Found error codes F5E3 ( lid will not lock or unlock) F9E1 ( long drain fault) F7E3 ( basket engaged during wash) and cleared for testing. Placed the unit into diagnostics and found all functions present and as designed. In customer mode, I found the unit would not complete the spin cycle. Placed the unit into drain and spin and the unit would fill, drain, fail the spin cycle and start over. Replaced the shifter with one from truck stock and retested and the unit still failed the spin cycle. Removed the control board and replaced it and tested again. If issues persist, the unit will require the lower harness, cam and gear case."

"WRF767SDHZ04 GP arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door ice maker not making ice. The customer advised me the unit did not produce ice since the last service and there has been no change. Found temperatures of FC=10 and RC=37, compressor running the entire time. Thermography showed front of the condenser at 76 degrees but it should have been closer to 100. The high side discharge was hot to the touch and maintained that heat up to the condenser. I suspected low charge and saw evidence of dye at the connector. I evacuated the system and noted what appeared to be a very low charge. I vacuumed the and recharged the system and it appeared to cool normally and had the expected condenser heat. The cabinet required substantial adjustments including ice maker housing push back. Operating as designed, no water leaks observed during service."

WMH31017HZ08 GP arrived on site to inspect microwave popping sounds and customer not being able to change the light bulb. Inspected the light bulb and found it to be stuck in the housing. Removed and replaced the light bulb with customer provided bulb and tested and it is working as designed. Looked into the chassis and found a wire with a slight burn mark positioned close to the diode creating an arc resulting in a popping sound. Adjusted the wires and tested the unit and it is working as designed.

KFGC506JSS05 GP arrived on site to inspect long preheat times in gas oven. Upon further inspection I found that the bake igniter was seated too far back for the spark to ignite the burner. Adjusted the igniter and tested the unit and it is working as designed. Tested all other functions of the unit and adjusted the left front and right front burners to improve ignition. No gas leaks detected during service.

WFE320M0JS3 GP arrived on site to inspect electric range with F3E0 error code. I researched the error code and found that there was a problem with the oven sensor. Unplugged the over sensor to find a bent pin in the connector. Straightened out the pin and reassembled the unit and tested and the unit is working as designed.

