I ran a rinse and spin and measured voltage going through both cold valves simultaneously to fill the fabric dispenser. However, the valves did not produce enough pressure to fully fill softener tray. I called techline to confirm, and techline confirmed that the cold dual valve is the issue. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran component activation, and replicated the noise by running the cooling fan. The cooling fan was causing a lot of noise. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the ice dispenser motor and ice container. When I removed the motor, I found a clumping of ice inside the motor that wasn't allowing the shaft to seat properly and wasn't turning the auger inside the container to dispense ice. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section warm and the FC section cool. I found a large amount of frost on the FC evap cover. I was able to remove the cover and gained access to the evaporator and its components. I tested the defrost thermistor while engulfed in ice and found it reading 3.43 kohms which is equivalent to 67 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics andntested the thermistor and found the UI showing the thermistor to be bad. I tested the defrost element and found it not energizing. When I went to test voltage at the molex connectors of the element, I found the brown wire not fully seated in the molex connector and corrected it. I found 120V at the element and once I reconnected the harness, the element began to defrost the ice/frost. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost and removed and replaced the defrost thermistor (W10384183) from my van stock. Cleaned up the water from defrosting and reassembled the unit. Recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10384183-van stock"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise they were hearing before has returned and they believe it to be the compressor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 4 and could not duplicate the noise. Once I raised the leveling feet, the unit made a rattling noise and stopped. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the compressor. With the compressor testing in test 4, I moved the condenser lines to the compressor and the unit began to make a loud rattling/vibrating noise and the customer identified the noise as the noise they've been hearing. I found the condenser resting on the chassis and when the compressor turns on and the refrigerant begins to flow, the condenser is vibrating against the chassis. I adjusted the condenser and placed sealer pads in between the condenser and chassis to absorb the vibration. Also adjusted the condenser lines into the compressor and placed noise reducing pads in the lines. Placed the unit back in its space and leveled the unit and retested the compressor in diagnostics test 4 and the unit is operating as designed. No further abnormal noises. NED4655EW Arrived on site for a dryer not turning. On arrival I verified issue and client also said timer wasing moving when drying. I replaced timer and thermal fuse. Tested product and now it's working as its designed. Ventilation to clients home was very bad I recommend client to contact someone to clean his ventilation .

MEDB835DW4 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival I heard dryer but it sounded good I ran diagnostic and found error code F4E4 . Information given was bad breaker to home I unplugged dryer and waited a little bit to reset . I plugged back in and tested again product is working as its designed no parts used . I recommend client to contact landlord to change out the breaker if it happens again.
