"Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning. Upon arrival customer stated they started a cycle and when it progressed to the spin portion, they noticed that the unit was not doing anything. Tested unit, found F0E9 off balance pause error code stored. Ran a diagnostic cycle, unit filled, agitated, drained and spun with no issue. Harness has no wire breaks or loose connections. Advised customer that the maximum capacity for each load is 40% of the basket. If it is exceeded the unit will get thrown off balance during the spin and will pause. "Arrived on site to inpsect the dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the dryer has poor airflow per test. I gained access to the heating element and found that it is open, as well as the hi limit thermostat. The inside of the dryer was full of lint. I vacuumed and removed the lint build-up and replaced the heating element and thermostat. I reassembled the unit and tested to make sure it is heating. I informed the customer that he will need to have the vent cleaned or checked before running the dryer, or it will not work properly or vlow the fuse or thermostat due to no airflow. Dryer fixed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they are having two separate issues. They are having an issue with the unit. Even starting to fill with water, and when it does fill with water, it runs very slowly and makes a noise. I did confirm the customer's complaints and found the issue to be with the latch assembly not allowing the lid to lock before spinning and inlet water valve being clogged. Arrived on site to test unit for loud vibration sounds. Found noise was caused by wrap vibrating against frame on RH where magnetron mounts. Used sound pads between wrap and cabinet. Noise no longer present. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the lower oven failed to get above 200 degrees. Pulled the unit to gain access to the element connections, TOD and fans. Tested continuity, voltage and amp draw and all components are within manufacturer specified ranges. Tested the lower oven temps using my multimeter and placing my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit failed to reach preheat temp, but while testing, the unit tripped the breaker (GFCI). I advised the customer of my findings and due to the tripping nuisance, I am ordering the bake elements, broil elements and both controls. Previous tech found the error code F1E1 and following the tech sheet for the error code, the main controls need to be replaced. Also ordering a CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and scheduled return service for 02/04/25 (KC). No parts installed today. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with loud noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the noise was coming from the freezer. I gained access to the fan and found the fan to be in good condition. I verified that the blade is good and not warped or damaged. The fan is causing excess vibration around the evaporator and fan housing. I secured both with aluminum tape so that there was no more vibration. I added a little grease to the right door to fix some creaking sounds. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks during service."

"Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is taking longer than normal to cook items inside of her oven and that items are not coming out consistently. I ran the unit up 24 hundred degrees fahrenheit and found temperatures fluctuating between 355 degrees fahrenheit and 465 degrees fahrenheit, averaging a temperature of 405 degrees farenheit. I watched four different fluctuations with the unit seemingly heating as designed. I did advise the customer that it appeared that maybe the issue might be with temperature calibration or rack placement for certain items. I did advise the customer that the unit appears to be working and operating as designed due to the average temperature and the customer advised she wanted to increase the calibration by 10 degrees. I showed the customer how to do that, but did tell them that they will need to keep an eye on the unit and adjust calibration as needed depending on how they want the oven to work. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a whistling or cricket chirping. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and I could hear the noise faintly. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and when I moved the compressor the noise stopped. I found the compressor rubber feet were worn and the brackets weren't securing the compressor as well. I adjusted the brackets and tightened them then adjusted the condenser line and heat exchange coming out of the compressor and the noise stopped. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office to schedule service if the noise returns. No water leaks observed during service and Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

They should be a video which in nature sounded like of like an electrical noise / high frequency scream. I ran the unit and could not duplicate any failures. I disassembled the bottom end and found no evidence of failures in any of the rotating assemblies or the slider / gearcase. Advised customer to monitor the load size and settings if they can create this noise so that we can accurately duplicate the failure. Noise may be triac on control, so if issue persists we need to replace control. I also recommended making sure unit isn't overloaded in case basket is hitting the ground or pinching the rotor above the shield. Customer will run additional loads and provide additional data. The customer explained that when they seemed to dispense water, a few minutes later, they will notice water trailing in between the their tile. I tested the unit and gained access to the filter housing and dispenser line. After pouring four cups of water, i was still unable to see any leaks present. I gained access behind the refrigerator and found water leaking from inside of the compressor compartment. I opened up the compressor compartment and tested the water function again. I found water leaking between the reservoir tube and the dual valve. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival started a diagnostic cycle, found a small leak at the drain hose connection that turned into a large leak when unit was draining. Removed drain house and found that it was over tightened causing the plastic hose to crease and allow water through (see attached images). Reshaped the hose and tightened properly. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer not starting a cycle and continuously draining. Upon further inosection, I found that the washer has a faulty level sensor on the control. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed, and no water leaks were observed during service. W11603810"

On arrival verified complaint of stopped mid cycle. Visual inspection of the unit shows harness broke to drain pump. Repaired harness and resecured with a zip tie as well as the clip. Ran diag and verified unit is functioning. Job complete no parts installed.

WTW4855HW3 Arrived on site for a washer having issues changing cycles. On arrival found product seriously off balance I balanced product and ran diagnostic didn't find any error codes. I calibrated and tested product working as its designed. I tested on quick wash and drain and spin product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts needed for repair.

Arrived on site for fridge making loud noise . Maintenance had unit off for couple days . Ran diagnostics. All fans are working normally . Ran ice maker harvest and found water leaks from fill tube down back wall. Used extension in fill chute WPW10496649 . Reran harvest. No longer leaking from chute . No other issues found . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived onsite for new construction no cool. Inspected and found unit on but not cooling. Accessed compressor compartment and found unit inverter command wire disconnected. Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F3E0 error code open sensor. Test unit and found and sensor. Replaced sensor turned oven on to test and found glow igniter not working. Replaced glow igniter W11590294 from truck stock test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall.Evan that is still flashing an F3 E0 error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the previous repair, the unit has been flashing that error message, and they are unable to even use the oven at this point. I tested the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I found that when you attempted to start a bake cycle, it would flash the F3 E0 error message right away and not start any cycles. I went ahead and replaced the oven sensor. I tested the unit again and still found the error message present. I gained access to the appliance manager and checked resistance values going to the oven sensor. I found the oven sensor reading 1.089 k ohms, indicating a good sensor. I followed the service manual instructions per this issue, and it advised me to replace the appliance manager. I replaced the appliance manager and tested the unit. I found the unit reach preheat and begin to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer to contact us back if any other issues persist. Call complete. W11598120 and W11649350."