"WRQA59CNKZ01. GP arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I discussed the issue with the customer and their complaint was with items freezing in the upper corners of the RC. I tested the unit and found the following temperatures RC 35, FCR 5, FCL -5 which were well within specifications. Within service test mode #41, the damper and evaporator fan were working as designed. The right RC door gasket, bottom flap was torn 3/4 away and will require replacement. I contacted the MFG and advised of the issue and was assigned file# 7736756924. No further repairs can be made, other than the door gasket. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does cool but it doesnt seem to reach proper temperatures specifically in the refrigerator. I asked the customer how they were checking temperatures and they advised they were using a temperature dial that they typically use for their oven. Took temperatures of both freezers and the refrigerator. Found one freezer at 1?F, the other freezer at 3?F, and the refrigerator section bouncing between 37 and 38?F. The customer advised that her other refrigerator that shes had for 25 years seems to get colder than this refrigerator does. I did explain to the customer that each refrigerator is different and may vary in terms of temperature by 5 to 10? depending on the refrigerant type and design of the unit. I did explain to the customer that because everything seems to be at proper temperature with no evidence of any defrost issues of any kind, there did not seem to be any specific problem with the unit that I could find at this present time. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer said that it seemed like the fabric softener was leaking underneath her washer because there seems to be some kind of sticky liquid that is been really hard to clean off of our floor. Checked in at the washer and found evidence of the capacitor leaking. Did confirm the customers complaint and replaced the capacitor. Attempted to clean up the work area as best as I could but didnt find the customer that it appears they may need to use some stronger cleaning solutions underneath the washer. "Arrived on site for a dryer that wont shut off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the issue is is that they are can push the start button on but when she tries to switch to the opposition and press the start button that it does not turn off. I did explain to the customer that the Unit was not meant to turn off that way. I explained that the on and off was for the cycle signal, which would indicate whether or not the unit had completed the cycle by alerting them. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit inside of the car bay of an automotive shop. Found the unit had a defrost issue in the freezer section. Removed all frost buildup and checked resistance through the heater. Found proper resistance through the heater. Checked resistance through the heater from the main control and found proper resistance. Found the main control had two stickers on it indicating that it was the wrong control per service pointer (W11642483). I replaced the control and checked resistance through the defrost there Mr. Found proper resistance. Plug. The unit in the unit began to cool and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that this unit is not garage grade and can have issues cooling in the car bay due to excessive temperatures exceeding 90?F. Did advise the customer to move the unit inside. I dont say it for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not wash through a full load and is having to put it on a drain in span in order to get the unit to finish out. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit shut off during agitation. Checked voltage going to the unit while the unit was running and did not find any drops in voltage. Checked and amp draw and found the unit only pulling 3 A at a max when the unit was agitating. Removed the rotary switches from the control and found the unit began to agitate. Added the rotary switches back onto the control and found the unit working as designed. I spoke to CS about the issue and was advised the issue was most likely with the control or the actuator. Went ahead and replace them both and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has been going out of balance erratically for a while, but every single load seems to be off balance at this point. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and found during the spin portion of the cycle, what sounded like dry bearings and the unit shaking violently. Went to go replace the gear case and found that the agitator was completely seized onto the driveshaft, indicating that the unit needed a complete rebuild. Ordering the tub, basket, agitator, hub, assembly, screws, Gear case, and cam for repair. The office will need to contact the extended warranty for authorization due to cost of repair and need for a second technician. I made the customer aware that if the extended warranty did not cover the second man that they would need to cover that cost for the repair. Spoke with tech line later on that evening and found because refrigerator was defrosted and interior temperature was above 60? refrigerator will not turn on heating element. Either refrigerator is not working properly or it will need freezer thermistor.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is experiencing long dry times. Upon inspection I found that the unit had poor airflow. I suggested to the customer to have a vent cleaning company come out and at the very least check her vents to see where the air restriction is that is causing this issue

Arrived on site to follow up on washer not draining. On arrival found the unit was full of water. I checked the drain pump harness and found the wire strands had broken off at the wire nut. I removed damaged wiring and used some solder seals to create a stronger connection. I tested the unit and verified all working as designed. Advised if wires fail in any other spot we need to replace the harness. Repair completed.

"KBFN502ESS02 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The evaporator had frozen and I inspected the evaporator. The defrost thermistor showed 7.95 Kohm and was well within specifications. I found the RC thermistor had dismounted from the housing and was laying against the evaporator, causing thermal misread and creating the temperature and frosting issues. I removed ice form the evaporator and corrected thermistor position. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

"WRT138FFDM01 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system, noting a likely full charge and then removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port. I vacuumed the system and then monitored for an additional 15 minutes. Noting no loss of vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit started cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does dispense ice, but it does not dispense water regardless of what you do. Attempted to run the water dispenser and found no activity coming from the refrigerator at all. checked the user interface and found all connections working. Gained access to the water valve and found one of the connectors not fully seated on the water valve. Seated the connector onto the water valve and test the unit again. The unit began to dispense water as designed. Reassembled the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is completing cycles, but is not washing well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through a wash but the clothes are not coming out clean. She also advised the unit is making sounds that it has never made before. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found weird noises coming from the agitator during agitation and spin. Found the agitator extremely loose. Removed the agitator and checked the basket. Found the basket wobbling from side to side, indicating a stripped hub assembly. Replaced the hub assembly and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics testing and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. I checked temperature in the freezer and from the freezer sitting at 1?F. Found all components tests pass except for the icemaker error codes. The unit flashed an E5 indicating a bad icemaker thermistor. I was able to run a harvest test and diagnostics and have the unit complete the harvest. I am ordering the icemaker for repair. Ran full cycle on towels, high heat and more dry setting. Allowed to complete however customer was not satisfied with results. Towels have the very slightest dampness. Called tech line for assistance. SR#7736783517. Tech stated all checks show unit is in spec and functioning as designed. If the load needs more time 5-10 minutes, a timed dry cycle can be used.
