Found that the doors seem to slant from right to left and raising the door up would close better. Added truck stock washers WP489467. Raised door slightly but still gapped on left corner. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Chris. Sr#7735900926. Recorded adding a shim to rear right to level cabinet. Tried but did not correct the issue. Frost pattern developing. Noticed that unit had lots of residual water in the drip pan and the inner freezer compartment floor. Looks to be a defrost issue. Ran diagnostics and forced heater. Tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield, pulley and belt (photos). I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit. "Arrived onsite for a dryer that runs but will not heat. I found error codes 10, 6, & 2 but I found no issues with with these errors just no heat. I found voltage leaving both relays at the control. I accessed the heater and found the L2 wire burned off the terminal at the heater. The heater was still good. I removed the terminal and cut off part of the wire that had gotten hot and added a high temp terminal on the wire. I reconnected, reassembled the dryer and tested. The dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

The bellow drain was badly plugged and I removed the debris and verified operation. The dispenser had two plugged siphon tubes for laundry product and I cleared them as well. Three additional tests within service test mode showed all functions present and there were no further breaker tripping incidents. No leaks observed during service."

"LFXS26973D/01 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the issue was due to the lower ice maker fill valve not closing completely and leaking into the ice maker, which in turn froze the fill tube. This caused the chase for the fill tube to freeze at outlet end, filling the chase and then causing a somewhat steady drip to come out of the semi-sealed entry point for the fill tube assembly. I removed the valve and verified it would not fully close and replaced. The issue was resolved and after clearing all of the ice within the ice maker system, testing revealed the unit has now resumed normal function. No leaks observed after service complete.

"WRT311FZDW02 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit was barely cooling and further inspection revealed the previously installed dye drier had cracked, just under the return for the heat loop connection. I evacuated the system and then replaced the drier and re-vacuumed. I was able to pull the system down to 410 microns and then allowed it to set. Loosing no vacuum, I charged the system with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. I found no other sources of UV dye and leak check solution yielded no signs of leaks. Operational test good, no water connections to unit."

Upon arrival I pushed the drain/cancel button and found that the drain pump ran and drain out the water as normal, I then ran the unit in diag mode and found unit operating as designed no leaks found at this time. I did find out that the customer is using pods and is pre-rinsing the dishes before returning the unit which can cause the unit to produce too much suds and trip the float switch that will then shut the unit down. I advised the customer on proper detergent use. And contacted landlord and got permission to change card on file..office to charge card on file."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had leakes when in use. Customer said on its 3rd cycle, they had run some towels and saw a good amount of water coming from the rear right. Removed rear panel and examnined interior of unit. Found white soap stains near the rear. Ran unit with back exposed in both towels and clean washer. Saw no leaks at all. Called into tech line and talked with Austin, SR7735904065. Was advised that oversuds in this unit will cause a good sized leak due to coming out of the open vent. Larger loads get closer to the vent, and are easier to leak. Advised customer to cut detergent usage to 1 tbsp, more is not needed. This should resolve any issues. Repair completed."

I pulled the unit out and removed the bake panel to inspect the harness and found no breaks in the wiring. Inspected the breaker and found it to be a 40amp GFCI breaker. Customer contacted the builder and advised on what I had recommended which is replacing the breaker. I spoke to the builder to advise the same. Builder is going to put in a work order to have breaker replaced. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit after the breaker has been replaced and if it continues to trip the breaker to call it in for service at which time I would recommend replacing the main harness. I found the venting goes through the foundation and out the side the house. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and two out of two tests failed (photos). I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover to inspect the element. I found the metal plate in the element housing was beginning to warp and blackened. I removed and replaced the element and while I had the vent tube off, I removed it from the wall and using my boroscope, I inspected the vent tube in the wall and found it clogged (photo). I recommended the customer clean their vents. No lint observed, within the unit, during service. Job completed."

It was apparent that the unit had incorrectly filled initially and there was a high likelihood this caused the persistent leaking, as the unit filled as expected when tested manually and the existing ice cubes that were too small for the ejection fingers to contact, were removed. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. The water fill spigot at the dispenser was canted to the back, making it extremely difficult to fill a cup without water spraying out and down the switch. Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating again. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage at the terminal blocked and found proper voltage. Disassembled the unit and found the thermal cut off open again. I did explain to the customer that that would indicate poor airflow which is probably why the dryer stopped working on the first cycle. Replace the thermal cut off and use the vent test kit to check ventilation with the vent hose off. Found airflow was good for all dryers. Checked ventilation with the vent hose back on and found it was poor for all dryers indicating an airflow issue inside the customers home. The customer went up into the attic and removed the extension at the bottom of his attic and we re-tested the airflow. Found airflow was good for all dryers after the extension was removed. The customer advised that he will ventilating his attic instead due to ongoing issues. Call complete.
