Showed customer and per per service pointer W10608624 hose should be about 4 1/2 into drain pipe to prevent siphoning. Secure drain hose and found customer was using two caps full of soap when washing. Advised customer on proper amount of soap to use especially since unit has soft water. Advised to run clean cycles to remove excessive soap build up. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for grease behind vent hood. On inspection the grease is getting behind the vent hood during cooking. Check to make sure that the grease was not coming from the elbow in the vent tub. The grease runs the whole vent hood but majority of the grease is in the center to the right of the vent hood. Talked with the CX in discussed with him to seal between the wall and the vent to prevent grease and oil from rising up between the vent hood and wall. CX asked me to leave the vent hood apart so he could clean behind the hood vent and seal the gap.

I spoke to the builder and advised of the situation who advised that they may have been the ones to install the unit and not the manufacturer installer, but wasnt sure. I advised the customer that the builder should be in contact with them soon. Job completed."

Found the high side above 160 psi in the low side at -7 psi. Equalize pressure and pressures equalized at 35 psi on both sides. Spoke to CS and was advised to vacuum down the unit and recharge the unit due to no issues with leaks. Ran the unit under a vacuum for 20 minutes and found pressures holding. Charged up the system and found the system cooling and operating as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days. Call complete.

Unit shares a circuit with the vent hood as well. Checked outlets and found both outlets testing good. Ran cooktop and vent hood both several times on all settings and max power drain, and breaker does not trip. Advised customer to have an electrician come out and check the breaker and wiring, could not find faults in the appliances. Appliances would cause breaker to trip when in use, not when idle. We found serval pods that were broken underneath the unit that was adding to the unit walking. The pods were clean up to help keep,the unit from moving. No leaks observed during service

The customer advised that the unit stopped making ice and began forming an ice clump on top of the evaporator plate. After unplugging it for a few days, they attempted to run the unit again and found the unit would not cool at all. The unit will just recycle water over the evaporator plate and will not make any ice. Checked the evaporator plate and found no frost pattern on the evaporator plate at all when the customer had started a cycle prior to my arrival. Found the entire cabinet hot and water temperature was room temperature. When I turned off the unit, I heard a hiss coming from the evaporator indicating a leak.

Upon further inspection, I found the freezer section warm and the fresh foods section cooling but not where it should be temp wise. I found no frost pattern on the FC evaporator and the RC evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. Also found the coils dirty and customer cleaned them. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 4 and the unit continued to fail. I tested the compressor and it is ramping up in speed. I found the RC evap drip pan badly warped, as well. The deli control was on and the harness was good. I advised the customer of the issues weve been finding with this and another model and had the customer read the disclaimer provided by management. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
