing sealed system repair. On arrival found no dye or leak around drier but I did find dye com8ng out of lock ring attachment on condenser coil. Removed lock and added a new sleeve then pulled vac and recharged system with 5.75oz of r134a. Tested unit and found no leaks and even frost patterns. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

I contacted the MFG tech line and advised of all prior repairs and current findings. All thermistors were re-tested via resistance and thermal camera and were well within tolerance. The tech discussed the possibility of the sealed system with me, but with the extreme low temperatures attained, it was an unlikely issue, as that would not be probable. The machine is operating as it is designed and no further adjustments or repairs can be made. "Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. I evacuated the system and disconnected the compressor. I ran nitrogen through the system and blew out oil and moisture that was in the lines, I could hear a bubbling in the evaporator. Blew out lines until the nitrogen was clean and free of oil and moisture. I installed a new dryer and compressor. I tested with 75 psi of nitrogen and found no leaks. I charged the system to spec. Started unit. Once compressor kicked on, it ran for about 3 minutes and the condenser to hot gas valve joint ruptured / split and leaked. I removed and replaced the condenser and evacuated remaining pressure. Repressurized to 75 psi and confirmed no leaks present. Charged to spec and ran system again. Found unit functioning properly. I watched the unit until I verified a good sized slab was building and the evap had a solid frost pattern. Unit working as designed at this time. Parts used - WP2313624, W11506635, W10843121, W11735041. Root cause of failure appears to be compressor failing and also pushing oil. Repair completed."

I found water leaking from the reservoir drain cap and very little water in the reservoir, which when the recirculating pump circulates the water over the evaporator, as its leaking from the reservoir cap, the amount of water is decreasing and in turn making small slabs of ice on the evap. I found the cap loose and tightened it and water stopped leaking from the reservoir. Tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the door switch, both springs and the strike and catch and tested. I found the door continues to pop open during use. I removed the door and inspected and it appears the inner door panel is warped causing a poor connection between the strike and catch. I placed my level on the front of the front panel and its not warped. With the door fully open, it appears its sagging down slightly. I am ordering the inner door panel, outer door panel, door seal, adhesive for the seal, both hinges, front panel, and latch kit and scheduled return service for 09/25/24 AM. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1-drain failure and F8E6-water hazard. I cleared the codes and manually tested the drain pump. When the pump came on, it began to drain the water from the unit but was making a loud chattering noise. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back to gain access to the components underneath the unit mainly the drain pump. Once I had it tilted back, I found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels (photo). I removed the drain hose from the drain pump and inspected inside the pump and didnt find any debris that would be causing the noise. I advised the customer of my findings. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop sparking on its own and middle burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I found that the igniters and switchers were operating as designed. The customer advised that she accidentally wet the igniters while cleaning which caused them to spark that day by themselves. Igniters are no longer shorting. I advised the customer on proper cleaning of the cooktop and to be careful not to get the electrodes wet as they may start sparking on their own. The middle burner had the wrong burner cap which caused it not to ignite properly and this is the reason the customer would smell gas when trying to ignite the middle burner. I placed the burner caps in the correct positions and tested the burners. No gas leaks observed during service. Unit is operating as designed ."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated her husband put his clothes to dry and after 30 minutes it was still damp and cold. Unit has been working fine since. Tested unit, unit is heating properly. Ran a vent test and found vent is restricted, poor airflow causing long dry times. Advised customer to get vent cleaned by a professional to return unit to optimal operation. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival spoke to the customer, customer stated they just moved in and used this unit once and it did not heat. Tested unit, verified it is not heating. Removed from panel and ran a cycle, found glow igniter working properly, heard a click from the valve but no gas was being supplied. Tried switching the gas ball valve both directions, still no gas being supplied. Removed yellow gas line from the dryer and turned the valve on, no gas is being supplied causing unit to not ignite and not heat. Called customer and informed her of what I found. Advised to contact builder so they can come and take a look at why the dryer gas line is not being supplied, may be another shutoff somewhere in the house that is turned off. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Inspected all burners and oven burner and unit is burning correctly so little to no combustion (yellow/orange flame tips). Inspected air shutter and found to be at factory position. Closed it off about 20% and still did not fully resolve issue. Stated to customer this is an entry level unit and gas leaks more often compared to other models. Customer is concerned this is a health hazard. Suggested to replace unit entirely with a different model that is a non entry and more stable. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning/agitating. I confirmed washer would not spin or agitate.i got under the unit and found the belt had slipped off the gearcase and sitting on the floor. I re attached the belt and cover as the belt was not damaged. The belt is now sitting firmly on the motor and gearcase and will no longer slip. I tested the unit and is now operating as designed. No water leaks present at time of service e. No error codes present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. I found water leaking into the refrigerator compartment. Upon further inspection I found a huge gap on the left bottom gasket and gaps along the bottom and bottom right of the gasket. I took a spacer off the hinge so the door would close correctly and I reshaped the gasket so it would seal properly. I informed the leasing office that the customer will need to leave the door shut for 3-4 hours so the gasket can cool down and keep it's shape. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer lid not locking. I found out the latch wasn't locking not allowing the washer to continue in cycles. I replaced the latch and unit will now complete cycles with no issue. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11513248 latch.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint. I gained access to the drain hose and removed the water. I checked the drain pump and did not find any obstructions inside the drain pump. I went ahead and replace the drain pump assembly and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a microwave that is not turning on the vent. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit vent has never worked since they bought it and that this is brand new. I tested the unit and confirmed the fan motor would not turn on. I gained access to the fan assembly and found that the connector had not been properly connected. I connected the fan motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that is quitting after running for five minutes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theres still water inside of the dishwasher and that it will not drain. The customer stated that this unit was installed two weeks ago. I attempted to drain the unit and found the pump running, but no water draining in the sink. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found that the knockout punch had not been knocked through. I asked the customer if they recently changed the garbage disposal and she advised that her installers told her she needed to install one for them to install the dishwasher. I knocked through the knockout punch and tested the unit. I found the unit draining. I tested the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the unit filling, recirculating, and draining as designed without quitting after five minutes. The unit is now working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for an oven that has an air fryer that wont work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that everything works but when they try to run the air fry setting, it makes a really loud noise. I tested the unit and confirmed the noise coming from the convection fan blade. I gained access to the convection fan and found that the blade was bent, causing it to rub against the front cover. I reshaped the fan blade and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit for 10 minutes with the convection fan coming on and off and could not replicate the sound again. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."
